Super easy Starbucks to visit. I was running errands and zzzzzzz. I decided to try to caffeinate here even though it's not my usual store. Some Starbucks take FOREVER when you drop in to order coffee, because mobile orders get priority and you wait forever when you just show up. But there was no line at 2 pm, my drink came out fast. Easy parking, easy on and off ECR. Good to know I can stop here again and be in, out, and caffeinated! read more

A very comfy and quiet location tucked away off the freeway and main road. Enough chairs inside and outside for anyone to enjoy their beverage. I chose to enjoy mine inside as the AC was on full blast. Service is quick and served with a smile. My drink was perfect. Just the right amount of caffeine to get me through my workday. This location can be a bit difficult to get in and out of quickly since the parking lot is always full and there is no drive through, BUT when you do find parking or can drop someone off to pick up, it's fantastic! I typically order ahead here so I can grab drinks/food quickly or again send someone in to grab everything without needing to find parking. It's worth coming here too because their drink quality has always been good along with the baristas' efficiency. During my most recent visit, I only ordered food (breakfast sandwiches) to go. Another bike ride stop at 11:30am today, and I witnessed two super awesome servers. The first, the lady that took my order - let's call her Mary. In front of me in line was literally the most indecisive person I've ever met - an early 20's girl talking to herself and her boyfriend (I assume) about what to order but wasn't getting anywhere. Mary smiled, asked helpful questions like "do you want something without caffiene?" but wasn't making much progress. I think the boyfriend felt some pain too, and started suggesting "how about black tea lemonade, you'll probably like that." But early 20's girl just kept on talking to herself, and maybe about 3 minutes later, she finally landed on "green tea lemonade" or something like that. If I were Mary, I probably would have reached over to strangle her but Mary simply smiled, told early 20's girl to take her time, and even encouraged her "I understand, it's difficult to decide sometimes." If I own a coffee shop, I'm hiring her! So then, I ordered and waited for my iced shaken expresso. I thought Mary was patient...then I witnessed the Barrista. Before she started on my beverage, she was making a cold brew for this middle aged lady (we'll call her "Mildred") and when done, Barrista said to Mildred, "let me know if there's anything else I can do." Bad question as Mildred had infinite ideas on what else to do. Mildred asks "more cinnamon please". Barrista complies and shakes more cinnamon into the drink. Mildred takes a sip. "Nope, need some more. Can I do it?" Barrista hands Midred the cinnamon and Midred goes to town on the cinnamon like she's about to bake cinnamon roll. "Anything else?" Madame 2 asks. Midred says, after taking a sip, "can you add more milk please?" "Of course - whole or 2%?" "2% please." Barrista adds the milk. Mildred takes a sip. "A little more." And at this point, the cup is getting pretty full, but still not to the top. Mildred then asks, "can I have a bigger cup?" Barrista smilingly pours the drink into a bigger cup. Mildred then takes the cinnamon shaker and goes to town a little bit more to complete her coffee flavored cinnamon drink. Anyway, kudos to Mary & Barrista - you two are role models for food service servers! read more

Usually i go to this Starbucks and do a mobile order because i feel embarrassed about changing the custom order on the menu, also i forget the specific names of the customization, Also, the mobile order wouldn't let me get the 10%discount for using a personal cup..wasn't sure if it was what i ordered or if its not there anymore. Anyway, onto the service...i was greeted by judgement, i tried to be polite, i might sound like a dummy who doesn't know what they are talking about...i usually don't, again why i use mobile order. The person who rang me up at the register was a heavy person with attitude and judgement. I tried my best to remember about adding and removing some items and they asked me with short patience. I didn't understand why but then as i waited i realized they were leaving and I was probably the last one before their shift ended. NOT OKAY! We all have bad days but everyone but the heavy person had great positive attitudes. Just because your shift is ending doesn't mean you can take it out on us. You get up early and Thats amazing and am truly thankful for handling so many of us in the mornings but still not acceptable! read more

I know that I can always count on the wifi here to get my work done and there's plenty of parking too. One WARNING is that you need to be VERY CAREFUL of people, standing outside this business, claiming that they are representing a charity, and asking you to buy a Starbucks or Merchandise, or Bank gift card to give to their cause!!! This ALSO includes friends, family, and associates who might claim to be doing an "Annual Holiday Gift Card Drive" for various Charitable Organizations, Children's Hospitals, environmental causes, etc. IT"S A SCAM!!! Reputable non-profit organizations DO NOT ask for merchandise or bank gift cards due to the high level of theft and the inability to account for the funds. Often times the perp may try to justify their actions by only donating a portion of what they have collected and then will keep the rest for themselves. It's still ghetto and illegal af. The location itself is not convenient and all the way in the back corner of the center. Minimal parking is available no matter what time you go. Staff needs customer service training. Walked in and saw 3 staff members focused on hanging up some sort of sign. Not 1 of them were checking to see if there were customers in line and were too focused on their "project". Is this a construction zone or a Starbucks? Stood there awkwardly waiting for someone to acknowledge me and when they finally did no apology was given, no sorry for waiting, etc then when I did order I got a sarcastic remark from staff. This place is always pretty crowded, but the service is always great and the product is always fantastic. I like this Starbucks and have been coming here for months to do some work after work. I've also been here before work or on my off days to hang out with my kids. There's plenty of seating outside as well as inside, though it gets packed in the mornings. My order always comes out rather quickly and is done correctly. I also want to mention that months ago, there was the monster frappucino that came out and while I was working, they came around offering several samples of it. My kids loved it and I really appreciate the kind gesture of having them have seconds. Personally the frappucino wasn't my thing, but it was cute since it was around Halloween time. There's also a bit more healthier options for my kids and the non-caffeine drinkers. I was working long hours and sometimes, my kids and I would sit there for hours, so the fact that they offer string cheese, fruit, sandwiches and salads, really helps make my life a bit easier. Now that my house is updated and complete, I don't come here as often to work, but when I do come, it's still a quick and pleasant experience every time. read more

I don't usual like Starbucks but sometimes this place is near my walk with my dog and I just need a place to chill with him. The service is friendly just as long as you avoid the busy times in this location. Otherwise, busy times result in a cashier that is friendly, but a barista that has no personality. The drinks are standard SB quality. I usually get the iced drinks here to mask the SB coffee I'm not fond of. So actually 3 of the stars goes to customer service and plenty of outside sunny seating. read more

This Starbucks always messes up my orders. Today for example I ask for a pineapple passion fruit drink and they give me a regular pineapple drink. Good 'ol Starbucks.. when my caffeine cravings kick in and I'm in the area this Starbucks location satisfies the fix. I've hung out here on the patio outside, and chilled on the inside, and sometimes I'll just take my drink for the road. The coffees, teas, and food here are your typical Starbucks options and they make the drinks perfectly to get your sip on! I've also gotten the breakfast sandwiches here which is satisfying downing it with my iced drinks. They are friendly here and pretty efficient so speedy service before you know it your drink is ready. The only thing downside here is Broken Yolk next door can make the parking lot crowded in the mornings especially on weekends so be prepared for a little walk. ;P read more

My coffee was watery and didn't taste like much, which is unusual for Starbucks. The outdoor seating area looked desolate, with furniture placed willy-nilly and lacking shade. All outside tables were filthy. The trash can was full (I visited in the early afternoon and the store did not appear busy). The seating areas close to the wall/windows had a smell of garbage and old cigarettes. Since this location is right next to a very busy intersection, traffic noise was overwhelming and this was not helped by the loud and annoying Sinatra songs piped through Starbucks' outdoor speakers. After being coffee free for months, I decided to splurge on a drink I hadn't had in a very long time. I was treated to a Skinny Peppermint Mocha (tall, no whip, extra hot). These two baristas were the worst! On Wednesday 7/22 around 11:00 am. I buy the same drink everyday at various Starbucks. I've been told that the the skinny latte has 2% milk by default on their menu, only the syrup is skinny. That's just how I want my drink not non fat milk! The barista literally argued with a loud voice that the skinny latte always is made with non fat milk. Ask your other stores dude! What a rude guy! This location tends to get really really busy at around the 7:30-9am hours. Just be sure to plan your time accordingly because this line can get out the door sometimes. The staff here in nice. I'm not sure if it's just this location or others, but the past two days I've come in and ordered just a regular Iced Coffee and I was on high alert ALL DAY. Just be careful of the caffeine intake all you yelpers! Their pastry that I enjoy most here is their blueberry oat bar.
