I go into Belton at least once or twice a month. Starbucks off IH35 in Belton is always a must. They have such a wonderful group of staff here. The lobby is always busy but always kept so nice. Bathrooms are clean. Positive employees, with some wonderful recommendations. I enjoy mixing it up, on occasion, and asking the cashier for a favorite of theirs. Tweak a drink, try a snack and just sit and people watch. We've met some amazing people passing through at this location. I love getting out and enjoying different locations! You have so fun shopping in the area, lots to eat nearby and a quick jump on the highway to anywhere fun....FAST! read more

Can't review food because we were waiting in the drive thru and since it was the only one that was "open" at the time we decided to get it from here. Coffee! Coffee! Coffee! This place is right off of I-35, easy on, easy off. It's a good place to get some studying done, do some reading, or just pop in for a cuppa joe. Their coffee always tastes overcharred, which seeminly brings down the caffeine rate of these beans. Whatever happened to the self-serve with the milk, creamer, half & half, sugars, etc? They don't let you fine tune the coffee, they'll hit you with a splash of cream when asked. They apparently have a bunch of options- oat? Almond? Goat? Whale? Who knows. The place was quiet, with clean, readily accessible restrooms. This location has a drive-thru, so that's convenient! Parking was easy, with a dedicated lot. I only come to this location when I'm visiting my mom in Belton. I've never had any issues. I always place my order ahead of time via the app. I do like how the to-go orders are placed by name on the counter. It's sectioned A-H, I-O, P-Z or something like that. I have been to this location a few times. I have never had a problem with the staff or the wait times. There is a big problem though and it is the parking. The spots frequently are blocked by the drive thru traffic. On one occasion a young woman playing on her phone had the whole lot blocked in. When I ordered they told me they had a machine down and it could be 10 or 15 mins. I thought to myself... awwww heck.... no biggie I've been to Starbucks where everything is working (accept the employees) and it takes longer then that! The wait did indeed take 15 mins... but when I got my coffee they not only apologized for the delay, but they also gave me a 5$ gift card for waiting! That is great customer service! Coffee is good and taste is reliable. The kale bites were pretty good. My daughter enjoys the cake bites. The wait is sometimes really long and the food definitely tastes microwaved which it is. This is for every Starbucks I've been to, not just this one. The staff are always nice though! read more

Aesthetically, I think this is the worst Starbucks I have ever visited... somebody needs to thoroughly go through this place and clean...the box that the straw were in, were filthy, coffee beans spilled behind the coffee grinder, furniture dated, floors dirty, bathroom dirty and bathroom door didn't lock! I normally have a great experiences with this Starbucks location, but after what I experienced 20 mins ago I can not leave a good review. My wife's order was going to be ready in 7 mins when I left my house. 3/4 of items were ready when I arrived so I put them in my truck while I waited for the last item. As soon as I walked in the barista was very polite, and tried to help me with what was going on along with the rest of the barista's which was great customer service. Unfortunately the blonde barista doing the mobile orders was short with an attitude when asked by her fellow baristas about all the mobile orders. I continued to wait 10 mins not seeing the last coffee so I went outside to grab my phone from my truck to text the wife to make sure she ordered two drinks. After entering I see a drink next to the mobile order with no label or name. Then waited an additional 5 mins until the barista doing the mobile orders, yelled to the other employees that she had one drink ready for (My wife's name) but doesn't know where the rest of the order is. I stated again I already picked up 3/4 of the items, I was just waiting for the last drink. She told me "she could not give me that ONE drink like that; she needed me to get the rest of the order because it will bounce around like that." Angrily with no comment, I went out to my truck to grab the now cold food/coffee and brought it in. I placed it in the A section of the mobile pick up area. She looked at it and said "oh" with confusion. She slowing placed the drinks in a bag with the food on top and handed to me. I'm not sure what is going through peoples minds these days but honestly I don't want to see that barista working there with out doing additional training. Ok typical Starbucks so it is what you expect. When you walk into a Starbucks you expect a certain level of service so anything above that expectation is good right. This Starbucks is easy to get to when you travel down South 35 and thats good so you can easily get in and out. They have a drive thru and most of the time it's easy to just walk in. I tried the Bacon Egg Bites and it was really good. Easy to eat when you are driving. The offer 1 gender neutral restroom. So expectations met...and I am back on the road. Went thru drive thru ordered pumpkin cream cold foam,tasted no pumpkin flavor,asked the worker and she said it's in the foam! The drink is called pumpkin cream, not foam. No pumpkin flavor at ALl!! I'm not going to lie I've been avoiding this Yelp review. So let's get right into it. Is it the best Starbucks in the area? No. Is it the worse I've ever been to? Absolutely NOT. Could the customer service be a little better? Of course. But is it convenient and on my way to work? Yes. Thus, the reason I keep coming back every freaking morning. There are several Starbucks in the area and this one is the most convenient. All the others are located in high traffic areas. Look when you are already half sleep, irritable, and semi unconscious. The last thing you want to do is fight traffic for some Starbucks. Honestly, on different occasions I've had to have my drink remade. Most recently I waited about 20 minutes for the new S'mores frappuccino. I noticed everyone after me kept getting their drinks. So finally I was like "will my drink be made". The barista had somewhat of an attitude and she made it incorrectly and I just gave up at that point. The next morning I went in and told the MOD what happened and she apologized. She then remade my drink and all was well with the world. I will have to say the morning crew is a hell of a lot better than the evening. If I'm craving coffee in the evening. I will drive to a different location. It seems my coffee problems comes with that crew. It really deserves 2.5 stars because it could be a lot better. But I give it 3 stars because the customer service in the AM cancels out the foolishness in the evenings. read more

The drinks & food were as expected. Nothing wrong there but customer service, no bueno. I ordered egg bites. I was never told that they were out. So I waited and when I asked them they finally said they were out. Offered another suggestion, and I waited again. They didn't even put the substitute breakfast option in. The manager came and put it in the order while another worker was already there. She could've passed the order on. The manager didn't even acknowledge or apologize. She was very rude to her coworker. Do they forget that just because their back is turned to us, we can't see their body language or the other person's facial expressions. I received my breakfast. Worst Starbucks ever. The drive thru smelled like 100 dogs pooped and peed all over the grass for 100 days in a row. They were out of the dragonfruit mango mix. How is that even possible? It took us five minutes to get a trenta green tea in the drive thru. That was like three minutes too long. The only upside was that one of the employees was wearing a Pride shirt. Look yelpers, some days everything goes wrong in the service industry. Sad to see all these crappy reviews bc this Starbucks is clean, workers are polite, there's fresh flowers in vases?? They're obviously doing their best to serve lonnnnng drive thru lines and inside customers. It's a pain to get to if you're northbound, and can be hard to back out bc of drive thru lines.
