When I received my wine it occurred to me that I had paid for 2 separate orders and that shipping should have been refunded immediately when the wine seller realized that he had only sent 1 shipment...but no I had to ask! Additionally, I asked for the crates 5 days later and was dismissed being told there were no crates. The wine was not inexpensive but other shops have treated me more equitably and respectfully.
