So disappointed in Guthries and their lack of customer skills and appreciation. Went in with my kids @ 7:50 and ordered. As we went to pay and stay for dine in, from when they asked take out or dine in, a voice from the side said the dining room was closed and we would have to take it with us. Well the door said 9pm and there was no sign saying the dining room was closed and hour early. When I pushed back I was talked down to basically told they don't care and get over it. We walked out and went somewhere else. Very bad customer service skills and customer appreciation. I doubt I will ever spend another dime here. I used to prefer this over Cane's but never again. Dining room was a mess. 1 girl working counter and drive thru. She was doing her best. Slow service. Got the box meal and used a coupon. Asked for my drink, pictured on the coupon, and was told the drink doesn't come whit the meal when you use a coupon! Pretty deceptive if you ask me. I ordered $45 worth of food tonight. I asked for Guthrie's sauce and ranch. Got my food. I asked 'is this all of it?' she said yes. I said 'are the sauces in the boxes?' (they weren't visible in the bag). She said yes. I drove home. Then I realized that five strips were missing, and I had no ranch. drove all the way back out to get my missing strips. Asked for an extra Guthrie's sauce (since I didn't get my ranch) and the girl said she would have to charge me. I usually wouldn't care but I've already spent extra gas to come back to fix YOUR mistake. And I said as much. She still refused. Ordered through the drive through. We purchased 2 chicken box combos along with a snack box. First time eating here I have to say we weren't disappointed . A lot more food then we expected for sure. Good seasoning on the chicken as well as the sauce. Good sweet tea not overly sweet! Just right! Definitely will be going back. Definitely recommend this little spot! read more

The line took way too long. If you have all the time in the world, DO NOT GO THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU! It took close to 20 minutes for just 3 cars to go through. The food was great but the chicken tenders were too small. If I'm going to spend about 11 dollars on a meal where the tenders are tiny, it's not worth it to any capacity. They seem to be understaffed and overall it was a nightmare of an experience. I wouldn't come here unless the drive-thru is completely empty. read more

May have started out in Alabama but the colonel better watch out because they're in bourbon country and their chickens finger licking good. New ranch is pretty good and the dining room looks like you could eat off the floor it's so spotless. They're chickens so good canes had to put a picture of a dog out side to lure you into the puppy cuteness on your way past them to guthries. read more

Food is good and sweet tea is great but they don't even fill the sauce cups up half way.

If you like Zaxby's and feel the pain of not having one nearby, this place will do the trick. I didn't love Cane's as much as Zaxby's but Guthrie's is close! The chicken was great and the Guthrie's sauce was delicious. If you've never had Zaxby's or Cane's this place is still worth checking out. It's a good chicken joint of its own right. Crinkle cut fries and also good coleslaw. We accidentally went in close to closing time with screaming kids on a Sunday night so service was a little grumpy but they cheered up when we said we'd take our order to go once we noticed the sign. To their credit, they didn't point out they closed soon and were prompt with their service and the quality still held up even when ordering 10 minutes before close. read more

Very clean on the inside, simple design. You definitely come for the chicken fingers. They were super crispy, but moist and tender on the inside. The price is above a fast food chain, but their price definitely matches their quality. Their signature sauce is the same as the other main chicken establishments around-- but that's fine, because its delicious. The menu is simple - chicken fingers, fries, or a chicken sandwich. False advertising! The front of the restaurant was covered with signs advertising the $20 bucket. We drove through and ordered only to be given a much higher price. We were told that the deal had ended. I asked that they honor what was advertised and was told that the deal had ended yesterday. We drove across town to a competitor. Wanted to support a local business but will not support false advertising. Will never go to Guthrie's again! read more

Stopped for lunch today and was not disappointed. Chicken fingers were good size, crispy, and hot, the fries are great, hot and crispy also, slaw was okay, the toast was really good and the Cluck Sauce was not as tangy as the guys down the street. You are not going to believe this one! Ordered a meal and the toast was a dried out end piece. I absolutely love their toast. I took it back to the counter and asked if I could get another piece of toast. The server went to the back and came back and said she could not change it out. She offered to sell me another piece. I was so dumb founded that i left. I told my husband when i got home and he called the manager. When he explained the situation to the manager she said the same thing, you can buy another piece. We are now done with Gutheries. Going to Raising Cane from now on, even though we do not like them as well. read more

New to the area and first visit to Guthrie's. Ordered 8 chicken fingers to go. Once home I discovered only 7 fingers in the box. They were smaller then I'm used to from Caines or KFC. Not much to the crust. Disappointed and will not return. read more

Absolutely the best chicken tenders around. The fries are crinkle cut which are perfectly crisp and tasty. The service is fast and they bring it out to your table. read more

Not sure what happened to this place, like them more than canes but lately the chicken fingers are more like chicken nuggets, got a bucket for the family and the bucket was barely full, everything else was fine but paid for half a bucket of air, won't be back till they get that fixed. read more

We were 2nd in line in drive thru as soon as this location opened and we waited 13 minutes for our food. I'm not sure what takes so long when you have 3 items on your menu. This has happened at the Erlanger location in the middle of the day too so I can't blame it on just opening. And don't bother asking for more than one sauce or you will get charged. I'll direct my business to Chick Fil A in the future, customer service is amazing there. read more
