They let you make your own 4 packs, so it's awesome just walking around the store plucking singles to try beers from numerous breweries. When I lived in NY, there was 1 location in Westbury and in Massachusetts, there are 8 locations. All locations are pretty similar. The Total Wine & More in Natick is located in Cloverleaf Marketplace Shopping Center with other businesses such as Harbor Freight Tools and Burlington Coat Factory. The parking lot is huge so there are no problems finding a spot. The website, https://www.totalwine.com, is very user friendly and very helpful. I looked up the wines I was looking to purchase beforehand and it showed me the price, availability, and where in the store it is exactly located. There are also some delivery options. The prices aren't bad and were reasonable. I used the store pickup option to purchase 2 wines. I put in the order at 8:03am with a pickup the same day at 1:00pm and at 9:39am, I received an email stating my order is ready early. In the store, there is an Order Pickup counter. Very seamless process. Of course, I took a look around the store as well. The aisles were spacious and staff were available to offer assistance and were restocking. At checkout, there was 1 cashier open and when a line started to form, other staff members opened up to help. Total Wine & More has a great selection. Definitely worth checking out!

They also have a good selection of beer. What I like most about this place is the very large selection of spirits. Like the wine, they have expensive as well as inexpensive booze. Also, they always seem to be running specials on various wines and spirits. The staff here is very casual, chatty and friendly - no creepy employee stalking you at distance. For instance, during my last visit, while I was waiting in line with several large bottles, an employee noticed me struggling and grabbed an empty box, and put my bottles in the box as the cashier rang me up - a nice touch. My only beef is that they do not take Amex.
