So sad to get berated at both the speaker and the window by a 20 something year old for ordering on the app for my special needs daughter who is uncomfortable ordering out loud when the store and drive thru lines are empty and employees are wandering around bored instead of them happily handing over her $10 drink pleasantly and being courteous to their clientele. My daughter also pointed out several times that they didn't even follow their own 'new' policy of writing a cute note on her cup either. I'm so glad ruining my daughter's treat was worth your ego trip. Bright red hair female with multiple large nose piercings this review is for you! Oh and you were so butt hurt you had to hide and not deliver the drink yourself after you rudely reprimanded your customer multiple times even after being asked not to, wow. Worst few minute transaction we've ever encountered! Hopefully your manager reads these regularly. We have several stores to choose from near us and will be taking a break from this one for a bit. read more

I've started coming to this location because of its convenience to my office, and at first I was pretty darned impressed, everyone had been generally pleasant and orders mostly have been filled correctly. That being said, I have had a few annoying experiences on my last couple of orders. I have had add-ins that were missing, and once when I ordered with the app, I went in to pick up and did not see my coffee waiting at pick up and not 1 person acknowledged me, I waited and waited and, finally, when I leaned around the counter I saw my coffee was just sitting to the side and I had to reach around to grab it. Even still no one even noticed or cared enough to say anything to me. A time or two the lid was not on right and I had a spill in my car. The coffee is good and again it is close to work. Hopefully the few issues I have had will not be regular occurrences. read more

I love this Starbucks location! I've been going to this one since they opened a couple years back when I was in high school. I would pick up my coffee in the mornings. They are really fast, when you do order for pick up, they have it ready right away! The workers here are always super sweet and kind. I cannot remember the guy who helped me out the other day, not sure if he's the manager. When their scanner wasn't working, he really came through. It really made my day. This location isn't the best. I went to meet my husband last week and I parked. Well the setup is terrible because I sat in my car for at least 15 minutes trying to get out of my parking spot at the end of my visit since the drive through line was so backed up. I go to starbucks fairly often but my husband drinks black coffee and rarely goes but this visit he got a black coffee in a reusable cup. He ended up spending like $7 for a basic black coffee and he said it was better from home. They rinsed the lid of the reusable cup but not the actual cup. How dirty to be served in an unclean, straight from the factory, who knows how many hands have touched it, cup. But he hates the waste so he purchased one. It's a super cheap and flimsy cup to be a reusable mug but he felt he was doing well for the environment. Anyways, against better judgment, he went back again this morning as some members of a local club he is in were meeting there after their meeting. He brought his reusable mug he purchased last week and tried to hand it over to have his coffee filled. Well apparently starbucks has some policy where they can't touch said mug. Not sure if this is covid related or because they can't be positive this reusable mug has been cleaned and they don't want to contaminate their space. Either way, they wouldn't take the mug to put the coffee in so instead the barista proceeded to fill up a disposable cup and then carry it over to my husband's mug and pour his coffee from the disposable cup into the reusable mug and then immediately throw away the disposable cup. The whole point of these reusable mugs and the only reason my husband spent extra money on this ridiculously cheaply made reusable mug was to avoid the waste created by disposable cups. So why did he even waste his money if starbucks is still wasting disposable cups in order to refill reusable mugs. Where in the world is the logic in that? This morning brought a breath of fresh air at the drive thru. The young lady taking our order used a nice voice; not an obnoxious sing-song voice. Pathetic. Worst Starbucks service ever. Ordered drip coffee and a muffin. Coffee was handed to me at the register, and was told they'd call my name for the muffin. 10 minutes later, still no muffin. I go up to the counter to ask about it and was told "We're busy, what can I tell ya?" 2-3 minutes later they called my name and hand me a bag with my muffin AND someone else's order of three pastries in it. I pointed this out and the response was "They all have your name on it." Turns out another guy had the same name (duh, surprise!) and apparently this Starbucks can't keep track of its orders in any other way, EVEN THOUGH the number of items in the order is taped right to each baked goods' bag. My namesake and I had to sort our order out ourselves because the incompetent employee just walked away. Either one of us could have walked out with the other's order (and forced the remaining patron to wait even longer than we already had). On the plus side, it's a bright, spacious location with plenty of seating (uncommon for a Starbucks) and a nice patio. But I'd rather go someplace dark and cramped than deal with this crappy service again. read more

I usually use the drive through and this is the first time I come inside. Based on this visit, I have had a completely opposite experience as expressed by other reviewers. The place is beautiful and spacious. So many tables of all sizes and shapes, including a long, study table. It also has some comfy bucket seats and plenty of outdoor seating. The bathroom is impeccably clean. Yes, the bathroom impressed me! To top it off the staff was friendly and helpful. There weren't any lines in a Friday at 1:45 PM. Granted it a rainy day so maybe the traffic is slower than normal. Overall, my experience definitely calls for 5 stars . read more

Great build with wonderful decor, but horrible service. I went to make a 2nd drink order and a barista was talking to an off the clock employee, after taking their order, effectively holding up the line. I waited two minutes, while they talked. They kept talking schedules and didn't even knowledge me, a customer in line. I went to the restroom and came back, they were still talking. I waited another few minutes as they talked scheduling problems at that location. When they finally took my order there was no apology for my wait. I've been to a lot of Starbucks and I've never had that problem before. I will not return to that Starbucks. For the prices I at least expected good customer service. The two stars is for the decor, mostly the farm tables with outlets. Super disappointed Starbucks! read more

I like it, spacious, updated, very relaxing colors, and appreciate the friendly baristas. Stopped in with my twins to get there favorite drink. It's kinda chilly today so it's perfect. Not very crowded but it's not the rush hour. Convenient to restaurants, gas station, and has a drive thru. Way to go read more

I was really exited when this location opened so close to home, but the last couple of visits have soured things a bit. I order through the app most times so I can just come in and pick up my order without a wait. These most recent occasions my drink has been ready but my sandwich/bagel/other has not, and I'm standing there waiting for almost 5 minutes without being acknowledged and I've had to ask for these rest of my order. Today another patron noticed that I had been waiting longer than her when she got her breakfast (after waiting in line to order) and said so. When I agreed, the barista closest to me looked up and knew my name right away and went to the oven area himself to check on it. The barista just beside him said to me, "It's in the oven". Oh? But I'd been waiting over 5 minutes and she hadn't been over by the oven once. It took at least three minutes for my sandwich to be given to me & Ive been coming to Starbucks long enough to know it doesn't take that long. Please don't brush me off like I'm stupid, thank you. The barista who'd been stationed at the oven came over and gave me my sandwich without acknowledging the length of my wait, but the barista who went to check did, which I appreciate (he's always nice), but now I'm behind schedule, again, when I wasn't supposed to be. They really need to work on the accuracy of their work as well as the customer service, and I'm not sure they will because they're always going to have plenty of customers due to the convenience of this location. read more

This Starbucks is beautiful on the inside, but that is the only good thing I can say about it. Prepare to wait a long time for your drink if you walk into the store. They have a large staff working, but they all seem concentrated on the drive-thru. I go to this location a lot, and most of the time you stand at the register waiting for someone to notice you. read more

Better location than the one originally at polo place service was good. The inside was pretty dark for how many windows there are. An employee on break was taking up the whole table with outlet. All the outlets are not reachable so it's impossible to plug in laptop/phone if needed. Unless you're sitting at the big table with build in outlet. Great that it has a drive-thru and close to my house. read more

Typically very chatty and slow counter staff, that doesn't bother me but the fact that who ever designed this Starbucks only put two outlets in is baffling. I would love to be able to come here and work but I guess I will have to go to Urban farmhouse to grab a charge. read more

Great service and SO SPACIOUS inside! More seating than I've ever seen at a Starbucks location. Tables with seating for up to 8. Features all the consistent great design features and friendly service you're used to seeing in a Starbucks and even has a well-designed exterior to make using the drive thru a visually pleasant experience. read more
