Driving between Ogden and Salt Lake City I decided to stop at Starbucks. There were no other customers in the store but there was a very long line for the drive-through. I ordered a Frappuccino. Initially they got my order wrong but we're quick to correct it. The pick up counter Looked like it needed to be wiped down. The Frappuccino I ordered tasted exactly like similar Frappuccino's from other Starbucks. I am happy with it. read more

I work across the freeway. My coworkers and I frequent Starbucks and every time I give this location a chance, I am disappointed. I was so excited for my first pumpkin cream cold brew of the season.. and this is what I got. Where is the pumpkin cream cold foam on the top? There is room for it?? I would have had to ask for (&be charged more for) extra to even get the normal amount that SHOULD be on it. It was ALL cold brew and barely any pumpkin cream cold foam. I even tried stirring in what little was on there and it didn't make a difference in the creaminess of the drink. The cold brew in it was extremely bitter and mouth coating.. yuck and no pumpkin cream flavor.. not a good mix. Something needs to change here in the process of making drinks. I typically stop at Starbucks when I need a quick breakfast and coffee for the road, which is how I ended up here. Our experience was anything but quick. We ordered grande drip coffees with cream and I am a bit astounded that it's possible to get such a simple order wrong. By the time we left, we ended up with four lukewarm coffees, which we did not have room for in our car, and the new ones that came out didn't have cream. I appreciate the staff taking the steps to correct our order, but I am still surprised that such a simple order could get mixed up in the first place. I'd recommend increased training at this location. read more

Emma is the sweetest starbucks barista . I always feel so welcome and remembered here. This location is by far the best location in Davis County. I drive 30 min to come to this location rather than the one closer to my home. The drinks and food is always right on and the service and people is fantastic!!! 100/10!!! read more

Not sure who is making the cold brew but it is not good. Which means the nitro cold brew is also not good. I've had the nitro cold brew at four other Starbucks and it has the smoothest flavor. This was so bitter. More bitter than even black coffee, which I enjoy. Really disappointed. Worse customer service!! What 15 minutes in the drive thru for a hot tea and then it was cold. Took it into the store and barista told me " what do you expect the guy in front of you had 10 shots" The store was filthy my feet stuck to the floor and the counters were so disgusting. Will never visit this location again. Drive across the street to Beans and Brew!! Fourth time here finally got on to review and to my surprise I was going to give it a 3-star rating and that's what it has. Consistently takes way too long to just make a drink. I've ordered ahead numerous times while getting to the store and still waiting while people who show up get their drinks before me. this is my favorite starbucks to go to even though i live 15 minutes away and there are 3 other starbucks that are a lot closer to me. i always order iced matcha STIRRED NOT SHAKEN and warmed cheese danish. the baristas here always stir my matcha instead of shaking it so it doesn't leave that foam on top and my danish is always perfectly warm the way i like it. the girl ashley is usually there when i go get my order from this starbucks and she is always so nice to me !! she always does my order perfectly and because of her and the other baristas im always satisfied here. they also seem to have handled the covid situation very well within their store, it's always very clean and i like the environment here which is why i only come to this starbucks. :D read more

Starbucks is Starbucks. Drink are always good, food is adequate, usually timely, it's whatever. However, today, the line was super long, like wrapped around the building long. We were waiting in line and a car butt in front of us. We didn't want to be "Karen's", but it's frustrating to sit in like for twenty minutes and then get have someone hop in front of us. So, we called the Starbucks, and a server (shoutout to McKenzie !!) helped us out a ton. She sussed out the driver and they definitely skipped us. We were irritated of course, but it wasn't world-ending. Still, they comped our three drink order. It just proves how much they care about their customers. Anyway, I never use Yelp, but they deserved the 5 stars. And a raise. Starbucks, give your people a raise. read more

Went there today we ordered two americanos, one black one light cream. Both were prepared with heavy cream. We returned them and were told that they would re make them. We waited for 3 other orders to be prepared before ours were ready. One was black as ordered and one was made with heavy cream and cold. This is very poor service. The barista was more interested in talking with the person working the drive up window than taking care of customers at the inside counter. We threw both away and left. I mean who doesn't like Starbucks? I stopped in here this afternoon for a little pick me up! Well ok a lot of pick me up, I ordered my usual a Vente hot mocha, non fat, extra shot of espresso, an extra pump of chocolate and medium heat! A lot of places kind of grown when you have a lengthy special order. But not the crew working here! They just take it in stride and smile and ask if want anything else! They are always very nice and professional in here. This location is always clean and tudy, no newspapers strewn all around or anything like that. More, staff were legitimately friendly while busting their rumps pushing out grandes and ventis and trentas and cazzo gigantescos. Clean inside. Ample parking. This location is always hit or miss and I have been going for 2 years. Sometimes my drink is great and sometimes not good at all. I feel the barista should be better about customer service I was inside last week and the barisata never even looked up once to acknowledged I was there. counter was completely unattended when i walked in. barista was too busy clowning for his coworkers to pay attention to my espresso shots sitting there dying and the drink tasted terrible. watched the multiple baristas sit there and outright ignore freshness timers go off without batting an eye, i would be worried about the creamers and the coffee at this location since they didn't seem concerned about changing them when indicated. the shop was slow that day and once i was the only customer in the shop the baristas became unprofessional and grating, screaming at each other across the store and flicking water, knocking things over, singing at the top of their lungs (think: children who think they're funny). new customers were ignored for minutes on end while they did god knows what in the storerooms (three employees and not one of them could be at the counter apparently). what a nightmare! incredibly unpleasant experience, i would not recommend this location at all. desperately wish i'd brought my headphones. whoever is managing clearly does not have control over their employees. read more

I probably never would have stopped in here if I didn't go to Lagoon so much. But after being in the sun all day and then getting into a hot car, the kids and I inevitably crave cold drinks for the drive home by the time we hit Centerville. This one's in a newer development, has a drive-thru, and the staff is always way nice. read more
