Customer service here is terrible. I work customer service. I walked in the door. No one greeted me. I placed my order. I normally leave 100% tips because I know how it can get working in customer service. I'm a black man. So a lady (white) walks in seconds after I walk away from the counter after placing my order and the whole staff automatically remembered their training lol. I haven't visited this Starbucks since living in the area a few years ago. The baristas greeted guests as they walked in and were very nice - they even asked how to spell my name rather than guessing lol My drink was made quickly which usually isn't the case at a lot of Starbucks I've visited. The barista who made my drink thanked me rather than just throwing my drink on the counter. Currently obsessed with the caramel cloud macchiato and this one was made perfectly. read more

Out of all the Starbucks in college station this one is usually the slowest but today was quick. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich and my friend got a caramel macchiato. Another reason I don't prefer this one is because of the lack of tables and seating. It's pretty small so if you want to meet up with someone or study I recommend going to the one on north gate or the on the outskirts of college station heading towards Houston. I got a grande sized latte and I am not joking when I say this, THE CUP WAS NOT EVEN HALF FULL WITH COFFEE!!!!!! I couldn't even believe my eyes! My husband was the one who noticed it as he grabbed the feathery light cup! 1/3 of the cup was "coffee" and the rest was filled with foam! When we brought it to the baristas attention she had an attitude about it! She could literally open the top off and see for herself. Another co-worker stepped in and opened it to see how she "messed up" and told her how to properly do it. I literally almost paid $6.00+ for 1/3 of a cup of coffee. This is the worst effing Starbucks ever. Every other Starbucks in the surrounding area can make basic beverages, however this one continues to amaze me with how unbelievably bad their coffees are. Being the first game day of the season this starbucks was extremely busy! I placed my mobile order at 12:15 and was here at 12:30, my drink was ready but the food I ordered was not. After waiting about 25 more minutes I was worried someone else had grabbed it from the mobile order area so I talked to Jose and he was very helpful! I'm not sure what happened, but he made my food right away! I want to applaud everyone who was working today, they were obviously so busy but they all stayed calm and were so helpful, even with customers who weren't so patient or nice to them. As far as Starbuckses in College Station, this is my go-to place. It can get a little crowded at times and the outdoor seating is most perfect for only the most pleasant months in Texas (so... maybe 3 months out of the 12?) Only downside is that it doesn't have a drive through and when I want a drive through I have to drive to Bryan. That would definitely gotten it its fifth star. (No, I'm not lazy... sometimes I have my dog in the car with me and I don't like to leave him unattended in there while I wait in line inside.) The service has always been fast and friendly and I have never had my order messed up. I tend to stay away from reviewing chain locations, but this one was so good I thought it deserved a few words. read more

3 Stars because the restrooms here are gross. They don't seem to be cleaned very often. The sink is dirty, almost yellowing and the toilet the same. I like at the side of the toilet base and it was disgusting. Also there was no soap in the dispenser.. Luckily I carry paper soap with me. It's 15 mins til closing, I had gone to the restroom an hour earlier, I assumed he restroom would have been cleaned somewhere close to closing since but not. I go to Starbucks often but today was so special I just HAD to leave a review. The employees were just amazingly kind and personable, every single one of them, specifically Sierra and Chris! They asked me about my day, I told them it was my roommates birthday and they decorated a whole cup for my birthday!! I also watched Sierra kindly interact with a customer who couldn't quite understand her and remake their drink for them without a problem at all. The employees at this location are 10 out of 10! I have been to this Starbucks location many times and have never had a problem. They do not have a drive thru and I truly feel like that's one of the reasons they do so well. My orders have always been correct and my drinks have always tasted great. The wait in the morning can be around 15 minutes but if you order in through mobile pay on the Starbucks app you'll get your order when you get in. Staff is friendly and kind! read more

My drink was not filled up all the way and tasted way sweeter than normal bc she added water. I come here all the time and can tell when they make my order incorrectly. Slowest Starbucks in BCS. More than one of the workers is either untrained or lazy when it comes to ringing up drinks properly. You have to input the customer's customizations for it to come out correctly on the sticker, otherwise my drink is going to be incorrect. Then when I inevitably ask for the drink to be remade, don't give me any attitude. read more

They asked if they could hear my scone, than gave me a scone long after my drinks came out that was cold.
