I am loving the aesthetics and the fact that they now have a photo booth in there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This time I tried their Peanut Butter Latte and it was so good, perfect blend of sweetness and nice coffee flavor. Their baristas are always super sweet, and they get your order out in a timely manner. Check out their Photo Booth, which is $8 for two strips.
Was in the area visiting family and decided to give this place a try since it had good recommendations on social media. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service was underwhelming and Staff was attempting to create content which took up the few spaces for people to sit at.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Coffee tasted blah, overall an unpleasant experience. Would not come back.

The strawberry jam was really fresh and they add a decent amount of it- which I love!! I think the matcha flavor could be a bit stronger but overall really solid.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]They were pretty busy too, good sign.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a tiny shop, spacious enough to stand around and wait for our order, but not big enough to have enough seats for everyone who was there who ordered, or was waiting to order drinks (but most folks did take it to go, aka us).[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are a few tables/seats up front, a cute area in the back, and a couple small tables just outside the door.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We both ordered one of the specials, the Cinnamon Croissant Latte. Not gonna lie, the tiny little croissant in the photo is what reeled me in-- luckily it wasn't a false advertisement... it was a yummy little guy! & the drink was really good! Oh, and they got it out to us quickly despite how busy they were. If it wasn't so far from my sister, we'd probably have gone back another round but we couldn't quite fit that extra drive into the schedule. So yes, they get a 5/5 for me. Please note though, parking is sparse and from what I've noticed, they're not in the best of areas... but from my experiences, those places have always served up the good stuff. So don't knock it 'til you try it! Adios!
Hola Café caught my eye with their signature cold foam coffee and matcha lattes! They had unfortunately sold out of their Fall special, the cinnamon croissant latte, by 2:30 pm on a Thursday. I opted for the horchata cafe, which was a combination of rice milk, cinnamon, espresso and sweetened with condensed milk. It was somewhat reminiscent of a Vietnamese iced coffee, but I wish it had a stronger espresso taste. It started tasting like sweet milk as the ice melted. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior of the cafe is super quaint and artsy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There were a few small tables and one long table in the front, as well as a more casual seating area in the back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a great spot to do some reading/journaling, and several others were studying.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I wish they were open later! I'd come back again to try one of their cold foam drinks.
The best specialty coffee I've ever had!!! We stoped in twice on our trip to Dallas because it was just that good, so glad I was able to try their seasonal iced Biscoff cookie coffee that was served with a little biscoff cookie. Absolutely recommend stopping in for yourself, it gets busy but they are so quick and efficient with coffee orders you won't wait long, and if you do - trust me - it'll be worth it!
Super nice staff and such creative drinks that get rotated year round. Dulce Latte was a bit too sweet in my opinion but that is probably why it is a local favorite. Loved the banana pudding matcha although it was more banana pudding than matcha--the matcha was very subtle. They also had a lovely cinnamon donut--sweet and sugary-- that sold out quickly in their small pastry display.
Yes yes yes !! Love love love everything ! The intimate space , the vibe, the customer service AND the COFFEEEEEE! I had a teddy latte and my bestie had the seasonal banana latte . Both FIRE! You can tell those beans are freshly roasted lol ! Both drinks were the right amount of sweet but not too much ! Can't wait to go back !
I stopped here for coffee and a quick bite to eat early morning. I wish I'd have time to stay and enjoy my food and coffee there, but ordered to go. Good latte that kept me up on my drive down to Austin, and a delicious avocado toast on a thick slice of sourdough. Absolutely, recommend!
Ordered: Iced Dulce Latte (~$6): condensed milk, brown sugar, cold foam, espresso Iced Strawberry Matcha (~$7): Japanese matcha and strawberry puree Aya's take: I was in downtown Dallas for 2 days and came here both days as we didn't find anything better or in the same caliber. The first day, I got the Iced Dulce Latte which is typically overly sweet but they were able to make less sweet which I think is the way to go. It was still sweet but more balanced by the espresso and creaminess of the cold foam. The second day, I got the Iced Strawberry Matcha which was more up my alley. They use a good quality matcha and the strawberry puree which didn't taste artificial at all. It didn't need any additional sweetener since the strawberry puree did the job. The decor is also super modern, artsy, and minimalistic. Check them out!

Hole Cafe is a vibe. I went on an early Saturday morning and it was buzzing. I can tell it's a stop after a Pilates class or a meet up with friends spot. Aesthetically it's simple yet tailored by choice. As it was later in the morning only one loan cookie was left...I nabbed it. I ordered a matcha, dolce latte and drip coffee. When I view the pictures I had hope for the matcha but for my taste buds it didn't meet. It's a very manufactured taste lacking the essence of matcha. I didn't ask for it sweet and forgot to say not to as I am use to it coking sweet automatically. The Dulce latte even with an extra shot is super sweet. I get why it's popular but for me to sweet to enjoy. The drip coffee lacked flavor but was piping hot. The order was the fastest I have ever had fulfilled though. After I paid less than two minutes they called my number. All in all for me Hola Cafe missed but I still say check it out as many seem to enjoy it as a spot to spend catching up. The staff was so kind and working diligently to meet everyone's order on time.
Really solid cafe with a nice aesthetic and reasonable prices! The blueberry donut was great, soft, moist, crispy exterior, not too cakey interior. As a Canadian and a lover of donuts, this hit the spot. To drink, I had an Iced Peanut Butter Latte. It was very well done - wasn't overly sweet or artificial or rich. It tasted great and it was super smooth. Service was friendly, professional, quick. I ended up going to their other location that same day and had an Iced Horchata Latte and it was just as great!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Hola Cafe is a very minimalist and cute cafe ![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their matcha and coffee were both so good and the photo booth made the experience even more fun which I love for a physical memory or a scrapbook keepsake. When I walked up the line was out the door but the line moved so quickly and I soon knew why there was a line. The banana cream latte that is one of their summer items. This is the OG Hola cafe. I love trying their seasonal new flavors. They are super busy all the time. If you come during peak hours, parking will be hard but there is plenty parking. Depends on where you park, make sure you grab and go not hang out. I didnt care much for the strawberry latte seasonal because I didnt taste any strawberry. The teddy graham was the best lattee I had. The banana one also was too subtle. I wanted more banana flavor. read more

Easily one of the best places to get coffee in Dallas. Locally owned, amazing people. The coffee menu has all the normal coffee stuff plus has really yummy seasonal drinks so love trying those. Adorable coffee shop great for catching up with people or doing some work! We came on a Saturday afternoon and it was crazy busy and was able to just find a table for us to sit at. Coffees are decent, not the best I've had but still good. They had a few seasonal menu items and some pastries to purchase. Needed a matcha fix while in town visiting a friend and this place was nearby. The line was long but they moved quickly! I decided to try their cinnamon roll matcha latte but disappointed that I forgot to ask for oat milk. Normally, baristas ask which milk but I was kind of overwhelmed and already lacking caffeine! The drink was pretty good but even at half sweet, it was a tad too sweet for me. That's just my personal preference. Im one of those that likes to taste the grass! Haha. Picked up a couple of pastries but pricing was good on everything and service was fast and kind. Parking can be a bit of a hassle since it's street but dont let that deter you from stopping in to support! I even brought a sticker back to DC with me for my laptop collection. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside seating isnt the largest but people seemed to rotate pretty quickly as I was waiting in line.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was a bit loud but that doesn't bother me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you want a quiet cafe to work from, I would probably not pick early mornings here. Service is fast and efficient, courteous. Interiors are bright, clean and relaxing with music. A little loud due to high ceilings and no sound insulation panels. Plenty of outlets. Good place to hang out, relax or work. Drinks are good but much more on the sweet-laden side. read more
My first thought walking in was that one, it smells really good, and two, it feels like I walked into a museum. Their shop has an artsy ambiance with its still-life paintings and minimalistic furniture. The aesthetics continue to carry on into the bathroom - beautiful decor and very clean! They have hand lotion as well, which is always a nice touch. DRINKS: Hola has a permanent menu, but they seem to be known more for their rotating seasonal drinks. I've been here 2x so far, both times getting an item from their specialty menu. The first time I tried a drink off their Valentine's menu where I got the Strawberry Chocolate Latte - I thought it was a solid drink overall and visually appealing, although nothing to stand out ish in flavor. The second time around, I got to try the Peanut Butter Latte on their PB menu. I wasn't sure how well PB would pair w/ coffee, but they crafted the drink so well I LOVED IT. It was a perfect balance of PB and espresso. All the flavors balanced each other out with a smooth texture. Probably one of my favorite lattes I've had. Parking - can be competitive, given that it's street parking, but I think it's worth the struggle. I went on a weekday and it was still pretty full. Just be sure to pay attention to the signs and tow zones. read more

Love, love, love this cafe! I tried the seasonal red velvet drink and thought it wasn't overly sweet like I assumed it would be. I took a couple sips of the horchata latte and it also tasted great, would definitely order it for myself next time. I went on a Saturday afternoon so the line was out the door, but it took less than 10 minutes because of how efficient the workers were! read more
Finally finally finally got to visit Hola Cafe!! Spent a lovely late morning here co-working with my colleague and absolutely adored our visit. Nestled on the edge of Oak Cliff/Bishop Arts, this is the newest location after they moved across the street. When you walk in, it just feels like you're hanging in the streets of LA. The vibe is just dope. There are large, bright windows that bring in beautiful, natural light and the perfectly monotoned decor just seals the deal. Best part? The coffee is flipping delicious. Iced latte here was exquisite. I also splurged on a glazed donut because why the hell not? Fluffy goodness! I can't wait to come back and just hang here for a few hours. Oh and bonus: the music just added to the great ambiance. Great selection and not too loud. read more
Hola Café is one of the few coffee shops open early in Dallas. After an irritating search that populated nothing but Starbucks and a bunch that were opening soon, I decided to pop in to this one. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere when you walk in super cozy, with locals chatting, different styles of tables and chairs set up for a second office space or just to lounge and enjoy a good brew[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]--which is what I'm enjoying right now! I tried the Dulce Latte iced with a Banana Cold Foam (i know, right?. It was the perfect balance of sweetness, without the diabetes you get from Dunkin Donuts, and espresso. (i was sooooo aiming for a warm coffee after my workout because i was cold, but the barista suggested that the banana cold foam tastes mid when it's warm, his service was awesome as well!) I also tried a sausage roll and cinnamon roll because I needed all the energy I could get today (can you say CARB LOADING?). They used to be a smaller coffee shop but moving across the street made the coffee shop a little more spacious and vibey. Make time for this coffee shop you will not be disappointed. read more

When you search for their address it will show you the location right across the street, I think they moved to other side recently. They have plenty of street parking and not many people around. When you walked you, you felt so peaceful and you will vibe with the environment immediately. It's hard to find a spot to seat because every seat were taken, some were doing work and some were just chilling and enjoying coffee. I love that they have no computer zone. We were greeted by the barista, I think there's only one guy working there, and he was nice. He made really good coffee. It was strong and tasty, and since it's iced but it didn't taste watered down. The hot americano was steaming hot just like how my husband like it. Would recommend to go back. read more
