Slow service. Bathroom was nasty! Not just a one time thing. There is grime all around, broken door lock to stall and toilet was not clean. Makes me wonder if the service kitchen gets cleaned... Zero stars if possible! Just stopped here to try to get some hot chocolate and work a while. Went to the womens restroom and the sink has a sign that reads "Do not use"! So their employees are either not using the restroom throughout a whole shift or not washing their hands btwn using it and getting back in contact with the prep areas...?.!??????! Beyond disgusting! First time going to a Starbucks. Wow this place was very dirty. Trash all over parking lot. Cigarettes and trash on ground around outside tables. Broom and dust pan leaning against wall near door, obviously unused by the amount of trash on floor. Went there yesterday and sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes, even though only three people were in front of me. While they did apologize for the wait, they got my order completely wrong even though I was asked to give my order twice. Ordered a tall frappe and a warmed chocolate croissant but received a grande frap (yes i was charged for a grande) and a cold chocolate croissant. So cold that the chocolate was still in bar form and I had to take it home myself to cook it bc I didn't want to hold the line up longer. read more

4/5 recharge and friendly staff so yes, it's like any other starbucks out there. i do appreciate this particular one though, for a couple reasons: when i'm trying to get to BR at the crack of dawn for some ungodly early meeting, they can get me caffeinated quickly; and one time there was a slightly lengthy wait since the car ahead of me had some order issues, and they gave me my drink for free! they also don't make a fuss when i use the coupons i get in my email (other locations act like they've never seen their own coupons before...) read more

I picked up my mobile order and dashed out the door to notice in the car that SOMEONE ELSE'S coffee has been spilled all over my food and drinks, And just the other day I was accused of attempting to steal food WHEN I HAD ALREADY SHOWN MY MOBILE ORDER RECEIPT AND POINTED OUT MY FOOD STICKER WITH MY NAME ON IT IN THE QUEUE. This is an older Starbucks that has survived the boom and bust. The exterior shows in that it is not the cleanest, but inside it is clean. There is better coffee nearby, but they don't open until later in the morning so Starbucks has to do on those days. read more

This Starbucks is always crowded - mostly because it's on one of the busiest streets and right off the interstate. However, they have some of the best Starbucks staff I've ever come across and they all remember me even though I leave for years at a time and come back for a few weeks. Sometimes it can get a bit slow but give them a break. They do a great job. read more

Rude staff, long lines and a dirty store. This is the worst location I have ever been to.

Every time I come to this location and order inside, the customer service is awful. The last two times I've been here, they completely forgot to make the sandwiches I ordered. After waiting 10 minutes or so, I have to ask about the food I ordered, and they then realize that no one put them in the oven. The baristas are generally rude when taking my order, and they're unapologetic when they've forgotten to make the food I ordered. They often fail to clean the tables between customers, even during low-volume periods for the drive thru and interior. When the food finally does get made and sent out to me, one employee consistently tosses it onto the order counter, causing the sandwich to fall apart inside the bag. This is one of the worst locations I've ever visited. read more

This is the worst location I have ever been to! Avoid at all costs! The cashier took a long time to finally come to the counter to take my order even after another staff member told him to head to the counter and he was annoyed to take my order and wouldn't smile at me. Then apparently someone hadn't stored the whipped cream correctly the night before so it was gooey liquid that wouldn't stand on its own. It did not look very appetizing! I have also been to the drive-through at this location and it takes forever! This location needs to shape up or hire more competent employees that actually do their jobs. read more

Slowest moving drive thru line for any Starbucks that I've ever been to. Always friendly, but the wait is almost not worth it

I have been to this Starbucks many times before, and I've never had a problem with the workers. I am also a gold member of Starbucks. I get a free menu item on my birthday, and every I think 12 stars I earn, I get a free beverage. About a month ago I went to this Starbucks to order a breakfast menu item. I ordered a "Bacon and Gouda Breakfast Sandwich." When I got home to eat my sandwich, all I had was bread and a scrambled egg patty. This sandwich was missing the two things the sandwich is named after. I was so disappointed and upset. I've never had service like this from any Starbucks. I contacted Starbucks and they put money back on my card. Today, I went and got a Roasted Tomato Mozzarella Panini. It was just pesto cheese and bread! Then when I was ordering I said I wanted a "venti iced caramel macchiato with extra drizzle" and she heard "grande caramel macchiato with extra drizzle". I corrected her and said "iced and venti" and she took it as I wanted the same drink in both a grande and venti. So I was charged for both. I love Starbucks, but this location needs to get their workers actually trained. I don't think I will be returning to this location. read more

3.5 stars would be more appropriate. The location is terrible and an absolute nightmare during high traffic times. The parking lot is kind of cramped but the drinks are good.. Worst experience ever, wish I could do 0 stars. Got to drive-thru at approx 7 am on a Friday morning (understand this is a busy time). Wait in line for 10 min before getting to order menu in drive thru (with only 4-5 cars ahead of me when I got in line). No one answered to take my order for 2-3 min so proceeded to window. When I got to the window I ordered a cold brew coffee and breakfast sandwich. No cold brew available, so they offer an iced coffee with a shot of espresso, that worked for me so I agreed. Then they charged me $13 for this somehow! I was in a hurry and already gonna be late to work so didn't worry about it. They told me to pull through and park my car and they would bring it out. Parked and waited another 10 min and no one came out. Went in the store finally and they had my drink but told me they didn't have any breakfast sandwiches. At this point I was really late so I grabbed a scone that tasted terrible and left. 30 minutes later I was on my way with a watered down drink and a scone that didn't taste good, all for $13...what a deal!! read more

Went for our annual Christmas style latte and mocha this morning. I ordered and the guy taking my order was less than happy to have me as a customer. I told him I wanted the latte and Mocha with soy in both. He sounded upset. Not very happy. When we finally got to the window he asked if we wanted soy in the mocha too. I told him yes and he left for 5 min. When we finally got the mocha the line was terribly long behind us. I drove out into the traffic and that's when my wife noticed the red and white holiday cup looked dirty. Or maybe like they spilled and it stained the outer cup. She tasted it and it knocked her out with peppermint flavor. Like they spilled the mint and didn't bother to correct the problem because they were already late getting it to the window. At this point we just decide to keep going since traffic was bad and we threw it away later. Terrible experience. We'll be going to PJs next time we want to treat ourselves. I would like to do a 0 star rating. Nothing was to be desired. read more
