Absolutely love this location. Their cute patio set up is awesome for summer reading, when covid wasn't around. The new pickup system they have implemented is wonderful. Can't imagine my life without coffee and Starbucks is a big part of my daily routine. I love their huge selection of coffee and tea and it's always a pleasure for me to try something new. As for this location I try to hit it when I'm around and I like this neighborhood so much but I have not so many opportunities to be here more often. Normally I order cappucino for myself and it's always a good idea because they do it perfectly. All items are picked properly and you can feel it with your own tongue. I mean staff know their job and do it professionally. They never messed up with my order unlike it often happens in other cafes. There's great customer service and positive attitude to their daily job and it encourages me to do mine as good as they do. Can't wait to see it open again like it was before just to catch up with my friends and enjoy a cup of hot brewed coffee. read more

It's Starbucks, you know what they have unless you've been under a rock. I like this location for several reasons, the staff is efficient and friendly, the layout is good as most of the seating is up front and away from the registers, the place is sort of an L the seating being the base of the letter, the rest the store part, they have outdoor seating on the side street, and lastly although it's street parking there are loading zones and regular spots. I have gone to this location many times and always ordered the same drink. Today a employee literally tried charging me $3.90 more then I have ever paid. Even at other locations!!!! Her attitude was very cold and I've have only ever experienced happy employees white going to that location. I wish I would have looked and her name tag. She didn't offer any solution and pretty much just dismissed me while I was trying to ask about the huge price discrepancy. Other than this rude lady everyone else there is a doll and they are highly efficient! They either don't get my mobile order at all despite my receipt, or they take forever to complete the order, longer than any other Starbucks and not during prime time. And they have an attitude. The staff isn't particularly friendly or welcoming. My son just went in to pick up our order and it took 15 minutes for a mobile order of a smoothie and iced coffee at 10:30 on the morning. I am rating this location 5 stars because the manager on duty took care of my drink with really no questions asked. I went to a different location yesterday and wanted to use my birthday treat for my macchiato. After scanning my phone I asked the barista if the rewards were used (as any rewards member knows you only get one day to use your free treat). She said yes you're all good. I opened my app today only to find that she charged my account and never used my birthday rewards. I went into this location today inquiring about it, and the manager said sure, what do you want to drink today. I told him a macchiato and he even asked me if I wanted a venti. I declined because I can't drink that much coffee but I found it very refreshing that he not only wanted to fix the mistake of another Starbucks bet even offered a free upgrade. read more

I feel a little silly for reviewing a Starbucks, but this location is just so friendly! The staff is always incredibly nice and welcoming and they definitely remember their customers. Even when there's a bit of a line due to the morning or weekend rush, the wait isn't too long. I often come in with my laptop to do some work during the day and the tables/floors are clean which I really appreciate. There is a good amount of space and I've never found myself without a seat or table to work. Bonus: they have a decent sized outdoor area with tables and chairs for the warmer months. read more

I live a short walk from this location so it's pretty much my local Starbucks. The service here has always been good and the cafe area is usually pretty clean. Although its a small store, I find the cafe area nicer than most locations I've been to in the city. I also like the fact that they have some seating on the sidewalk outside. It bums me out when I hear baristas loudly griping about customers. That's not fair. So what if someone has improper wording while ordering? Help them. Not everyone is a coffee aficionado. Instead of ranting while on the clock, maybe think of ways to help educate. Most of the staff here is great, but I have a feeling the one or two baristas I'm referring to will know who I'm talking about. Otherwise, I love the look & feel of this location. I kept forgetting this Starbucks was here and with some many good coffee shops around I wasn't excited to go to a Starbucks. Also its not a 24 hour spot and late at night is when I do a lot of my coffee-shop studying. BUT finally, after 4 months of living in the neighborhood, I came for a day of studying- WONDERFUL! Everyone working when I was there were SO nice. Patient and more than willing to offer their opinions- and they made some great suggestions! It seems like ever since this location began doing mobile orders, the service has become unbelievably slow. Even at off hours there is a long line because usually only one (or sometimes zero) employees are at the register. This is the worst Starbucks. Their customer service is horrendous. I was there on Friday afternoon at 1:00 pm. One couple ahead of me in line, five workers behind the counter. It took 8 min for me to be asked my order - again only one couple ahead of me. I proceeded to order a drink and a loaf. The guy who was grabbing my loaf, was simultaneously biting his fingernail and then touched the bag with his saliva filled hand. When I asked for him to wash his hands before he handed me my food - his response was "I was just about to do that" but before he did, he picked up my cup and grabbed a marker and asked me to repeat my drink order. I stood there for a second replaying his moves - he spread his germs from his mouth, to his fingers, to the bag on my loaf, to the marker to write on my cup and my cup. Gross!!!
