Wonderful Starbucks location! I use to go to this once before they opened up a store by my house. I like this location a lot because I rarely if ever got my drink made wrong. The Starbucks wasn't so bad. My order name for the day was " Yoda " Pumpkinspice Frappuccino still tasted just as good as the other Starbucks the only thing they forgot to do is put some cinnamon dust on top like the other Starbucks did. The place was clean inside very modern they have outdoor patio seating in the front. This one's literally right next to the North 215 freeway entrance. Perfect if you need to catch the freeway and need a coffee on the way. There's a Baker's right across the street Walmart's just on the other side there's an ampm gas station across the street. I seriously looove this Starbucks! I've actually never encountered a rude employee. They're all really sweet and go out of their way for customers! I ordered a mocha frap with a shot of espresso for a long night of studying and it woke me up in minutes, not to mention that they make it delicious every time! This location is usually fantastic. Customer service is always on point. I'm posting this to make the establishment aware. It seems your espresso maker is malfunctioning. The last 3 Laté I got starting a week ago have tasted like pure milk with no coffee. I just took one back and had you remake it and it was the same exact thing when I got the new one. Pour out the liquid and it is straight white with just the smallest hint of brown. No coffee flavor at all. Hope it's sorted soon. I need my caffeine dudes! read more

I come to this Starbucks like once a week when I'm coming from work on the way home. I have never really received bad service from this place. However today one of the employees made me feel very uncomfortable while I was trying to order it was like he just had an attitude with me and I tried to "kill him with kindness" I kept a smile on , thanked him , even left a tip for an americano which is a $4 drink. I was on my phone texting and surging the web for a while before I realized it never really takes this long . When I look up he's looking at me with a confused face and I say "you guys don't call the names out at this location?" And he replied ,"yea I did" . How do you get Starbucks wronge? If you have been to one starbucks you have been to all of the starbucks!! This location has easy access even a street light so driving in and out is easy as pie. I also like the outside seating. Very nice to have room to stay awhile and enjoy the outdoors. I did find that the staff here were all young and excited about coffee. If I could give no stars to this place, I definitely would. I went through their drive thru for tea but the girl that was taking my order had so much attitude. Like damn woman did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed today? She couldn't hear me through the speakers so at one point she started yelling at me then I had to start yelling back LOL. It wasn't just yelling, it was ATTITUDE YELLING. Is it my fault that your speakers are dysfunctional? Fix your own technical difficulties before YELLING AT YOUR CUSTOMERS. I pull up to the window to pay/get my drink then I see a girl with tattoos (obviously the one who took my order) and I see her directly glaring at me lol. Anyways, I was not satisfied with my drink so I asked to remake it into a regular iced green tea and from a distance, she asks "you want it sweetened?" Again, with attitude. Lol don't even have the decency to walk over a few steps.... ridiculous. BUT the guy that was working was very nice and attentive. He should be the one taking the orders. Not her. i have went to this Starbucks MULTIPLE times, to only be disappointed. i have given it so many try's but they always seem to be able to mess up my order no matter what it is. today i ordered a Caramel Cloud Macchiato and this is what it looked like. the bottom looked like cottage cheese and it tasted super old and disgusting. i personally feel this Starbucks needs to be shut down. if i could give it zero stars i would i a heartbeat. and the white marks on the side are NOT from the outside of the cup. it is on the inside. i don't know what it is but i almost threw up from drinking this. read more

It saddens me to say I try to avoid this location now. I started to see that there were new faces working here. Since then whenever I went they got my order wrong. One Sunday I was in a hurry and went through the drive thru. There was one car in front of me and I was in line for 10+ minutes! The girl working the drive thru was having a conversation with the car in front of me! A long line formed behind me and the girl working the window didn't care. I didn't have time to have a 10+ convo with the girl or even pay for the drink they probably got wrong so I just drove past the window. I recommend driving less than a mile away from this one to the Starbucks across from Walmart. They seem more competent. read more

It wasn't really that busy when we came into the location. So when our orders came in really fast, I wasn't really surprised. What I was surprised with, was how calm and collected the cashier and barista were as they got our order out to each of us one by one. It was very professional and subtle. I loved how they were very soothing with their communication as they called out each order. It was very pleasant overall. The only reason I gave it a 4 Star was because we didn't come in at a time where it was truly busy. I want to be able to critique the location more appropriately when it is busy. But so far, I like the experience and hope to come back when I can give that feedback there. read more

I like this place. Came here after we had to wait for our car to get fixed by the mechanic. All the employees we encountered this time and a few other times were all nice, joyful, and upbeat. They didn't take too long to make our coffee and the setting is just like any other typical Sbucks. Nothing beats Sbucks fast wifi either & they don't limit you to 30 min like Panera Or some other places. The downside is their location. Right on the curve of the street where everyone speeds by so I feel bad for all the older Sbucks people who are scared when they pull out of Sbucks. To make it worse, it's really hard to get all the way to the left lane, so you can pull a u-turn if you need to go East on Redlands. If you end up going straight instead and don't know the roads, you have to drive a little while past the on/off ramps before you can perform any type of u-turn. read more

They take FOREVER, the inside is always closed (I.e. it's a 3:27pm on a Sunday afternoon and the inside is closed), and to top everything off, they put 2 full trash bags outside their front entrance. But Wednesday when I visited this location I was attended by (LILI) this great barista! And the girl that was taking his order repeated back "a Carmel macchiato" and he tried telling her he said a cloud macchiato. And she said "I heard you. What size do you want?" For Starbucks with the 2 1/2 star rating I was pretty nervous about coming to this location but I had a great experience there was excellent customer service and I actually seen the barista's working as a team our order was pretty large everybody was happy with every drink that they received and we really honestly didn't have to wait too long at all maybe with a second visit I can give them that fifth star read more

We didn't have any issues with this location. Came here on a Friday night with my sister in law. It was in the evening time I don't remember exactly though. We ordered 3 drinks, I went with my favorite zebra hot chocolate and I went with the small on this particular occasion. We hit the drive through so I can't tough on the inside or cleanliness; although after reading a couple other reviews about it being dirty that does concern me. Anyway service was pretty fast with the drive thru. Staff seemed very friendly and greeted us with a smile when we got to the window to pay and grab our drinks. It seemed like everyone's drinks were made correctly as ordered, my zebra hot chocolate was great. Overall, we had a good experience and would probably come back sometime. read more
