Anywhere that also has food for my puppy gets 5 stars for me! When you can get a caffeine high and "thanks Mom" lick from your puppy, you win! To note however, due to staffing, they have limited hours posted. So make sure to check my pic & call them for hours. Enjoy

The first drink has the hair in it, the second drink is the remake

The customer service here is terrible !! Today I ordered an ice white mocha, when I received my order it had hair between the lid and the cup. After I noticed I went inside ask the rep at the register to remake my drink because of the hair issue. Her name was Tamara I believe she did not apologize had me waiting 2/3 minutes did not see the urge to start remaking my drink or to apologize. After waiting I asked her how long it would take she advised me to ask the girls at the end to remake it. Her whole response felt like she did not want to be bother. Do not go to this site, I would not recommend. The picture of the second drink was how they remade my drink smh it looks watered down not enough cold foam. I would never spend another penny here!!!!! Happy Easter by the way

My rating is 3.5 stars. I have been to this Starbucks a couple of times so far this trip. This one has a drive-thru. The first time visiting this store, my friend insisted on visiting the store after placing a mobile order. I indicated that you can pick up your mobile order at the drive-thru. After all, I do all the time. As she went to visit the washroom, I went over to pick up our order. My iced black tea was ready. I had ordered a grande, but got a venti. The barista indicated that my friend's order, a jade citrus mint tea, was unavailable. She asked whether mint majesty was fine. That's my favourite tea at Starbucks. I said that I'd have to ask her once she is out of the washroom. Moments later, another barista came over to explain the whole thing to me. Perhaps they should talk to each other! I love the mugs available for purchase. I wouldn't mind getting one featuring Charlotte. Ten minutes later, I spoke to my friend about her order. She was fine with mint majesty, so I relayed the news to the barista and her order was done. Today, I went back with the same friend and our other friend whom arrived last night. I drove through the drive-thru and picked up our order. Again, my friend ordered the jade citrus mint tea and this store was out of it. Mint majesty was substituted instead. Service is prompt and friendly here. There is plenty of parking, as it shares the same lot as Jack in the Box. (100)

I usually stop at Starbucks when I have alot of driving to do to help me on my journey. Well today my son wanted to try something from the "secret menu". The speaker must have been turnt down because for some reason she kept repeating herself or asking me to repeat myself. Everything I asked for they were out of. I got frustrated and only ordered my son his pink drink.

The staff at this location is SUPERB!!!!! I had to wait a little longer inside because they were down to 1 oven and they kindly offered me a "your next one on us" gift card!!!! They were so sweet. They also have a wall of kindness which made me smile. Great starbucks location!

My toddlers loved the macaroons. I tried the chai tea latte. It was made pretty quickly and tasted great. The chocolate Chip cookie was absolutely perfect. It was soft in the middle with just a little bit crunch on the edges. I also had the club sandwich. It was much bigger than I expected and very filling. The indoor playground was awesome. My kiddos had a great time. My only request is for a little more seating for parents. There were several of us who were just standing around.

Mrs. K. and I stopped in after our shop and settled in with two excellent coffees and a piece of cranberry loaf, which turned out to be just the right companion for a quiet late morning break. The space is calm, comfortable, and set up in a way that makes it easy to linger, and I could see myself opening a laptop here for an hour or two without feeling rushed. The seating is arranged with enough breathing room that conversations don't echo, and the overall atmosphere leans more toward neighborhood café than anything corporate. It's the kind of place where you can hear the espresso machine but not the world outside, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to enjoy a cup without distraction. Everything we had was well prepared. Parking is plentiful, though I imagine the lot fills quickly before and after services, so timing might matter if that's a concern. For us, it was an easy in and out, and the visit felt like a small discovery in a part of Charlotte that doesn't have many independent coffee options. We left feeling grateful to have found a spot that delivers good coffee, quiet seating, and a sense of local character in Steele Creek. [Review 24 of 2026 - 4524 in North Carolina - 25215 overall]

The last few times the coffee tasted burnt - okay, I can give them the benefit of the doubt they were just having a bad day. The bragles started tasting more microwaved, thrown inside a horrible tinfoil wrap so it's soggy and chewy and boiling hot. This last visit sealed the deal - I'll never go back and I hope you consider your options before going. My husband went to pick us up 2 large coffees with oatmilk (I have a dairy intolerance and whole milk KILLS me, I'm also breastfeeding my 2 month old daughter who has a dairy intolerance as well) and a turkey havarti bragle. It was $25!!!! I have 1/4 of my coffee and a few bites of bagel before I can tell something isn't right. The coffee was definitely made with whole milk, but even more than that I was VIOLENTLY ill. My husband calls the store to talk with a manager about the coffee being made wrong. They said "sorry, there's not a manager here, we can't tell if the coffee was made with whole milk or oatmilk because we all collectively make the coffees together so there's no way to tell, come back tomorrow to get a new coffee" I spent the day in the bathroom - again with a newborn and 2 toddlers who need their mom at 100%. I call the next day hoping to speak to a manager, I get the same "there's no manager on duty" I told them I thought I had food poisoning and wanted a refund and to speak with someone. The kid suggested I go to "biggby dot com and fill out a complaint because that would be quicker". I told him I'd prefer he write down my information because I'm a mom of 3 and I have food poisoning - I don't need to hunt down an email to speak to someone about getting a refund. (Hindsight he never shared my information because I never got a call) I ended up going online to fill out a complaint. Got the full run around, the owner reached out and apologized - asking questions about the visit and then radio silence for 5 days. I reached back out appalled it had taken almost a week to hear back. The owner got an attitude - saying they had a family emergency and they would refund me. TLDR: go literally anywhere else for coffee, you'll save money and you won't get the wrong type of milk in your coffee.

It definitely felt like a spot with a lot of regulars, which is always nice to see, and the overall vibe was very family-oriented and welcoming. One person handled both my order and preparation, and he was kind and friendly, especially once I started the conversation. I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and loved that I could choose the bread. I went with the croissant, and it was a great choice. The sandwich was toasted, really good and filling. For my drink, I had the Cinnamon Toast latte/Americano Macchiato with oat milk, and it was delicious. Flavorful without being overly sweet and very well balanced. A couple small things worth noting: when I tried to use the restroom, both were locked, which was a little inconvenient. Also, the napkins available were the small coffee-style ones, and I definitely needed a few more for the sandwich. Overall, this was a solid stop with good food, a comforting atmosphere, and friendly service. If I'm in the area again, I'd come back to try more items on the menu.

We also got three 3-star muffins to go ... and they were excellent even the next day. All in all, this was a 4 star stop for us in the morning. We finally found an amazing coffee shop and that was important. Also, they make a fantastic Cloud Matcha AND they often watermelon seed milk aka MILKish. This is a game changer.
