Stopped by to grab something cool and refreshing from Starbucks on this very hot day. Decided to go through the drive-thru. I was greeted at the speaker. I ordered the blue coconut lemonade refresher. The drive-thru line moved pretty quickly. I had to wait a couple of minutes for my refresher to come out. I did not know what to expect. The drink tasted OK. It was more lemonade than blueberry or coconut. The color was lavender and not blue like photo. I would order it again, but i would need to modify it. read more

It's mostly good service here, but the drive-thru line can be very long. Weekends in particular. You're better off just going inside. Just don't park on the side of the drive-thru because it'll be impossible to get out. As of late, it's been very slow, and the drinks aren't consistently made. Oh well! read more

I counted 6 people behind the counter this morning stopping by to pick up a pre order. Each of the females looks me in the eye and moved away from the counter. The only male staffer had to come to ask how to help me. It was embarrassing having to sit and wait for help while being the only customer at the counter. I didn't have the time or energy to complain. I hope the owner sees this and realizes they're overstaffed with mediocre service! read more

This Starbucks is quiet busy but its nice. They have tons of reusable cups for sale. It's in a nice location especially it's next to jollibee( Filipino Fast food) we had some good holiday drinks which is caramel brulee. I loved it especially i hate bitter drinks. read more

Pretty nice Starbucks overall with a convenient location and drive-thru available. They do an excellent job with social distancing and implementing customers to wear a mask in order to enter their establishment. Service isn't the best here but their drinks are always done really well. read more

I can't recommend going here though I'm sure it won't matter. Place has a cult following. I went to the drive thru to get a sandwich and got home to find a long hair in it. Tried chatting three times with customer service got disconnected three times. One time they said without a receipt they can't do anything and I didn't use my Starbucks account to pay. Sent a pic of my bank transaction but not good enough. Then I tried to call the store to speak to the manager to see if I can get a copy of the receipt and got put on eternal hold. I really appreciate drive thru locations, so I rarely go into this store, so I can only speak to the outside experience haha There is a little fenced patio area at the back of the store and the drive thru wraps through their parking lot around back. It tends to be a busy location in my experience, so there can be a bit of a wait, but nothing unreasonable. Similarly sometimes they run out of some popular items, but more often than not I can get my first choice :) I've never had anyone be rude to me l here. They are busy and hours on end of a busy drive thru window I'd be worn down a bit too, so if whoever I'm speaking to isn't over the top chipper I'm not taking that personally, I get it haha Summary: convenient and one of my go-to locations. I don't normally give chain restaurants/establishments 5 stars but my latest trip to Starbucks definitely deserves 5 stars without a doubt. I stopped in on a Thursday around 11 and was pleasantly surprised to see the amount of seating. I hate going into a Starbucks and seeing five seats. It could honestly be a restaurant with all of the seats available. As I watched the line it moved very quickly and drinks were ready within minutes. At one point there were seven employees working and it seemed to move very smoothly. The entire establishment was clean and once a table left employees were quick to sanitize the tables. All while the drive through was continuously flowing with customers. About twenty minutes into our visit an employee handed out samples of the lemon cake ([always a good choice) as well as a tea creation she made herself. I've never experienced this before while inside. She was willing to write it down for me and shared what drove her to creating this drink. It was honestly really cool, it had me thinking I was at a local coffee shop instead of Starbucks. I'm honestly shocked at the low rating here. The parking is sort of tight and frustrating but I just park a couple rows down and it's fine. Plus employees are now wearing the Lady Gaga inspired PRIDE shirts and they are awesome. I have had real good experiences at this Starbucks. It is a new location/building and they are always busy. Ordering ahead of time on the app is quite convenient, but if you are in a real rush, do order online and pick up inside. This was my first visit to this Starbucks on 10/23/20 at 5 pm. I went inside because the drive through line was long. There was no line inside. All I wanted was a decaf coffee, nothing special. There were 4 workers who only focused on the drive through orders that appeared complicated compared to mine. It took 15 minutes to wait. An employee finally poured my coffee and placed a lid on the cup, unfortunately without a cardboard grip, and gave it to me piping hot. Was it worth the wait? No, I have seen better and faster service at other places. I will stick to Dunkin Donuts, which is a few doors down in the same shopping center. read more

Usually go through the drive thru but today I needed to wait for a friend so went inside. Music was so loud I had to repeat my order to a very unresponsive barista three times. This is their brand new location after spending time in the now defunct plaza across the street. It's a much larger space for people to hang out and do work. There's a bar by the counter to sit down and enjoy your drinks or to wait for your order. I liked the bright modern layout, and the staff seemed to be on top of everything. It definitely is a step up from their old digs which were starting to get a little dated. The coffee was typically what you expect at Starbucks. Decent, but slightly overpriced. Pretty average starbucks. Staff was friendly and quick and they got my, albeit rather simple, order right. They do have a drive through if that's helpful. Bathroom was clean, but just didn't look that clean, probably just needs to be re-grouted. Still though it leaves an impression. My other issue is the lay out. They have two entrances, one on either side. It's a bit disorientating if you go in the far side from where you place your order. A sign would go a really long way towards fixing that. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and currently the only one I am tracking in the area with a drive through. I normally order the chai tea latte, I also like green tea or matcha when its available. I am also a sucker for the caramel apple spice and the chicken or turkey sandwiches int he cooler. It's supposed to be this boogie type Starbucks but really it's not. The orders take forever and forget the drive thru. The staff is hit or miss. Have noticed recently that the overturn is high and the newbies have major attitude and are slow to move! I was in line for 15 mins today just to be told at 5:59 pm, got in line by 5:45 pm, that they were closed. The car before us put in their order and now we couldn't??? How does that work? There were at least 6 cars behind us. Someone could have come out before 5:59 pm and said they would cut off orders at a particular time or after a certain car. Not fair. read more

I've been here twice; early mornings between 6:45-7am. The drive through line is usually very long, so going in doesn't bother me. But each time I was there I have waited more than 10 minutes after ordering for my drink, and that's just not very conducive for a quick coffee pick up before work. Not only that, I always order the same thing at any Starbucks I go to, and both times I was at this location it always tastes very different. Not sure if this review is about the employee (male employee taking orders) at this location or Starbucks. Tonight I pulled up to the drive thru at 9:47 to get my wife coffee and I was told their new closing hours are at 9:30p. I left and had to tell my wife the bad news. The lights at the drive thru were on as if they were open so I decided to check their hours online. Google & Yelp still had them closing at 10:00p. If Starbucks messed up and didn't update the hours, I apologize to the employee. If I was lied to, I apologize to the company. My wife takes her coffee seriously, so this was necessary. read more

This is a pretty basic Starbucks, they are consistent across the brand. However the restroom had no toilet paper and there was urine all over the floor. If I didn't have to go so bad, I would've just waited. I did let the person at the register know and he said he would take care of it. But it is evident that they don't have regular restroom checks. This Starbucks is literally my GO TO on the daily, it's on my way to work and it has a drive thru. I always order soy in my drinks, and only once out of a million have they messed up and not used soy. That definitely says a lot. My drinks are always on point. And if they aren't they fix it without an issue, rolling of the eyes or loud sigh. I've been here from early morning (6am - 5pm) and they're service is always consistent. They have a few really great baristas. Definitely better than some other Starbucks in the area. I'm always greeted by friendly employees and they always have a smile on their face. The drive thru is usually always quick. It's always quicker than going inside for me. Parking is generous, there is a front and back lot. The Starbucks is a tad hard to find from the main road. You have to drive through the business park to get to it, or all the way around the plaza. Took me a while to find it my first visit. It's an old and not very Pretty Starbucks. This Starbucks has to be the RUDEST PLACE, EVER! First when you walk in, there no hello/good morning upbeat vibe. Occasionally you may get a cashier that says hello. Almost all the times I've visit there I've had to have them remake my drink, talk about ATTITUDEEEEEEE! This morning is the draw for me, i get my drink and it's Luke-warm, so i took it back and said this not hot and the woman takes, never say nothing and I'm watching her and she place the drink down in front of me and then i say, it says Caramel drizzle (which i was charged for) and her ATTITUDEEEEE, was SO DISGUSTING! I knew it! No one has yelped about this Starbucks yet, most definitely because no one has had any reason to come to this part of town (my excuse is that I'm visiting family for the holidays). What I'm about to say is so bewildering that it may very well destabilize our very understanding of modern life as we know it: this is the only Starbucks within the span of an entire 15-20 radius! So I've decided to put in this Starbucks location so that if you ever drive around this area and find yourself lost amongst the roadside farms and horse barns, rest assured, there is a Starbucks within reach! They have drive thru which makes it super easy to get your order. This is one of the last stores in this shopping center other than burger king. So hopefully they don't close down. Located right off 29. It makes it easy to hop on and get your coffee or whatever and get back on the road. They also have a little outdoor seating area. read more
