They have a huge espresso machine! I tried their Cookies n Cream boba drink and the boba was perfectly chewy and the drink had the perfect sweetness and ratio of creamy and texture from the cookies. They also add black tea to it too. They also serve mochi ice cream with unique flavors like matcha, black sesame, and rose. They also serve sweet beads from a local bakery and sometimes savory noodles in a bag! I definitely recommend coming by yourself or bringing your friends and family. I've been buying from Moon's for years, and during a trip for the Balloon Fiesta in 2019, my son and I had the pleasure of meeting Joy and Jori in person. They were so kind and welcoming, and it made us appreciate their work even more. In my opinion, their roasting is spot-on--rich, flavorful, and always balanced. Every blend I've tried has been incredible. Having a burr grinder to grind these is key! My son's more of a tea guy, and he was excited to pick up some of their loose leaf selections too.
