This place sucks. Doesn't even deserve 1 Star. I made a mobile order on my way to the airport. I waited in the parking lot as instructed to find out that the drive thur was the only option to get our coffees. The drive thru was 10 cars deep and I did not have the time to wait. My order said to go to pick up area but the inside was closed. I called the store and talked to someone who said that I would have to cancel through the app. Well that is BS. After spending more time to then I should have I found that you cannot cancel and order snd get your hard earned money back once the order has been sent (See photo). Come on guys get your "shat" together. Don't tell customers stuff you don't know. I called thinking that I could get help not the run around. Big business got $9.50 from me. NEVER AGAIN. Starbucks is on my forever band list. BTW. I will share this experience with everyone I know or who exercises their choice when getting coffee. Starbucks should be ashamed. read more

This starbucks on Bob Hope and Varner is the best the barista Justine knows my order by memory I love that all I have to do is tell her my name and she just punches it in making me feel like starbucks royalty. She even knows that I'm a cup collector so when they get new cups in there store she shows them to me to see if I'm interested in purchasing. This is the most efficient and personable associates of any Starbucks in the area. Always clean with somewhat adequate seating. There are only two tables for differently-abled customers. The only problem is with the flies. They are very bothersome as there is no shading nor "fly fans" over the main doors. Danny is exceptional!! We come here in the AM six days every week!! read more

I recently started ordering from this location as it's on my way to work. Every time I've stopped in to pick up my order they have been busy, and I mean the line for their drive thru has extended out by the ampm gas station busy PLUS people have parked and gone inside to order. I do recommend ordering ahead especially in the morning. The first time I stopped in, I was greeted with a loud and cheerful "Hello and Welcome" from multiple baristas which was unexpected for me because normally the baristas at other starbucks locations sound tired IF they say hello or they don't say anything at all. At the pickup counter they asked my name, gave my my order and wished me a great day, once I got to work I noticed there was a smiley face drawn on the label of my drink which added to my morning. I love the customer service at this location, it's seriously on point. The second time I stopped in, my experience was about the same, I was wished a great day and a happy Tuesday, I even called in and told them how much I appreciate the level of customer service they've provided and thanked them, they seemed to appreciate my call. I will continue to go back to this starbucks just because of their service, keep it up everyone I love the energy here! read more

Horrible service. I always order on the app to help the workers and workers had an attitude. My internet wasn't working until I was close by. Still thought I would help by just placing the order instead of explaining my drinks. Worker female didn't even greet my family. I am so disappointed we spend so much money here and this Starbucks happens to be so convenient to come here. Never stopping again. Never had worse service at a Starbucks. Can management please explain to their worker that it's the same whether the costumer orders in person than mobile. People ordering mobile save you time than getting the order from them. They lack common sense. Very disappointed. My friend works for Starbucks and explained how it all works. I am horrified with this Starbucks restroom. Especially during Covid. For the longest time the inside was closed, so you didn't have time to sanitize the restrooms? The floor was not mopped in what looked liked since the Pandemic started!
