About 6 months ago I was told that I need to be specific when ordering it and refer to it as the SIGNATURE s'mores because there are multiple beverages. Every 3 out of 5 times when I order the drink it has to be fixed and remade. This clearly at this point is not a me issue and a training issue. I understand stuff happens but when you are paying 9 dollars for one drink and then you get none of the toppings that are supposed to come on it, it's frustrating. I understand they were out of marshmallow fluff today, but we weren't even told that until they brought the drink to our car. I called the store to see if we could resolve the issue. The manager calls me back to tell me I need to now specifically not only tell them that it's the s'mores signature latte but how to make it with all the toppings.
