    Pandan Latte ($5.25 / $5.75) - left
    Sandy D.

It was so tough finding a sit down coffee spot in this area, believe it or not! Cream Coffee isn't the average cafe, but I do appreciate the seats inside. They had some unique sounding drinks! I got the Pandan Latte ($5.25 / $5.75) and it was the best drink I had in a while! I never really had Pandan much, but it was delicious and so creamy too especially with oat milk. Once I got to the bottom parts, the grassiness is further emphasized. My boyfriend got a fruit tea, but it tasted very artificial of syrup. Would come back to try more of their drinks, like their Hawaiian Latte!

Another stop on my Bay Ridge tour today for a light iced salted caramel oat milk cappuccino. So refreshing and delicious and the wonderful staff always nails it! Love love love!

Cream Coffee and Tea has been operating out of a walk-up window during the pandemic, and I love how convenient it is to drop by for a quick drink (and safe since all the customers are outdoors). I can't drink coffee, so I mostly stick to their tea drinks, which are really refreshing. The passion mango iced tea (sweetened with honey) is great on a hot day, and I love the nitro mango tea. It's just as smooth and sweet as when I had it at Whistle & Fizz, and perfect for summer. One of these days, I may switch it up and get some bubble tea, but right now, I look forward to my mango tea treats!

Prince wrote a sexy song about this place. Can you really blame him. This is a wonderful coffee and tea shop which has good donuts and good coffee. It's a little hipster which Bay Ridge usually is not, but I guess nobody is immune to gentrification and coffee shops have always been a little bit like this anyway. But this is a really good one and we liked it a lot. And I like you a lot. Hi.

Was craving for something sweet so my husband grabbed me some doughnuts on his way back. Third avenue is filled with bakeries and Cream Coffee Shop is one of the newer ones in the area. Tiny space filled up with four small tables and a bench. They have some sweets like doughnuts, and macarons, their limited menu also included coffee and tea. My husband got me four doughnuts and they all look fabulous, as of now I have only had the chance to try the Cafe Au Lait, can't eat all four! It was a bit greasy on the bottom, the glaze and the topping was a bit too sweet. The sizes of the fluffy doughnuts are bigger than average for $2.75 a piece. Oh, did I mention that their doughnuts are from Dough Brooklyn?

Very small place with only a few chairs but boy does it pack a punch. The pecan donut is ridiculous... cant go wrong with the donuts here. They should have donuts in the name. This place is More than just a coffee shop. The service was also pleasant which is always great. I would highly recommend if you are craving a coffee or tea and a donut. They do accept credit cards as well fyi.

Ask the Community - Cream Coffee & Tea Shop

Noticed many cafes in Bayridge now no longer have seating inside, is there seating inside here?

There is, but it is smaller than before and family members of the staff hang out there and take up most of the space.

What kind of oat milk do they use?

Oaty . Do I get free coffee lol?

    Do they have macarons?

    Yes they do!

There's a lot of bubble tea competition in the area so it's nice to see them thriving. My usual rotation is: Wonder Grape - light and refreshing, my most ordered drink Hojicha Latte - my caffeine pick when I want that roasted flavor Coco Mango - more of a dessert drink, reminds me of mango sai mai lo Mochi O Sesame - dessert like, creamy and satisfying Pomegranate Burst - my no caffeine antioxidant pink drink during that time Persimmon series - my actual favorite but it only shows up during the fall season They also have snacks like popcorn chicken, crispy chicken burgers, and eggy waffles. One thing though, this location doesn't seem to carry the cauliflower that I've had and liked from other Jooy spots. I still think their older signature drinks are the most reliable. Some of the newer series feel a little rushed. I tried the pear series and the pear tasted unripe while the pomelo was a lot which made the drink come out pretty bitter. The guava series was also too light when I tried it, almost like guava tinted tea.

Tried the recommended guava matcha cream, really delicious and not too sweet. I did ask for less ice but it still seemed a lot to me and the cream was good however next time I'll try without. It is pricey but a nice treat once in a while.

My sister has the app, so she was able to order for pick-up. The order took 20 minutes, so we went to pick up some groceries in the area before heading to pick up the drinks. When you first walk in, you are hit with the lovely and fragrant smell of tea leaves, and freshly brewed tea. I went with one of the more popular drinks - Coconut Mango Blue. I don't normally love coconut flavor but you couldn't taste it too much here. You taste more of the mango flavor, which was refreshing. I had never had blue spirulina before and it didn't really taste like anything. Again, you just taste more of the mango. Hubby had the Green Grape Boom, which was a little melty by the time he drank it so it would have tasted much better if it was still slushy. I think next time, I would try just a plain Jasmine tea, so that I could really taste the flavor of the tea.

Almost all other tea shops in this neighborhood close pretty early so that definitely sets this establishment apart. The milk tea was made well, just the appropriate amount of sweetness. I will say the Boba was slightly over cooked and on the gummier, softer side. The tea flavor selection is a little bit limited I feel, but not entirely a dealbreaker. They offer some savory snacks as well which I would be curious to try next time. Overall, solid spot for some authentic milk tea.

My sister and I have passed by this place multiple times in the past, though we never stopped by to try any of their drinks. This past Saturday, my sister wanted to try someplace new, so we decided to go to Upwind. When we walked in, there were only two staff: a tea-rista/cashier and a tea-rista in training. Both were very patient as we looked through the menu. My sister ended up ordering the kumquat lemon green tea with no sugar, and I really liked how the tea-rista/cashier advised that she get it with 30% sugar as it may be too sour for her taste. My sister reassured her that she wanted it with no sugar, and then the tea-rista in training proceeded to make her drink. The kumquat lemon green tea was tart like my sister preferred, the service was quick, and the staff were very nice. Overall, pleasant experience.
