Shopping is not my big thing but at least Starbucks in some of the places we shop at makes it tolerable. Little Granddaughter who is coming up on six months and just beginning to reach out and show signs of breaking free and becoming independent and walking on her own. Won't be long. Idea was to get her a walker for Christmas. Used to be common but with the demise of Toy R Us and Babies R Us, there is a vacuum. Shopped a number of the big box stores but very little to offering. On line, Target has what we want to get little Haylee but when you go to the store, they only stock around 2 or the probably 20+ offering they show on line. Started at Northlake and did not have what we wanted. This was our second stop and this one had a Starbucks which helped work out the fact that they only had two in stock and like Northlake, not what we wanted. The Coffee was the high point of a very tedious and tiring day and it helped relax things and bring a sense of calm to the Holiday Chaos. Did not find what we wanted here but on the following day, found what we wanted in Mooresville which I believe was the fifth Target we went too. This Starbucks made my day and I strongly recommend anyone at this store, stop, take a moment and relax with a nice warm cup of Coffee before going forward. It will totally change your perspective and peace of mind. read more

I had a great experience here! I saw the reviews and was nervous but I thought it had been a while since the bad reviews so I tried it after Checking out. The barista named Julia was so helpful and so kind. We had great conversation and I always order a latte with cinnamon powder on top but she suggested steaming the cinnamon with the milk.no ones ever suggested that to me but I thought why not, she was so great and it was SO good! I have ordered this for years but will never have it any other way. 5 stars for me. Very nice. read more

I have never received service this bad before. These individuals above were so absolutely disrespectful. I almost want to cry from the level of service I received and I was actually afraid for my life. My friend and I ordered a strawberry frap. My friend received hers as I stood waiting for the next 15 minutes. I asked if my order was being made and apparently I upset the workers who advised me clearly they are busy. I simply just wanted my drink and didnt understand why I was still waiting for something my friend received 15 minutes before me. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there is no manager. Finally a young lady named Pam came to me stating she is the manager however her badge stated trainer. I asked for the young ladies name that was being rude and Pam walked away. I finally caught her name apparently it's Diaja. I finally received my drink that was basically thrown at me and it was watered down. I then went back and stated I was not trying to be difficult however my drink was watered down. The staff was upset and called me a few names while laughing. One of the staff members advised them to not say anything but apparently I upset them. I finally received my recovered drink and unfortunately it was not good as well but just for the sake of not wanting to make them even more upset i just took it and left. I am not sure why they felt the need to be that rude to me however I am disgusted by the service I received. I will never go to that Starbucks again in my life read more

I'm used to hearing "We don't have any blonde roast brewed. I can do a pour-over but I'll take a few minutes." Sure, I'll gladly wait. No problem. I'm not use to being handed the pastry still in the plastic wrapper, though _ Also, I believe employees are told to heat (or at least ask) if you'd like these to be heated. I am a avid Starbucks customer and I have never seen an underwhelming display of customer service. I'm not sure if the employees were there to work or hangout. When my sister asked for her drink 15mins later she was met with an attitude as if she interrupted the employees. This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks east of the Mississippi. I'm standing in line writing this because I have enough time, as the line is not moving at all. The customers aren't helping. How one stands in line for 15 minutes and has to think about their order when it's time is beyond me. Service is mildly friendly at best. You can't order from the app in advance at this location. The saving grace is that because it's a Starbucks, the drink quality will be consistent with the other million Starbucks worldwide. I'm still in line and have not yet placed my order. 3 people behind me have decided the wait isn't worth it. There's also a fly in the display. It's a trend. Make that 4 people. Ordered, left and picked up pizza. Waiting for my drink..... Finally, I have my drink. The barista was nice. Starbucks has to do better. They need to send someone from corporate to boost production here. read more

There are several things about this location that bother me. The major one is that they don't recycle. Whenever there is a used milk jug or any kind of container, they just throw it in the trash in the waiting area. I know other locations recycle because I have seen it. This just annoys me more than it should. The second thing that annoys me about this location is it they constantly forget my drink. Don't get me wrong the staff is very friendly, they just don't seem to be don't get me wrong the staff is very friendly, they just don't seem to be as trained as a standalone Starbucks. This is not a real starbucks. These are target employees and it shows. Starbucks would never hire degenerates to work for them. You need to pass food safety course to be employed at starbucks. Clearly target has low standards- employees wearing the same gloves to take cash and make change from customers as they were using to touch food. Did not wash hands or change gloves for multiple customers. This is basic common sense yet these target employees cannot comprehend. Gross read more

I read the other reviews and I am happy to report that I've never had the issues others are reporting. I mean, sure some days you do have to wait in line if it's really busy or a particularly busy part of the day but that's understandable. They usually have at least 2 and sometimes 3 staff during those times. I'm not so impatient that I mind waiting a reasonable amount of time. The staff are always friendly in my opinion. I am only deducting one star because the place could be a lot cleaner. I don't usually stay but when I do sit down I always have to have them wipe off the table. It's a little sticky and gross. read more

The customer service is not good here. They act like you're an inconvenience....how dare I interrupt your personal conversation to order my coffee!!! Also there are always gnats in their sandwich display..gross. I only come here because it's close to home. read more

Staff was friendly and the Caramel Frappuccino was delish. I love when the Caramel seeps to the bottom.

I have been to this location a couple of times, hasn't been superb service but not terrible. This time was the absolute worst experience, the lady was in the middle of cleaning up and continued to clean for 3-5 minutes before she walked to the register and said what do you want. I gave her my order and proceeded to pull up my Starbucks app to pay while she walked away and continued to clean then came back and scanned my phone, made my drinks and didn't look or say anything to me when she handed me my drinks.
