Actually fed up with their Starbucks. First of all their doors are backwards and the place is always dirty. You push instead of pull when entering, why tho? Second of all, all the employees are slow and sometimes rude. Third, the coffee is mostly if not always bad tasting. You had one job. Today, was the cherry on top. Placed an order on door dash, and they forgot my drink. I called Starbucks and they said no worries, come down, we'll make you a new one. I walk my happy ass down to Starbucks and get there, stand in line for 10 mins and GREG, the manager, wants to tell me I didn't pay for my drink. As I show him proof and he doesn't make eye contact, he tries to charge me $5 more for a drink that I already paid for. There's also a line of 5 people behind me. Long story short he doesn't make my drink and I leave empty handed. Greg would rather argue with me for 10 mins, waste several more customers time and let me leave empty handed than to make a drink I paid for. This is STARBUCKS, makes money hand over fist. Can't remedy one bad situation. Keep my $4 Starbucks, you obviously need it. No tip for you Greg. Never coming here again. Bye. read more

I have only been to this starbucks a handful of times and I never have any issues here. My drinks are always made accurately. The workers are super nice! Especially the African American male that is usually making the drinks. When I went in there, he asked everyone individually who were waiting for their drinks, how their day was and other friendly questions. I thought it was super nice. Not all Starbucks are created equal. Yes, this is a chain. Yes, the food and experience should be the same at all locations; isn't that the point of a chain? I love this place but tiday my double smoked bacon sandwich had RAW bacon. I asked the girl to cook it ahe said cant do that but I'll get you a new sandwich. I had already waited 10 mins. I told her no thanks. I used to come here almost every other day, but I only visit this location every once in a while now that I have a different job that's farther away. When I come in, some of the employees here still remember me and have small conversations with me, and it really brightens my day. There were a lot of people that left, but that doesn't surprise me for a place like this. You can find this little Starbucks in a working class strip mall close-ish to downtown Concord. The baristas are knowledgeable and the service is good- they are efficient, kind, and fun! What more can you ask for?! I have had the pleasure of being served by many different baristas here over the years but this whole location is consistently a step above, particularly Samantha, Sam, and Ashley always have a smile on and are a joy to see. The drinks are always on point and the food items are always yummy as well. As for one of the previous reviews, I'm not sure what kind of diva gets their bagel scooped out at a Starbucks but if that's what they want I'd direct them to an actual bagel place perhaps... This Starbucks is a very nice place to know. It is in the middle of a mid-price-range stores shopping center and gets a lot of traffic. It is small but is very well-done inside so besides getting expedited very fast if not staying, the space offers communal seating, ample window seating with changing views, dark-corner tables and high tables for an experience of your choice. The staff are great. The line is always super fast. Everything is always fresh and as expected. They even have wall sockets (removed from most Starbucks) that come handy until abused and disappear. For the tiny place it is huge traffic can go through it without a hiccup and somehow there is no shartage of seating even when super busy. Good place to know. read more

I order from Starbucks nearly every morning for YEARS for my entire family and more recently from UberEats since the COVID lockdown in March. One day it led me to this specific location out of the blue, although there were several other Starbucks locations nearby where I live, Uber Eats suggested I order from this location because it was the fastest delivery. The first time I ordered, there was a friendly message written on my Starbucks bag that was personalized with my name and a thank you from the Starbucks Park & Shop. I thought it was very kind of them to take the time to do that. So I continued to order from them daily, and each morning another lovely personalized message. Same for my eldest daughter, each time she ordered... a friendly note written on the bag to her to says thanks for choosing them. These little things go a long way, especially with all the negativity surrounding the world these days. I truly appreciate the above & beyond efforts of your employees. That's customer service I wish more places had. Management... corporate... listen!.. Give the staff at this location praise (and a raise) because they deserve it for not only their tasty drinks, but their commitment to outstanding service.
