Great location, big parking lot, clean, staff is very friendly, consistent coffee no matter the location you go to, that is how you keep customers coming back. This location looks a lot like most Starbucks, probably on the newer side compared to some, very nice inside and out, inviting a good place to work, relax or grab some coffee to go. Used the Mobil app as I always do so I don't have to wait, just walk In, grab my drink and I am on my way, convenient and highly recommended to save having to wait around for 5 minutes or so. You can also build up points to get free drinks or food, which is a bonus. Of course there are Starbucks everywhere so you won't have trouble finding one to get you coffee fix anytime or anyplace you are. Enjoy! read more

They're in a nice spot next to other food restaurants, and near businesses. I like their outdoor seating, but they don't have a drive thru, which is probably for the best because I waited 10 minutes for a black hot coffee. The staff seems easily overwhelmed, with the to go orders and mobile orders. If I have time and can wait a long time for a cup of coffee I'll come back but it's definitely not my go to unfortunately read more

I normally don't review chains like this but the customer service here is outstanding. One weekend I was sitting and doing work for close to 2 hours and the manager on duty thanked every customer by name as they left. I found it impressive as they even remembered mine after sitting for two hours and having dozens of people come and go in between my order and departure. The staff is always incredibly nice. If I choose Starbucks, it's typically because I know that they consistently deliver exceptional coffee and good service. However, this location is a step-up from the rest. The staff here is always outgoing, patient and very friendly, even during the morning rush when a large number of people are eagerly grabbing coffee on their way to work. This café has a spacious interior layout and an outback patio with tables, chairs and umbrellas. Bonus points: At this location they sometimes have a daily riddle posted at the pick-up counter which can help keep you occupied while waiting for your order. Dealing with Leo . has been nothing short of exhausting. He regularly purchases the cheapest items, complains about them endlessly, yet continues to return. His behavior is disruptive, unprofessional, and frankly, disrespectful to the hardworking staff and other patrons. Some customers come to enjoy good food and community--Leo seems to come looking for problems. Businesses deserve fair and reasonable customers. Where else can you sit and watch planes land and fly over you on their approach to Palomar Airport? I discovered the view as I drove by on Palomar Airport Road. I saw the umbrellas in the back of the Starbucks on the hill facing runway two-four (240). I needed a coffee so I stopped in. They have a decent sized patio with 3 or 4 umbrella'd tables overlooking the approach. Pretty bad ass! Only problem is several people also know about this spot and are lackadaisically working on their laptops and cell phones. Seating is limited. I walked from the Starbucks back patio down the back path to another business (Phô) at the other end of the building that too has a large patio with tables and chairs for customers to sit. As I was checking that out a Lear jet had approached on its landing pretty low and it scared the crap outta me. Kinda loud, but then again it ain't nothin' compared to the flight deck. The approach is directly over head of this patio. Most of the other planes were smaller and had a much higher approach. There are also a few other restaurant type businesses in the same building of the strip mall so those businesses' employees use the back path between the two patios for smoking and talking (some loudly) on their phones etc. Almost sketchy as all of the back doors of these places are open and you can see in. There ain't no place to run back there, but it is landscaped nicely. The south side of Starbucks is also landscaped exceptionally well. It makes for a nice retreat. Do stop in and grab a cup for yourself and a cake pop for the grandkids. They'll love the view. Dicks read more

Super disappointed! I called the day before to order 2 boxes of coffee for our office. They didn't even have it started! We made it clear we wanted it by 8:15 AM. The person who took the order didn't give them a pick up time. I left them 2 phone numbers to call. No one even thought of calling to ask us since they didn't give them the time we requested. Now we are late for our office opening. Never again will we go to this Starbucks. Big fail!!! I'd give no stars for this place, but the app requires at least one!!! Great customer service here with an emphasis on mobile orders, meaning they don't leave you im the abyss on whether or not your order is ready because you cant see the many cups and bags waiting to be picked up. They call your name and if they see someone who's been waiting a bit, they check in with you. They also love fur babies! I've witnessed some regular fur babies come in and immediately be greeted with a puppuccino! And heres a fun fact, they've never run out of tye Double Smoked Bacon Cheddar and Egg sandwich. Its pretty busy in the mornings so leave out early or mobile order your drink ahead of time! P.S. To the patrons that don't mind twirling other customers cups looking for your name or handling sandwich/pastry bags that may belong to someone else, please just ask the friendly Starbucks crew. NEWLY REMODELED!!! THEY HAVE NITRO!!! This store is much more "airy", sleek, modern and has the feel of the Pike Street Roastery in Seattle. The condi bar is right by handoff now that there's ample room. A bit sad the bar sitting is gone, but it's entirely more functional from a partner standpoint which means their ability to help you and keep things stocked and clean is significantly less daunting. There are 2 starbucks from my work... Same distance. I prefer to come to this one because they're quick and fast. You have 2 barista's making the drinks vs other places where there's only 1 barista. It's right along Palomar Airport Road, but it's set back from the road and from the back patio you get a great sunset view over the airport. Robin sat outside and calmed Joey down so he wouldn't hyperventilate while I went inside and got my drink, and then we both relaxed and chatted and watched the beautiful sunset from the back patio. This is the first time I've spoken with a Starbucks manager who seemed indifferent to making a customer happy. My iced coffee cup was cracked in half and dripped on over my pants, blouse, the center console and made a huge mess on me and in my car. My receipts for work, soaked! My dental packages, soaked!!! When I called to tell Alex, the manager that the plastic cup was cracked, her statement that products fail seemed snarky. How about saying, I'm so sorry our product failed and the cup broke. Please come back and let me give you a $10 card. You can get a drink whenever or where-ever you would like for the inconvenience. Instead, I heard, you can come back. Meh, we'll give another drink. I go to many many starbucks stores and it's very rare to find one that covers every single base. The management here does such a great job and hopefully corporate treats them well. * They're very consistent with my drinks! I still don't understand why this is hard to do at other stores. Its a pretty standard drink. * They don't neglect the mobile ordering and forget * They keep mobile drinks on the counter so I can quickly grab it and leave. FYI This should be mandatory at all starbucks locations. I Hate having to wait in line for my mobile order. kinda pointless ay * They keep the store very clean and the bathrooms are spotless * They never have said "Oh we ran out of this" which is common at a lot of starbucks when mobile ordering and waiting only to find out they never had it in the first place. * Lastly, they remember your name which is a nice bonus!
