This Starbucks sits directly on Franklin Road in Brentwood and shares a small plaza with two other businesses including Chipotle. They are situated on one end of the complex, and while this does not allow space for a drive thru, they do have a small patio out front. Inside is smaller than your other stand alone Starbucks location and doesn't offer much seating, but it flows well and gets the job done. I happened to be in the area and the craving hit, so I popped by for a cold brew. The cold brew was as expected and hit the spot. There were a few folks in line, but the baristas were efficient and kept things moving. This location has a lot of mobile orders, and given the small footprint, those folks can trip over the ones who are waiting in store for their orders. The space was clean and the baristas were friendly. Overall, standard Starbucks location that comes in clutch when in the area and the craving hits. read more

It's been a few years (or more maybe) since I came to this location. It was a regular for me years ago when I worked closer. I was super sad to see they renovated to a pick up and go style store with no tables/chairs inside or outside. It was pretty slammed on a Monday morning and since I didn't order ahead, had to wait a bit. Staff was friendly and warm to another customer that had a spill. Overall, great for order ahead and go, no longer a hang out spot. I visit this Starbucks every time I'm in Brentwood and it never disappoints. I'm a "coffee in the morning" kind of person, so my visits are always during the morning rush. This place is always slamming between 7am and 9am, but there's a hustle to this team that is amazing. It's not uncommon to walk in and see a dozen or more drinks already prepared (I'm assuming ordered on the SBUX app), waiting for someone to come in and pick it up. The inside can get a bit crowded, as busy as they get, with people both waiting to place their order and then waiting to pick them up. Yes, it can be a bit chaotic with all that, but there's a method to this madness. The staff is busy preparing drinks and breakfast items in a strangely choreographed manner. They all work fast and focused and with as many times as I've visited, none of them has ever appeared frustrated or unhappy. Even when asking for suggestions or questions, the staff replies helpfully, not as it you're interrupting their work flow. My only complaint (and it's not one that I'd take a star away for) would be the design of the location. From the door to the counter to the waiting area requires you to cross paths with a bunch of people, causing confusion and congestion. A second door close to the ordering counter would do a lot to alleviate that kind of mess. read more

The Starbucks is predominantly for pick up and mobile orders. They will accept walk-in orders. It is the most atypical Starbucks I have ever seen. There are no food options. There are no bathrooms. It's a walk-in that's it. No place to sit. It is not designed for socializing and or meeting your friends. It is most utilitarian. Updating a review from a few years ago. How far this Starbucks has fallen. It went from being the best around to the absolute worst. Out of oat milk, out of almond milk, out of coconut milk, EVERYDAY! Don't prompt me to order "my usual" on the app if you don't have the ingredients for my usual. They used to be super friendly. One of the best Starbucks experiences that I have had! I had a free drink gifted to me that I needed to use and decided to stop in to claim it. This Starbucks was SLAMMED for some reason at 3PM and there were only two employees running the place. When I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted with a cheery welcome. The two employees were frantically making drinks and running around the counter to hand deliver them all while constantly updating the people standing in line that they had just one more drink to make before we could be helped. I wish I caught the guys name because he was so incredibly fantastic at his job!! I ended up getting an iced Caramel Macchiato (my go to) and it was delish as always! read more

If your hours posted are that you're open till 7 PM. You shouldn't lock your doors at 6:55 and a few weeks ago, they were locked at 6:50. Change your hours but closing before your posted, close time is ridiculous and annoying to your local consumers. read more

this new Starbucks pick up thing is absolutely rancid and awful. first off we walk in nowhere to sit except for two small benches in the corner. Second off service is awful. My friend got misheard and the man put in a Venti when she really wanted a tall then when she said she wanted a tall we got awful service back very rude. This area is full of teenagers. Who love Starbucks and always enjoy a nice time to just sit and talk, but now that is ruined. Even my friends and I would always go in there and enjoy a quick drink and always have a conversation because we were walking distance. Every time we went we would always see people working in there now that is absolutely impossible to do because of this new pick up thing. while we were sitting on the teeny bench in the back corner, we see a couple walk-in look around say no and walk out then we see a mom and her two daughters walk in and try to order a drink but practically get rejected because there is no menu to look at and so they didn't know what to get. The drinks were fine, but they took a while to get out. lastly, why would they not put a bathroom or even a menu in there? It makes no sense whatsoever. if you're looking for an easy Starbucks location, this is not the one I will from now be going to Kroger until things change. hopefully they can do something about this for the better thank you. read more

Terrible customer service. Shane was the barista this afternoon and ask "is that it." after everything I said and also lacked some customer service skills when making my drink (iced gingerbread oatmilk chai) he made a gingerbread latte and claimed he didn't see my order on the menu. I had to go back point and say it was 7 down in the tea and refreshment section. He still claimed he didn't see it and then when he did he stated multiple times he has never had anyone order that drink nor has he ever made it. Shocker that it was made wrong as well. Do not recommend having him working in the Starbucks department anymore nor do i recommend buying your Starbucks from that location. This store has gone downhill. Today there were about 6 employees I saw behind the counter, all goofing off, missing orders, giving the wrong people drinks etc. Meanwhile they're goofing off. There was one young lady doing her job- everyone else was not. I rarely leave reviews but it was so bad and so disorganized, I had to say something in hopes this neighborhood spot will get some help from management or better yet, corporate. My only issue is that anytime I get blueberry oatmeal it's always wrong. I literally only get the blueberries when its supposed to have two packets of agave and the nut pack. Also sometimes the blueberries are molded. I don't really blame the workers since I think a lot of the time they aren't taught exactly what goes in the original and blueberry oatmeal, or how to shuffle out the dates of food and such either. read more

So sad to be giving a Starbucks 2 stars but after visiting this place 4 days in a row it's a pretty accurate rating. I came to this Starbucks daily during my vacation in Tennessee because it was literally across the street from my hotel and it was nice to walk to get my morning coffee. However, every single time I went I waited at least 25 minutes to get my drink. That's ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you come in the morning because the line and waiting time will be ridiculous. It doesn't matter if you order it through the app, because you have to wait till they help everyone in line first. It doesn't matter if you come during the day because somehow they still take forever. If it wasn't because I have a Starbucks problem or because it was so close to my hotel I wouldn't be coming here after 2 visits. Ever. And if you're a local, stay away. However, I think that either this location is smaller on the inside than most others, or it is constantly crowded with teens who like over-milked, over-sugared not-exactly-coffee, but want to say they drink coffee. This location is horribly slow and has extremely poor customer service. I waited for 20 minutes for my food order. They had plenty of staff working but they sure were inefficient. They gave me half my order and then looked surprised when I asked where the rest of it was. No reason that this place can't be more more organized and customer centric. So I have only been here once but I came her with my sister after having an awesome time and a cat lounge/cafe and wanted a drink so we came here and I ordered a dragonfruit lemonade thing and she ordered a caramel Frappuccino. We ordered it with no espresso(cause we need to sleep at night!). We came in and I noticed it was actually a bit small and warm but the exterior is gorgeous. There are tables and plants outside. It wasn't too crowded and there was no line, staff was nice and it took like less than a minute to get our drinks. THEY ARE QUICK!! So overall the experience was pretty good. It's so small that they really have to move the drinks faster as there isn't a comfortable area to wait when it's crowded like today. This is a very small Starbucks. It gets pretty crowded, and it's not uncommon to not find an open seat inside. They have added more tables outside, so if the weather's agreeable, that's fine. Service is good here, but I've seen them get way behind a time or two when it's busy. In the mornings it was packed and they moved the line quickly, but the number of people waiting for their drinks at the bar made it unclear where the line ended. Though the location is smaller in size, and your drinks come slower than usual, I feel their structural restrictions should not reflect poorly in their ratings.
