Pretty bad Starbucks location. Short staffed which leads to long wait times. Lots of loitering people who don't seem to be customers and a very rude person who may (or may not) be the manager barking at actual customers. Not the worst Starbucks, ever, but close. read more

I do the mobile app, it's always ready when I walk in, they're so friendly and welcoming, they hook my dog up with love and puppacinos I have an auntie with the same name, so Cheryl (her stylish dope self) is the only name I can remember, she's awesome, they're all great tho! I have never been to this Starbucks but I went in and Bethany took my order, I could tell she was new but she had messed up my order twice, but I was ok with her messing up because I knew that she was new. I'm more writing to this to the bald guy that was there working with her. He was yelling at her in front of customers. I don't think that was right of him to do that. I have always had a good experience here so I am surprised to see all of the 1 stars. The woman who I am sure is either a shift manager or an actual manager is always there when I go in early mornings and is super inviting and it starts my day off well. Everyone else I've seen behind the counter has always been pretty friendly and for the amount of crowd they get and how small they are, they get the drinks out quick. I wanted to write something because today the guy behind the bar made my Starbucks Double Shot with vanilla, breve, and light ice perfect. I get this drink all the time and there is always either way too much ice or basically no ice at all and just soooo much milk or the espresso tastes too bitter. It was the perfect amount of sweet and espresso. Kudos to this guy! read more

I love Starbucks. I am a gold card member and have been to dozens of different Starbucks locations around the area. I mobile order most of the time now, but even when not ordering with the cashier, I almost always have a positive experience with friendly workers who at least ACKNOWLEDGE me. I am sad to say I found my first Starbucks that lacked this customer service and friendliness. With 4 or 5 employees working, I arrived to an almost-empty shop and waited over 10 minutes past my quoted time for my simple drink. Not one worker even looked my way. They all stood around chatting. Only one girl, Jax, was making the drinks. And taking her sweet time, at that. Finally, after the few other customers left, I stood up and waited right by the counter. Still, not one of the employees looked my way, asked me what I was waiting on, or even said hi. Finally, after 5+ minutes making my one drink, Jax turns around and sets it on the Mobile Order tray without asking if it's mine, and turns away as I begin to ask for water. She has turned to chat with her coworker, ROLLS HER EYES at me and rudely says "what." I repeat myself, she turns and gets me the smallest couple possible, fills it up, throws it down on the counter, says "here." And walks away. Rudest customer service. I have worked in customer service before, and I'm sorry but you don't treat your customers like that. I feel like Starbucks as a company is usually pretty good about hiring friendly, hard-workers. This is my new favorite Starbucks. Several years ago I would stop here in morning for my commute to work. At that time all of the barista's knew me and all of the other customers by first name. They knew our drinks and got them ready if there was a line. It was great to have a quick chat with them, it felt like the customers were a family. My commute changed and I had another location that I was a regular at. It was also great, the baristas and the manager, Thom, all knew the regular customers. That one closed because they made a drive thru. The new location was very sterile, it seemed like none of the baristas knew the regulars.... I stopped by here a few days ago on my morning commute... I'm not a regular here yet, but things haven't changed a bit... the baristas may have changed, but that personalized service was evident. Four other regular customers came in, they all called them by name, and all had a small chat with them... One regular was "late" and his pastry was cold and they automatically made a new one for him, the lead even mentioned that she was concerned about him because he was late.... I come early in the morning, so parking isn't an issue. I think that some of the lower rated reviews are attributed to the parking situation during the day. Overall, this is a great SBUX to come to in the morning before your commute! read more

I'm not a coffee drinker... GASP!!! I know! But, I do like the food. This location is good for neither but they are open earlier than the others in the area by at least an hour. It's a small location with poor parking, the food selection is small, and a big turn off to most who like to enjoy their cupppa with some YouTube is they have 4 tables and two outlets. If opening time isn't a concern, drive the extra 1/4 mile to the one on 17th. read more

This is the only Starbucks I'll go to anymore all the rest they make it too fast and they don't make it right or they make it too slow and it still gets messed up a lot of times companies are supposed to run their stores the same but not this one this one does it perfect there's one person I do love to come in here to see though it's Shannon the pretty girl with the tattoos she's the only one I like making my drink even if I get something different she still makes it perfectly every time and if I had the guts to sound like a dick head I'd request that she make it every time she's the only one makes my drink right as long as she works there I'll keep coming back plus for the pretty smile lol. By far the worse experience that I have ever had a one of my favorite places! I normally frequent this location as I work in the area so I stopped in today. There baristas were busy as usual and there was one in particular who was obviously stressed and flustered with the patron in front of me. The lady who was in front of me awaiting 4 drinks had a difficult time communicating as it appeared English may not have been her first/main language. She continued to attempt to communicate with the female barista who later identified herself as the location manager, her displeasure with the drinks and the mix up of the special requested ingredient. The barista, younger female with long dark hair and blue colored highlights, responded with such attitude and frustration raising her voice at the lady in front of a establishment full of patrons. Next up, my drink was completed and ready however it too was wrong. I politely attempted to explain the error of my drink and even first acknowledged that I know she is busy and a little frustrated. The barista then dumped half of my drink in the sink, and proceeded to grab the iced coffee and pour it into my Americano. I quickly asserted to her that this was not what I ordered and requested her to remake my drink altogether. She was rude, crass, and turned to the espresso maker and mumbled the words "F***ing B***". I immediately called her out for this and for her treatment of myself and the other patron and requested to speak with the manager at once. She immediately replies that she IS THE MANAGER. I was floored by this and expressed how I could not imagine a manager of such a highly regarded coffee establishment to act this way. I do intend to call HQ tomorrow and share in this experience as it has left me absolutely mortified! Shame on you for your terrible customer service and horrible treatment! read more

Sometimes my work takes my down the street from this Starbucks so I have been in a few times. But Yesterday, yesterday was awesome. Now, I was doing a performance that day and as a singer/ actor and I can not really have dairy before, so I asked what alternative they have and I was quickly helped by Braylon. That guy is Stellar! Not only did he give his opinion when I asked, he recommended a tasty version of what I was looking for. He was professional and charismatic. I normally am in and out of this location quickly but yesterday I would have liked to have a good 10 minutes just to chill in the atmosphere, everyone there seemed really happy and enjoying their job. So huge shout out to Braylon- it's always refreshing to see great employees. Highly recommend this location. =) read more

Terrible customer service at this Starbucks. They don't ask your name so when your order is ready you have to figure out which one is yours among the few on the counter. So I stood there for awhile then finally had to go up and ask if this was mine. They seemed annoyed. I ordered a cute little octopus cookie for my friends little girl, and they just threw it on the counter next to all the drinks so when I gave it to her it was of course broken. At most Starbucks i usually have very pleasant and friendly service from the employees, but this didn't seem the case at this location. really disappointed. Ive come here a couple of times, and its usually a quick stop. Im not sure if you guys hired new employees, but I came here this past weekend. I walk in and theres already a long line. 2 cashiers and 1 barista... lets see how this goes. I ordered my breakfast croissant and a tall hot latte. my croissant is ready in a short time - GREAT! yay!! and then I go over to the side where you can see the barista making the drinks. theres a friggin longggggggg line of cups of the orders. Shes literally making ONE-DRINK-AT-A-TIME. Normally, I applause Sbux baristas because theyre awesome at multi tasking. I wont mention her name but.. It starts with a G. she was definitely not multi-tasking, had a sour look on her face and perhaps woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Manager/Supervisor, please observe the efficiency of your team, if theres a long line of customers, take 1 cashier away and assign them to help out the other barista. TEAMWORK! read more

We stopped by to pick up coffee and tea for the family. The cashier asked me how I wanted the iced tea. It was for my daughter-in-law and I didn't know how she took it. So I called her but she didn't pick up. The cashier was new and I am not a Starbucks regular so we were bumbling around. Another cashier came up to the counter to help the other customers and Caroline came up to help me and the new cashier. She recommended to get the sweet syrup on the side for the iced tea and we were done and on our way within minutes. Caroline was very efficient, professional and friendly. I should have posted this review a long time ago, but I finally have the time to do it. First and foremost, what makes this location one of the best one's in OC is there staff. Especially Tommy, that guy is your ideal barista. This is coming from a former Barista that took pride in providing great customer service and making awesome drinks. Tommy knows me by name, knows I am a regular, has my drink ready before I even pay for it. You don't understand how much I appreciate this kind of service, I'm always on the go and the time he saves me is crucial. Tommy needs a raise, baristas like this is what makes people come back consistently. Oh, parking is not the greatest at this location, but other than that I love this location. read more

Without fail, this store seems to always be the longest wait, with hardly any people. Not to be rude, I normally have a lot of patience with people, but when the barista is blatantly rude and trying to not help customers, that's when I get annoyed. Yesterday, three people ahead of me and one barista was helping make drinks and ring them up; mind you, there was an employee who was sweeping the lobby, who kept looking over, as if he knew he should be there. Also, a man was standing to the side on his phone. That was one thing. Next the barista could tell we were all getting Ancy, but kept just asking ridiculous questions to the man in the front, to keep him happy for a $2 tip. This is ridiculous and ironically, not the first time this has happened at this store. The employees just don't seem to care much, and don't seem to want to be there. read more
