They gave her a number for her pastry and brought it out, but we had to go up to the counter to find our drinks after waiting several minutes and wondering. That all would have been great info to know when ordering initially. Definitely will be returning! This is what corporate greed looks like in real time: give less, charge more, and dress it up like nothing changed. Customers notice. Loyalty isn't built by squeezing people and hoping they won't say anything. I don't mind paying for good coffee. I do mind shrinkflation and perks being taken away while prices climb. At some point it stops being about coffee and starts being about respect for the people who keep your doors open. Do better!

When Ashley, Kailey, Dania. Richard and Daniel work together, they emit such high, positive and fun energy.
