What I don't understand and find completely unacceptable is when I witness an employee pick up my drink and place it right back down because they are unwilling to attempt pronouncing a five letter name. Instead I have to stand there and assume my drink isn't ready until I step up and find my own drink that has been sitting there for longer than it should. Came here last Friday for the new Witch's Brew Halloween themed drink, and it was about 7:30PM; this place is always bumping. Plenty of people waiting for their beverages, and plenty of people sitting, chatting, and laughing; super chill vibes. Although my Witch's Brew was ewww, I have to say my guy making the drinks was totally hustling. I give these guys and gals alot of credit to do what they do and multi-task; wouldn't be a job for me that's for sure. i rarely come by starbucks nowadays, but i was fairly happy with my experience here this time around. -they're available for pickup and delivery through their website or app. you can also order through ubereats. -they accept both cash and card. -there are no outdoor seats set up. -i used to come to this location pretty often in the past, and the staff here are always friendly. -my order took around 10 minutes to make. you might not have the same amount of luck if there's a lot of people waiting for their drinks too. 11/28/20 -iced chai latte with pumpkin cream cold foam: i came here just to try out their pumpkin cream cold foam, since i didn't know if it was going to be gone by wintertime. it was my first time having a chai latte, and i loved how it tasted. the overall drink had a lot of cinnamon flavor, which i'm a big fan of. the pumpkin foam had a nice pumpkin spice flavor to it, and it really put me in the fall spirit. i got a tall/small size, but i remember it being really overpriced at around $6 or something. there was a lot of ice and i didn't get as much drink as i would've liked. yet, i was glad that i got to try the drink, and i didn't regret my purchase whatsoever. This place used to be better, but lately they always get my mobile order wrong. Whenever I order coffee with an added shot or 2 of espresso, seems like they forget to add the shots. When I ask for a splash of cream, my coffee tastes like a milkshake. Occasionally, I'll get a latte and ask for cinnamon, and they will almost always forget the cinnamon. Upon entrance, merchandise to the left, condiment table and seating to the right, and the smell of coffee and sounds of machine whirring plus soft music all around. Ordered a Green Tea Frappe and it was pretty good - not overly sweet or powdery at the bottom in consistency. For the seating area, there's space in the front, though that gets taken rather quickly, and a larger space in the back corner, plus the "bar" style by the workers' area (get a view of this Starbucks crew at work) Only con is the number of teens that pop by during school days really - often times they're loud and just dents the calm vibe of this place, though it's nothing a pair of headphones can't fix. read more

This Starbucks has been here for a bit now and it's always a good visit. They always have a nice friendly staff which equals to excellent customer service. It tends to get really busy because of the area it is located in but the line always moves quick. I've never had any type of issue where they messed something up. Everything I always get from there is always on point. They also are always fully stocked with everything which is a MAJOR PLUS! There are so many times I've gone to other Starbucks and they are always out of something I want. They are: long lines, inconsistent service and product. No matter how hard one trumpets the brand, this is the one thing that hurts the most. For that reason, why would you come here? Well, for one, you love your favorite barista, because they know you either by name and/or face and can dole out your drink without having you utter a word. Those should be the intangibles of any coffee shop that keeps you coming back for more. This use to be my favorite location but lately it has been awful. My visits are mostly in the morning. There is a super unprofessional lady with purple hair that I seem to encounter daily. She is rude and does not know how to work the register with well. Last week she rang up my order 6 times and I had to call corporate during my lunch to adjust the funds. Yesterday I ordered my usual drink and sandwich and she continued to be confused about register. I ended up ordering on moble while in store to avoid multiple charges. Hate to say it but most of the staff are pretty rude, dismissive, and like to have loud conversations and act as though you're bothering them. I found this location to be without a doubt the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to. The floors are filthy, the counter-tops and tables are gross and sticky. So dirty that you hesitate to put your items on them. Oh and have I mentioned its also freezing! And when you ask the staff to put the heat on when its 25 degrees outside, they give you a dirty look. Lastly, how come there isnt the appropriate amount of chairs per table tables. Table for 2 will only have 1 chair- 4 tables that seat 2 people per table thats located on one wall has a total of 5 chairs... should be 8. And no extras to be found anywhere in the place.
