This Starbucks doesn't have a slow button they were popping our order left and right I ordered mi e on the app and when I walked i. I was greeted immediately and ask what my name was for the order and I told her it wasn't made yet but she started working on my order asap just a cold brew with sweet cream, it was done in a flash and she apologized which I told her their was no need I appreciated her service the drink tasted good and with light ice

Great location, fast and very friendly service. Drive through is very convenient and runs pretty quick. Can be pretty awkward when the drive-through is busy, and a pain to get on/off Providence Road. That said, the order is always correct, service quick and efficient, and great staff. Tons of seating indoor and great outdoor spot. Inside the store has to be one of the most well lit Starbucks or cafes I've ever been in. Beautiful new Starbucks design/layout with white subway tile and tons of natural light -- very airy and refreshing.

This is my first time into this location since it opened. Let me say that this has to be one of the cleanest and most Handsomely appointed stores I have been to! The floor to ceiling windows let in all of the light even on very dark rainy days like the morning I visited. Inside this place is roomy and does not feel over crowded. This would be a great spot to meet up with friends, do some reading or even work while not feeling dark and cramped. I will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service! Zac the manager on duty was rude and not at all helpful. He should be ashamed of himself the way he spoke to me.

They are kind and keep the hectic business under control. I'd recommend just walking in rather then using the drive through - much quicker

The tastiest items we got were the fruity pebble treats (milk & cereal mochi donut & the milke cream filled donut). The croissants were ok, but on the cusp of being stale (don't pre-buy and think you'll have them in a day or two. The Nutella latte was DELICIOUS. I did ask for a hot one and got a cold one, but it was still tasty. The teenager opted for a milk & cereal frappe to keep the fruity pebble theme going and he was quick to drink the WHOLE thing in no time. Love that this place is here but wonder if it's ever NOT jam packed. The chaos on the weekends can make it disorienting. I will say it's a bit better than the Southpark Parisienne/Asian bakery. The staff was certainly MUCH friendlier. We'll be back and hope they've found their long-term home. This spot has turned over often in Rea Farms - let's hope not this time.

We ordered a mocha and a latte with oat milk. I had mine with vanilla and caramel, and even added extra simple syrup. Unfortunately, the drinks just didn't stand out. I found myself sipping more for the caffeine than the flavor, and by the end, I couldn't really remember the taste. I was hoping to recreate that rich, memorable coffee experience I've had in Asheville, but this didn't quite hit the same. That said, I do appreciate the atmosphere and the friendly service, so I'd be open to giving it another try in the future.

I've been to several of their locations around the Charlotte area and they all share the same strengths: consistently great coffee, friendly baristas, and a calm, grounded atmosphere that makes even a quick stop feel like a small reset in the day. This particular shop isn't large, and the laptop crowd has definitely discovered it. There are only a handful of tables, so I felt genuinely lucky to land the last open one and settle in with my cortado. The drink was exactly what I expect from Summit every time, rich and balanced and served with the kind of quiet confidence that comes from a place that knows what it's doing. I opened the laptop, got a bit of work done, and enjoyed the rhythm of the room as people drifted in and out. And when the cortado was gone, so was I. It's the kind of space where I felt a gentle responsibility to make room for the next person once I've had your moment, especially on a busy morning. Even with its small footprint, it remains one of the most dependable coffee experiences in the area, and I always leave feeling like the stop was worth it. If you've tried their other locations, this one will feel familiar in the best way. If you haven't, it's a great introduction to what Summit does so well. The issue is when a line starts to form and the person has received their order and yet a personal conversation continues. This has happened more than once. One time the young lady working apologized and said "he usually doesn't talk that long". There is a polite way to end a conversation so that others can be serviced. They can say "well it was nice speaking with you, hope you have good rest of your day" or "looks like a line is forming, it was nice catching up". This last time, the person behind me ended up leaving and honestly don't blame them. It was around the time school was letting out so who knows, they may have been swinging by before picking up. I don't know their situation but I do know, I enjoy your coffee and the friendliness, the chatting can be limited, again once a line starts to form.
