barely any liquid just frothy and full of milk

I usually love going to this starbucks, but the last few times i've gone to get an ice matcha latte , they always end up making it frothy with barely any matcha powder (even though i order extra scoops). Service there has been fine, but just extremely disappointed in how frustrating it's become with my drink.

Usually I have something to say about Starbucks, but I had a great experience at this one. The line seemed long at first but went quickly and the girl on headset was super kind. Great staff and service! I got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it was delicious!

It's worth noting that I am reviewing the new drive-thru location across the street from the old location. I love this because it's a lot closer to my home. I'm not one who has ever been upset about wait times because my experience visiting many Starbucks locations across many cities, has proven to me that it's just not ever going to be a "quick stop" sort of place, especially if I want to go through the drive-thru for convenience. This location seems to have some newer employees, but for the most part it's been a pleasant experience, and they've always been quick to offer to fix a drink that didn't seem quite right. Pretty standard Starbucks experience all around.

I had never been inside this Starbucks before and I was actually pretty impressed with it. Number one it's HUGE..so many seating options, but not too many where it would be intimidating. There are so many different little nooks and corners in this place that just look to be an incredibly comfortable place to hunker down and get some work done. The staff here were personable and friendly..and the product is on par with other Starbucks locations. I could definitely see coming back here in the future with a stack of work to do or a good book to read..seems like a really good place for those things.

Took about 40 minutes to pick up an online order in the drive through. Absolutely ridiculous, the line was only a few cars long too.

This is definitely the place to buy cupcakes for any birthday or special celebration. They are so moist they melt in your mouth. The icing is as good as my Grandma used to make. On a recent trip to the Cincinnati area to visit with some local family members, I stopped at…read moreBiggby Coffee for a morning pick-me-up. When I am in any new place, I like to visit businesses that are either local, or do not exist where I live. As I was looking online for some coffee options, I came across Biggby. Having never heard of it, I decided to give it a try. I am the only person in my family whom I was traveling with that drinks coffee, so I made this trip to Biggby solo. From my research, it appears that this is a coffee chain that originated in East Lansing, Michigan. It has since amassed over 400 locations across the US, with most being in the northern Midwest. There is one store in Idaho, and some more scattered along the southern Atlantic coast. Most locations seem to be franchises, as I assume this one is as well. Biggby Coffee is located in the Eastgate area of Cincinnati. Specifically, it sits on the corner of Eastgate N Drive, Wyler Park Drive, and Glen Este-Withamsville Road, just off of James A. Rhodes Appalachian Highway. It is near the Clermont County Public Library - Union Township Branch, Meijer, and several other restaurants. To me, it looked to be a newly-constructed building, so I am not sure if anything was ever here previously! I thought it was relatively easy to navigate to Biggby. The building sort of sits by itself, and though there is no road sign to see from far away, the orange roof and branded signage on the tallest part of the building help to point you in the right direction. This is primarily a drive-thru establishment, but there are parking spots around the perimeter of the property. The footprint is small, but is it relatively easy to figure out which way to go in order to get in line. Along with the drive-thru setup, there is a walk-up window to order at. Not too much seating here, which is expected given the nature of the business, but there is a bench near the walk-up window to utilize. I arrived here just after 11:00 AM on a Sunday morning in September. It was not too crowded, but there were a few other customers both in the drive-thru and at the walk-up window. I chose to go through the drive-thru, so I took a minute to look over the menu before ordering. The staff was fine with that, and since it was not super busy, I was not in a rush to keep the line moving. They serve a variety of coffees, lattes, teas, freezes, energy drinks, cold brews, food, and more. There were probably over 20 different flavor options to add into drinks, several of which were sugar free. It appears that they have seasonal flavors and specials, as the feature items on the menu were pumpkin and maple at the time of my visit. Since I had already had breakfast, I opted to just get a coffee to drink. The staff were all very nice in providing some additional information and giving their recommendations on what to get. I ended up ordering a 24-Ounce Iced Coffee with Pumpkin and White Chocolate, half sweet. They called this White Pumpkin, and it was a seasonal feature. I really did enjoy my drink! It was the perfect sweetness for my personal taste, and I got to sip on it for a few hours. Service here was very prompt and efficient. I spent less than 3 minutes in the drive-thru from when I placed my order to when I was pulling away. I had a very positive experience in regards to the overall service I received. I think the value here is pretty good, but also pretty standard when comparing to other coffee shops. They have several different Bigg Deals, where you get a drink and food item for either $5, $7, or $9, depending on your choices. My coffee ended up being around $5, which again is pretty normal for a drink like that at a shop like this. I thought the pricing of the menu as a whole was pretty fair. I am glad that I stopped at this Biggby location to give it a try! Like I said, I have never heard of this brand before, but really enjoyed my visit to this location and my first experience trying the coffee here. I would definitely stop again at a different location, or at this one when I am back in the area. On my next trip, I hope to try some of the food items or maybe even a fancier latte-type drink. I think this is a good edition to the Eastgate area, and provides some variety for your coffee choice. I would recommend giving a Biggby a try if you are thinking about doing so!

They also had a great selection of syrups, including several sugar-free flavors. The person I was with ordered the avocado toast, which came topped with eggs that had perfectly runny yolks, along with a serving of large, crispy fries. Everything came out very quickly, and the service was friendly. The menu itself is large, with all-day breakfast as well as lunch and dinner options like burgers and pizza. One thing I would love to see improved is the gluten-free selection, or lack thereof. I asked about the granola, and it isn't gluten-free, and I didn't notice any other gluten-free food options on the menu. It would be great if they added something as simple as gluten-free bread so more people could enjoy food here.

It felt healthy and filling, and I paired it with the carrot miso soup, which was also gluten free and really comforting. There was a small mix up with my friend's order and they didn't get exactly what they asked for, but honestly it was fine. I love supporting small businesses, and you could tell everyone was trying hard. The ambiance is absolutely adorable. It looks like they thrifted a lot of the décor. It's Peanuts/Snoopy themed, which was so cute and a little Hallmark-movie cozy. The seating was a mix of hardwood tables with mismatched chairs, bright and sunshiny with lots of natural light, and it just felt welcoming. The staff were wonderful. The worker helping us was so friendly and careful about my food allergy questions, running back to the kitchen to double check at every question so there were no mistakes. Someone I assume was the owner or manager came around to check on every table, which made the whole place feel very personal and cared for. Overall, I absolutely loved this café.
