And nice Starbucks. Nothing outstanding but decent service clean inside good coffee. At Starbucks go I'd say it's slightly above average.

Wow. The kindness that was shown to me during my visit was great. I came in the morning to get some designer coffee for work. This morning, I decided I was going to get some almond milk instead of regular. The ladies took my order and then they notice they were out of almond milk. I feel like any other place would have given me my money back and turned me away, not here. One of the ladies leaves to go purchase more almond me. This is so awesome! I know it wasn't all for me, but I did feel special knowing the effort was extended for me as a customer. That kind of consideration is what will keep me returning to purchase more coffee. Oh and by the way the coffee isn't the only thing that is sweet here. The staff is considerately kind. No matter, they learned my name and remember what kind of drink I normally order. So when I come in, they know in advance what I want. So needless to say, I will be back!! read more

I'm so irritated right now ... the employee who was working had my elder mother yell across the counter her four orders over and over instead of coming to the counter and taking her orders correctly. It was not busy as we were the only customers for the entire duration of our drinks being made. She wasn't the face of Starbucks that day, but she sure did alter my view on who Starbucks associates themselves with. I get people have bad days, but this women was making a mockery of my barely 5 foot sick mother struggling to yell across the counter. Ridiculous!!!!! I will NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I will be reaching out to Starbucks as well as the grocery store it's occupies. S/N if you do visit this location and happen to get this said associate know your drink as she doesn't know how to make them at all off top, but given step by step direction they did come out decent. read more

This location has always been amazing. I have come in here at exactly 9pm and they still waiting on me. I came in here at 8:53 pm tonight and she refused me service and already had everything washed up. read more

The ladies that work here are the BEST! They know your name and your drink when you walk in. Since it's in Kroger they don't offer the food here, but they make the drinks better than any "full" Starbucks in town. read more

ZERO STARS....5pm. 7-14-19 both men working were very rude & acted like they didn't even want to be there...would not acknowledge me to even take my order "even though I was their ONLY customer" when he sat the drink down I said THANK YOU & he rolled his eyes..... other worker laughed. just horrible...was furious when I left and wish I hadn't even bought the drink, they need to go work at McDonald's read more

Sweet folks behind the counter and a darn good Soy Chai Latte made this a great stop on the road from East Texas back to Austin. Didn't get the young man who took my order's name but his smile probably makes a lot of people's days. I'll stop in again sometime. read more

The barista refused to give me a refill and claimed that he'd been working there for ten years and knew the policy well. I am a gold card member with a purchase of coffee in that store. I know I am good for unlimited refill within the same visit of the store. I also know Starbucks baristas AND their managers sometimes don't really know their refill policy. Therefore, I asked if he could make a call to their company to make things clear. He made a call, gave me a refill and told me that it would be the last drink I can get from him because he was too busy. He used a very rude tone when he said this to me. Plus the Internet was down there. My first and last visit to this store. I think this is the type of experience that makes a hate review by a person who never writes one. read more
