The staff here is amazing! They are super welcoming and very accommodating! My partner picked up an order of seven drinks, which were all made perfectly. They had just brewed the coffee for the iced coffee, so it was still hot. Instead of watering it down with ice that would melt instantly, they gave her a huge cup full of ice to add to the coffee once it was cool enough. read more

REVIEW UPDATE: Okay so yesterday I was having a semi-glum day (typical life stuff.) Regardless, to my surprise and delight, as I was sitting at one of the tables a friendly face approached and asked if I was "the Brittany" aka "cake girl" from the Yelp review. Long story short, Steph (the BEST person ever...say hi to her if you ever stop by) apologized for the cake incident and gave me a gift card for my troubles. Imagine how shocked I was that (1) she actually rememebred (it had been awhile) and (2) how sincere her apology was. Moving from LA (shoutout to The Valley/Encino) to Camarillo, I have noticed a HUGE difference in how friendly and kind people are out here (no shade or tea to the Valley but lets keep it real.) That was EXTREMELY kind of Steph and truly made my day that much better. Long story short, this is defintely my favorite Starbucks and I will forever be a regular. So if you're ever in need of a "quick pick me up" come to THIS location. The staff is extremely pleasant, it is ALWAYS clean, there are plenty of tables to study/work, the music is nice (not too loud or obnoxious), there's a liquor store next door (if you want to reward yourself after a long day of work haha), and they let everyone use the bathroom (a little shade there haha.) I love this place so much. I come here twice a day (because of work hours) and everyone there is so nice and helpful. The worst service I've ever received at Starbucks. I was first in line inside with no one else behind me, and they forgot to make my 1 drink. They made 4 other customers drinks that came in after me first, the entire drive thru and online orders. When they made my drink it was wrong so I asked them politely to remake it and so they did. I was in a hurry to get back to work so I did not taste it right away. My drink had no coffee in it when I ordered a white mocha .. I don't understand how you forget the coffee??? ? I've come here before on multiple occasions and received great service when using the drive thru except for today. They were not busy at all and service was slow. The girl that took my order clearly didn't listen or follow my order because I asked for a tall steamed milk at kid's temperature and instead received a very very hot cup of milk. I've never had an issue before when asking for kid's temperature steamed milk for my kiddo. She was upset she couldn't drink her beverage all because it was way too hot. I have been there 4 times and each time I go there my simple ice white mocha with no whip taste nothing like it's suppose to . Each time I have used drive through so I got out once to take it inside and tell them It didn't taste anything like what it taste like everywhere else and they said it was exactly what I ordered. I've never been told that by any Starbucks . Also 3 out of 4 times I was told to pull forward and someone would bring my drink out ! For one , there is NO place to pull forward it's a parking lot full of cars and a drive through entrance as soon as you pull out of drive through so I was stuck blocking entrance if Starbucks and half drive way of the exit if drive through . Getting dirty looks like I didn't know that wasn't a parking space . It was a simple drink and one at that so I'm not sure why I had to pull forward and wait especially when there isn't a waiting space.Needless to say I won't be going there anymore I'll drive across town . read more

This Starbucks has the worst management in town because they don't know how to hire workers that are there for the the customer. You pay for the experience at Starbucks and the thing is the experience is getting the coffee you want. I'm not a picky person I don't ask for much. However three days in a row I go through this Starbucks because my grandma is bed ridden and I tell them please put milk not half and half in my coffee. That's it no sugar nothing. I just want milk. Didn't realize this until after I was in line of course. They were really nice about it and they let me have my drink. My work morning was rough and they helped me out. All stars. This location is awful. They mess up my order every single time I go there. Every time. Sometimes they write it down correctly and put a completely different drink in the cup, sometimes it shows up correctly at the drive-thru screen but it is printed wrong on the receipt. I never have this problem at other locations. I used to go to the oxnard drive-thru location frequently and never had a problem; I swear there is something wring with this location. Today while I was in line being handed the wrong drink again, I heard the person in front of me say they were fed up because they have the same problem. And it's all well and good if they can fix the drink, but it's frustrating how much time, money and gas I've wasted on this place because of its "convenience". If I wanted a cup of hot water with a tea bag, I wouldn't be paying five bucks for it. read more

I have always loved the green tea lattes at Starbucks, they are yummy! But on this occasion they didn't mix up the green tea powder well so when I sipped on the straw I got a blast of powder. I asked if it could be blended again and the girl was nice enough but she poured the liquid from my cup ... leaving the wet powder mix in the bottom of my original cup. She didn't scoop the powder into the new cut, gave it a shake or 2 put a new lid on it. Then handed it back to me! Soooo my green tea latte was extremely weak tasting more like iced milk. This was once the best Starbucks drive thru around.. I came 3 times this week and each time I ordered the exact same thing and it got worse each time. I ordered an iced Caramel macchiato with extra caramel. The first day, no caramel at all, the second time I noticed before I pulled forward that yet again there was zero caramel, today again in my CARAMEL macchiato there was NO CARAMEL and literally no coffee. I have gone to starbucks before and they never remember my name or my drink. The staff here, particularly, Audrey, go out of there way to remember my name and my drink the second I am walking into the store. The Baristas at this location seem to think everyday is a social party. More than half the times I submit an order via Starbucks app for a simple coffee they don't have it ready when I arrive. I keep giving them more and more time but it almost never fails I'm standing there waiting with others while they all gab with each other. If 7 to 10 minutes is not acceptable time to pour a cup of coffee on a slow morning at 6:30 am, I guess it's time to move on to a different coffee house. read more

This location only gets 2 stars because they always give me issues ‍ I would go to the one on Arneil but once they opened this location it as more convenient. From the first time I went I asked for a caramel macchiato soy Add shot. On occasion extra Carmel drizzle but nothing to crazy it's like one of the most common drinks and some how they mess it up putting regular milk rather then soy or adding so much milk to cup your espresso spills out. That in fact happened to me again today unfortunately I didn't have time to get it remade since we hope it be right the first time so I just suggested not to add so much milk especially since I added a shot and she said I should just drink it but that doesn't take away that she wiped off part of the extra espresso I paid for if i was still only going to get 3 rather then 4 why charge extra. I wouldn't complain if it wasn't a reoccurring event but this is now the 4th time I've had an issue here and I LOVE Starbucks that's how I start my day so I hate when my coffee sucks it literally ruins my day read more
