I need to have my caffeine fix, this is a store located inside the Burlington, Kroger's. It's not busy at all, and the barista was able to help me right away. I ordered an iced pineapple matcha, but the barista made me an iced golden ginger drink- I choose not to return it, I settled since I saw there's a line of costumers waiting to be served. The store- I can rate it as 4/5 due to its cleanliness evident within eyesight, 4/5 for the barista- how he seemed personable and friendly, even offered to change my drink, 3/5 for the service- I am feeling confused how can the barista mistake my drink as a matcha when it's clearly not by looking at the color alone. read more

This Starbucks is inside the Kroger supermarket. They don't have any fresh fruit, but I was able to get some from the supermarket to go along with my drink. I saw an advertisement on the board for their new guava white tea, so I ordered that, but the barista wasn't sure how to make it at first. Thankfully she saw the juices on the counter and figured it out, because my drink was delicious. A couple tables and chairs and a long table with chairs in the middle were adequate for me to rest my legs. read more

Be aware that this place is extremely slowwwwww. Came here between the morning and afternoon. Took almost 10minute for me to get an iced coffee. Some of the staff here are a bit rude. Maybe management should look into this. Drink quality is good. However time to take to get your food will take a while. You have been warned. read more

Just waited 30 minutes for two drinks and one breakfast sandwich WITH NO ONE IN FRONT OF US. Not only that but they gave us a hot drink instead of cold and it wasn't even the same flavor drink. read more

I go to this Starbucks because it's very near to my work, but they never do my drinks how they supposed to, if i ask for no ice they just put ice on my drink, if i ask for a blend drink they just put regular ice on it, i ask for a strawberry limonade and they don't mix my drink, and if you say something to the workers they get mad and they made the thing for you with a bad attitude. These airport Starbucks locations are horribly mismanaged. The regional manager needs to be audited for putting up with such consistently sloooooow service. Yes there are spurts of Customers and then no customers but there are at least three ideas I could see that they could employ to speed up the busy times. Plus there is the good attitude thing that could be improved but that doesn't bother me. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. I used to pass up others to come to this one. But we moved closer so I don't have to anymore. They are the best Starbucks around. Jerry is the best barista. He always makes my drinks the best and talks to me and my family. He is a pretty great guy. I'm an avid Starbucks customer, so when traveling, I usually stop at an airport location to fuel up before a flight. Unfortunately, this store falls way, way, WAY short of your typical Starbucks experience. To no fault of the lone two poor women who always seem to be scrambling on their own behind the counter, you should expect to spend about half an hour to get a single drink. This line averages 20 minutes at the fastest, and because there are only two baristas, the wait for your drink is also painfully long. They do the best that they can with the few staff members that they have on hand, but wow, some higher-up at Starbucks needs to help these women out! There should be at least three baristas working at once in this store since it's such a crucial location within Cincinnati's airport; it's the only Starbucks in the A terminal, after all. Moreover, the two employees at a time here get so stressed out that the customer service lacks, too, which I know isn't intentional. As far as the actual product goes, my venti infused tea was made correctly and the coffee cake tasted just like it does elsewhere; I did order the classic coffee cake but ended up with the reduced fat one by mistake (a blessing in disguise, probably!) and they don't heat it up for you unless you insist upon it. Also, I have had a venti chai tea from this location that was made with about nine pumps of chai (something like twice the recipe's actual pump number) so it tasted like a cavity. I'm careful to only order simple drinks here like tea now. I'd like to see this place improved the next time I come through Cinci, because these baristas deserve it! read more

I don't like the new Starbucks location- just to the left of where it was before. The flow of where to go in/wait/exit is disrupted as people coming up the escalator will go in the first door they see which is meant to be more of an exit because it's near the waiting/creamer/etc. side of the bar. The drinks I've received there have been up to par with other Starbucks locations. I never order anything too special though. read more

Maria is the best! I ordered a grande iced soy milk latte (which I typically drink plain) and she told me she drinks the same, but suggested I add a couple Monk sweeteners to it. So that I wouldn't ruin my drink in case I didn't like it, she made me a tall sample! For the record, it was great. She was working alone and had four drinks whipped up in no time. Great service! Starbucks is Starbucks, right? Wrong. This Starbucks failed on several fronts. First, the person who took my order messed up continuously. The customer before me had to repeat his order three times. When it was my turn, I asked for a venti light frap with soy milk. Simple right? Wrong. First, they had no venti cups left by noon. Second, the clerk grabbed a grande cup and looked completely lost. Third, the clerk didn't even finish the previous customer's order so that the employee making drinks grumbled about not having cups and wrong abbreviations. Lastly, this Starbucks location does not allow customers to use their rewards for free drinks. As for the drink itself, it's not any particularly better or worse than other places. But the service here is downright tragic. read more

I visited the Starbucks Coffee in the Cincinnati Airport in Terminal B when I was departing from CVG to head back home to DC. I had to wait in line for some time and then waited again for my drink order to be prepared. This is my one biggest complaint about any Starbucks is the fact that for whatever reason it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to get through a line and grab a coffee drink. In total it took legitimately 15 minutes to do so here. Otherwise, the Starbucks partner was nice and very accommodating. The drink I got was a Venti skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte and it fully met my expectations. The actual set up was convenient as it was literally right beside the escalators coming up from the terminal train. read more

Quick and on the way to my terminal. They did run out of the flavor of tea I had originally wanted... They take the starbucks card and I was able to get my points on here to get my gold card! For an airport shop, this Starbucks is very efficient and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend stopping by on your next flight.

Worst ever! Spouse and I ordered the same drink and received totally different drinks. Sad thing is that neither of them tasted like they should have. The drinks felt rushed to begin with, now I see they were as they could not have possibly been made correctly to begin with. So I come to this location a lot. Well today I was served by an employee named Stephanie. Her demeanor was Debby Downer as she took my order. No problem, everyone is allowed an off moment. As she's making my Frappuccino I noticed the blender says 'dairy' when I asked for non-dairy almond milk. So I politely asked her if that was almond milk in the dairy blender. She turns and gives me a death dagger look and says 'yea' turns around continues mixing. She then hands me my receipt that clearly states almond milk. As if that proves that she used almond milk. I need to visit this location more when Jerry or Parker are working. Thumbs down for Stephanie. Corporate needs to know she's using the wrong blender cups. Someone can get really sick from the contamination. read more

This review is for the one located in terminal A. Line was long but you should expect that in an airport. Monday morning 7 AM they only had one person working. I was a bit surprised if this but the young lady did manage to keep up. I gave it four stars only because I felt so sorry for this young girl who's there by herself on Monday morning trying to keep up with a line of at least 30 people. read more

Keep walking past the Starbucks on concourse B.. The coffee was mediocre at best. The condiment stand was wiped out at 11am today. All of the milk canisters were empty. I asked for creamer three times. SHANNON was too busy flirting to get it for me. She did finally hand it to a pilot for Delta, and he handed it to me immediately. When I asked for a straw and a fork it pushed her over the edge. She leaned over the counter and SNARLED. That's right, snarly mouth and sound.. the WHOLE thing. It was really something to see. Sweet girl Starbucks!! The pilot was right, "they shouldn't even call this pit Starbucks". read more
