I love Starbucks. This is clean, well-kept, all workers are kind, and the food is as good as any other

This is my go to Starbucks. It's closest to my home and in a great location (although busy traffic wise especially during work rush hours or school). I stopped in yesterday to pick up a mobile order of a drink and some egg white bites. It was mid afternoon and not too busy. They weren't very crowded so I decided to sit inside and enjoy my warm coffee and bites. The atmosphere was very nice, it was fairly quiet and lots of open seats. For any of you Starbucks fans; hopefully you take advantage of their app. I maximize it to the best advantage possible. Winter Holiday season also has the advantage of some seasonal delicious drinks.

Stopped by for a quick drink. Service was fast as we went through the drive through. Asked for a pup cup but they weren't able to? Super clean inside too

Pretty unhappy that I $7 for a half full Grande Cappuccino. I understand there is space for foam but a grande coffee should not be half full! This is what my coffee looked like after my 3 minute drive home. I had not even removed the stopper on the lid.

Needed something refreshing after playing disc golf at a park nearby. I came in here to get a bottle of water, and then the add for a pumpkin spice Frappuccino caught my eye, so of course I got one, haha. Too bad there was only one size for bottled water, which was huge and way more (and more expensive) than I would have preferred paying for. But I guess it was good to quench my thirst for the long drive home from Indiana to Illinois. I like how you can choose the Frappuccinos to be caffeinated or decaffeinated. I opted for decaf, because I didn't want the caffeine in the afternoon. The pumpkin spice Frapp is sweet but delicious. Yum!

I love this location. This is my first time here. It's so spacious. Plenty of friendly staffs. Lots of tables and outlet for work and study. Right now they decorate the store for fall vibe! Love it.

Pretty quick service for it being very busy on a Friday morning! This location is very large as well, I assume a lot of people do work here!

Lots of room inside. Crazy drive thru line outside

Wow. The drive thru was crazy long and there's very little parking. I parked and walked in can can't believe those people wait in the drive thru that long. I think it was a bank a long time ago. Shared with Jimmy John's.

Today we went to Starbucks at 116th & Keystone. I had an iced grande peach green tea lemonade. Delicious! The service was fast & friendly! However, I gave four stars only due to the condition of the store. Not the cleanest Starbucks I've been to, otherwise, it would have been a five star review . Sorry guys!

This third time I was picking up 18 pastries - 3 different types- all delicious and superbly baked AND a cake. WOW! The cake was amazingly beautiful! delicious and decorated exquisitely with huge intricate frosting flowers and leaves. I'm very very happy with my order- they even helped me carry it to the car. This bakery made my special family party a huge success, everyone enjoyed the food and remarked on how delicious it looked and tasted. Thank you SO much for making the event extra special

The raspberry pistachio croissant? Oh. My. God. This thing had me in a chokehold. Flaky, buttery layers with the perfect balance of tart raspberry and rich pistachio. It wasn't just good -- it was write-home-about-it good. The kind of pastry that makes you pause mid-bite and question every other croissant you've ever had. The second was a croissant sandwich (I wish I could remember the name!), but the way those flavors paired together? Let's just say it was a full culinary experience. Savory, balanced, indulgent -- you get the hint. Every bite just made sense. Now here's the part that really says something: I grew up on the East Coast where authentic French bakeries are everywhere and the cultural standard is high. I know a proper croissant. And this? This was better. Yes, I said it. We even had the chance to speak with the owner, who was incredibly warm and genuine. He checked in to make sure we enjoyed everything -- which we clearly did, considering we left with boxes to take home. This place isn't just a pastry shop. It's an experience. And trust me, it will be a topic of discussion in our house for days. Run. Don't walk.

Super friendly the ladies that work in front are smiling and super cute. They are kind and Friendly my vanilla latte was done real fast and tastes Hmm a bit bitter then what I expected to be which means it was a bit strong for me.. not sweet enough but overall I do recommend this place for any age people to come and chat and relax eat and spend time away from home. My husband went running so I'm chilling here waiting for him. By the way the bathrooms are clean as well. After trying my vanilla latte two times, I end up asking the young ladies to make me another latte because I wanted to try something sweeter and they did it for free and actually was amazing what they gave me. Thanks so much I was not expecting that awesome treatment. Place gets crowded fast and the girls move fast as well. Not disappointed at all... I give it 10 out of 10

I imagine having the support/backing from Heartland Foods helps... The environment at this particular location is okay. I've always been confused by the meeting room in the back, which has no heating and cooling. I'll blame that on whoever took the lead on the buildout. Now for the most important question: How is the coffee? I wouldn't call myself a coffee connoisseur but I'd like to consider myself a decent judge of good quality and flavor. My home coffee preparation process includes: grinding fresh beans to a grain specific for my preferred brewing method (usually Chemex or Aeropress), heating the water to a specific temp based on the bean's country/region of origin, patience, etc. Java House's coffee is not good... I'm fairly certain they use "coffee" powder that's dissolved into water (think Nestle instant coffee) then placed in pressurized kegs that are then either heated or cooled before being poured via a tap. This is not a place you go to experience good coffee. I believe Java House appeals more to certain coffee drinkers who enjoy adding flavors, sweeteners, milks/creams, etc. and not those interested in the art of growing, roasting, brewing, etc. If you're chasing quality coffee in the area, I suggest checking out either Indie Coffee Roasters, Illumine Coffee, or Eggshell (if you can figure out Eggshell's hours). If broken down, my rating would be: 2.5 stars for the successes and environment .5 star for the coffee For the Java House folks: If I'm totally off regarding my assumption of how you brew, please feel free to correct me!
