Great place to work and enjoy a good cup of Joe... but free time that got there early in the am, around 7h30 to 8h am, the place was not cleaned (sugar, etc all over the serving area). At one point, there were a big line up at the serving station, people waiting for there orders. I also joint a photo taken.... it speaks for itself here. Hopefully the manager of the place will review his management 101 skill! read more

Love this location. Really nice seating areas, great service and great vibe. Enjoyed my latte and time with friends.

The staff was extremely rude. Especially the older gentleman with the glasses. I ordered online on my app because I thought there was a half off discount through the app only. I could hear the baristas talking to each other saying "they only ordered online so they could skip the line. It's not fair" (the line was 1 or 2 people at most) as if I weren't even there. I wasn't even aware I could skip the line by ordering online.. Starbucks, if you have a problem with people ordering on the app then you should get rid of that option. My local coffee stop... Parking is challenging but worth it. The wifi is fast and there is always plenty of electrical outlets for your electronic devices. The service is relatively fast, considering they stay pretty busy. I love the White Moca Latte... Whipcream yes! Nasty barista ever! I understand morning is hectic. But it does not give you the right to be rude to your customer. I ordered through the app. I got there and went to pick up area and say hey im picking up my coffee. This blond chick and the older lady looked at me like im crazy, saying to each other " i dunno". I stood there almost 5 min. I grabbed a guy and told him that I ordered from the app and all i need is to pick up my coffee that should be ready. He saw mine there. I told him that lady was so rude when i asked nicely and her response was " i didnt hear you" . Excuse me? You looked at me and talked to me. Wasted my time when it was supposed to grab & go and now im late for work and have a bad taste in the mouth on Friday morning. Horrible costumer services ever received from starbucks. The place is very crowded and noisy most mornings - this may be because there is a hotel that caters to business travelers right across the street - and it is very common that people come in, find nowhere to sit, and leave. This is not the place you should choose if your plan is to sit down for a while and talk with friends or do something that requires a quiet, comfortable place to sit. There is no other place to do that in the entire mall, so if you come by and the place is full you'll have to get back in the car and drive somewhere else. Parking in this mall is also difficult, especially if you want a space anywhere near the cafe. read more

Ellen is the absolute worst employee I have experienced in a customer field! I actually had to make a Yelp account just to describe my experiences at this Starbucks. I work nearby so will regularly go in before my shift at work. All the other employees seem very caring to customers and efficient at their job. However, any time I go in and this employee is working my experience is completely different. She is impatient with guest, not just myself but the the other guest that are in line with me. I have had my drink made incorrectly on different occasions and instead of it being a simple fix I was scolded and told it was my fault for not ordering my drink correctly (even though I did). There are many other instances I have seen from this particular employee to make me write this review. I don't believe she should be fired, but management should definitely step in and try to retrain this employee. read more
