My order has always been made correctly and it is one of my favorite study spots. Agreeing with people from earlier reviews. This location used to be efficient and enjoyable to come to. But even when you think "oh the line isn't that bad" it is. You will sit there for absolutely forever to get your drink. Drive through wait times are long whether it's 4 cars in line or 14. And i have had numerous times where i order my (always) non-dairy drink without whipped cream and 7/10 times i get whipped cream. And the clearance bar over the drive through has been broken and hanging for weeks now. I just feel like the place has just overall declined and it's sad to see. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. I come here several times a week to work. The coffee is good, the café is consistently clean, and there's plenty of seating with lots of natural light. Staff seems friendly enough, but multiple drive-thru experiences of late have taken long enough to allow time to return emails and read multiple news articles. I've given this Starbucks several tries now and they still can't get my drink right. My order is not complicated yet it is the only Starbucks I've been to that cannot get it right. I wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt but I don't think I'll ever come here. Also, the staff is kind of rude and I've noticed that they greeted everyone that came in that was not a person of color but for myself and others that are not white, they didn't say anything or even said have a good day as we exited the store. I don't leave reviews unless the business I'm patronizing leaves a significant impression on me. For the past two and a half months they have messed up my order, various drinks off the menu, 12 times which is atleast a 70$ loss for me. You cannot reach this location by phone and you definitely cannot park in this location legally because of the one way and the drive thru cars that ignore traffic laws just to stay next in line. Pregnant and really needed to use the restroom before ordering... unfortunately the girl cleaning the bathroom decided to ignore me standing there attempting to wait patiently and just continue cleaning. I appreciate them wanting to have a clean bathroom but if somebody looks like they really need to go and there is only one bathroom in the building to use, maybe stepping out for a second it would be helpful. Ooh Starbucks analogies! I've got one. Starbucks is the McDonald's of coffee shops. When you go into a McDonald's you do not expect to wait for a freshly prepared meal. You know that it will probably be microwaved or the equivalent. And when you go to Starbucks the "barista" will push a button on the machine and out will come your watery shot of espresso. Your latte will probably come out with a dollop of foam on top because their steam wand is incapable of making milk the appropriate consistency for a latte. When you go to a real burger joint you know that you will be laughed at if you attempt to order a "big mac". This is the same at your local coffee shop if you attempt to order a "caramel macchiatto" or a "frappuccino". As for this Starbucks in particular. Well it is exactly the same as all the others (just like McDonald's!). I like this location. It's big, and they crank the drinks out fast. There are plenty of places to sit, and there's plenty of parking.

This place is always clean. They just added new tables and chairs and makes it easier to camp out than in the past. The new seating is great for small groups or for students who don't mind sharing a table. The employees here are always friendly and their do great work. I think the "old" reviews are outdated as it seems that this staff has addressed the issues. The best part...they open before the other stores in the area which is a big help to me. read more

Great service - always. This is a very busy location in the heart of the Brentwood business district. Lots of folks coming and going in the morning, both on foot (from adjacent parking lots) and in the drive thru. Yes, it's difficult to get in and out of, and it's small, just like every other location I've visited. But mobile orders are consistently ready in 5-6 minutes, and the order is always right.
