Purchase a Banana Nut Bread and a Cherry Chai after getting off from work at 7 am.. I enjoyed my Chai driving home, I decided to eat my Banana Nut Bread when I get home. For some reason I noticed my BNB had expired on 4/3/2025 Weird! I was really surprised and not happy. I decided to call the store to complain and shift manager tells me come back and get a refund or whatever I wanted to do... Wow! Very Rude! Then I asked the mgr. Do I not get an apology? His response to me he's Busy he rather do it in person. I was totally lost for words. I did ask him what was his name he said Jimmy. Jimmy, I will not be returning to your store your bedside manners is a 0.. Work on your communication skills and next time act like you care. Store#0631 18208 Preston Road And I'm thinking how many other people have you served expired food to. The only difference my Bread was still in the package. This is really sad! Expired April 3, 2025 and todays date is April 26, 2025. Pic attached! Do better Starbucks!

After spending some time sightseeing and walking both levels of Kohl's nearby, I did a search for a Starbucks. I thought that I had brought my bottle of water with me, but I left it at the hotel. Google Maps said to go on the street and drive over. I just cut through the plaza and was fine. It's in a cute plaza with stores. I backed into a a spot and went in. There was only one person waiting for his drink. The barista said hi and let me know that she'd be with me shortly. Nice and friendly! When she finished making his drink, she came over to me. I ordered a grande iced passion tango unsweetened iced tea. I paid using my app. Perhaps I waited for two minutes. It was ready. I was impressed. My drink hit the spot. It's so refreshing after all that walking. It's also 14°C and sunny. Wifi is Google Starbucks. It's free, provided that you enter your name and e-mail address. It works outside on the patio. The connection is decent. I like this cafe. It's not every day that I can sit here, write a review, and casually sip an iced passion tango tea. (16)

I hate to be this way... but I love the staff very kind and courteous... however the past 3 times I've order they aren't filling my cup up all the way and at this point it's a little ridiculous I haven't drank anything from this pic I haven't even mixed it up the is the brown sugars shaken espresso. All I'm saying is if I'm going to willingly pay $6 every morning like I always do I would like to get my full coffee.

Although we all know and love Starbucks as the place to get overpriced coffee and your name pronounced incorrectly, this location managed to disappoint already low expectations. My brother wanted a cup of coffee, so we stopped by here and I decided to get something, too. I decided to order an iced matcha latte. I got the medium size and asked for less ice in the drink, with the total coming out to just over $4. My name was called (not quite as I had said it to my server, but alas this is Starbucks after all), and I went over to the counter expecting to pick up my cold drink. Instead, I found myself collecting an oddly greenish cup full of ice. I had ordered an iced matcha latte but was served a wonderful cup of ice cubes garnished with a milky green liquid. Since I was in a rush, I took my cup of ice and left. The liquid in my cup was finished in five sips, and I was left staring at my $4 cup of ice. I'm not sure I've found a better deal for ice yet in Dallas, so if anyone knows where I can find higher quality ice for a better price than here, please do let me know! Personally, I don't like ice that much so I'm not sure if I'll be returning here anytime soon. (1 star.)

Sans drive-thru this is still a really nice plaza location with plenty of room to spread out. Sofa seats, patio, community table both inside & out for your meeting needs. They offer a variety of retail items from coffee to tumblers. A display case pleasing to the eye, tempts you on cookies, muffins, scones, soft drinks, etc. The cashier and barista were very pleasant. My Oder with off without a hitch. Frankly, I enjoyed the crafted Soy Flat White a great deal. This Preston location also has a news board to keep locals in the Know; highlighting athletes & whatnot. The flower garden and awning are perfect for chillaxing outdoors on a summer day. I'll be back! ~Christy

I've been coming here for a little over two years now and have never been disappointed in the high level of customer service that this location yields. Whether not during the morning hours or on third shift late at in the evening, the staff is very approachable, funny, and attentive to your coffee needs. One thing of note is that the seating area seems a little tight, especially if you are in a group of three or more. Although there is seating available, the tables and chairs seemed to be somewhat packed in by the windows closest to the entrance. On the outside of the store, there is definitely plenty of places to sit at and enjoy the breeze and such. A very busy location in Plano yet worth stopping in for a quick beverage or just to chill out at.

My drink with no name. I guess I'm no name Customer.

If you're someone who finds traditional matcha a little too strong or grassy, this is a great option. It was lighter, fruit-forward, and the mango flavor came through nicely. The pastry case also caught my attention--everything looked fresh and incredibly tempting. I didn't get a chance to try any this visit, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the pastries next time. Overall, a nice spot for a lighter matcha drink and worth checking out if you're looking for something a little different. Staff was sweet and organized as they were a bit busy.

Trisha took my order and was super awesome at making many great recommendations while Miriam cranked the beverages for the people ahead of me. Loved the GF option for an almond loaf. This reminds me of a wonderful home cafe mixed with a nice southern coffee shop. They even have seating outside for a beautiful day like the day I went. Very Austin vibes. Seating options are from regular wood bench to a cozy couch. Loved the live plants that add fresh air and a nice atmosphere. They had low playing music that was very urban so you can carry a conversation while supporting smaller artists and working on work. Headphones if you'd like your own music would be great and wouldn't be interrupted with the music playing in the shop. Biscoff caramel latte: Wonderful flavor of coffee. I was fearful it'd be too sweet but it was perfectly sweetened. The Biscoff crumbles add the Biscoff flavor and the caramel isn't overpowering. It's a soft balance of the two together. The foam was pleasant and would recommend hot. Personally would love a stronger Biscoff flavor cause Biscoff is my favorite cracker. But other than that, a super solid beverage. Almond Loaf (GF): The crumble and moist texture were perfect. Not too crazy of a GF taste. Different but wonderful. The top has a crumble similar to Almond croissant that is so satisfying if you're craving a lil more sweet with your bite. Together: Wonderful together. The almond loaf isn't dense but it doesn't completely fall apart either. Super happy.

Very interesting and different bubble tea shop, making some of the strongest and best-tasting milk teas I've ever had. Their fruit drinks are fantastic too. What to get: Ceylon Milk Tea, Teapresso Milk Tea Everywhere outside Dallas, this is known as Teapresso Bar, and it's a shame this one isn't Teapresso, otherwise I could have used this limerick instead: So if you come down to Teapresso Be careful you don't make a messo Or like Monica Lewinsky You can get a bit kinky And show up with cum stains on your dresso. Oh wait, I just did. So this is probably the best milk tea in Dallas. A lot of the other chains have gone down in quality and don't taste like tea anymore, although Tea Top and OneZo are good, among others. But for the best, most delicious Black Milk Tea around, come here. I also love the Teapresso Milk Tea which is a combination of different milk teas and has a very interesting taste. Some of the many Dallas locations are less than friendly, and less tasty, but this one was hyper tasty, and perhaps the most friendly of all of them. Sooner or Latte you have to try this place. It's quite different to any other Boba shop. Except the other TeaLatte's around DFW (there's maybe 7 or 8 now), and the Teapresso Bars in Houston (I think there's 2 at the moment), and the ones in Hawaii, where the chain is from. Yes, they're from Hawaii. That might explain why they taste so different - in a good way. We will definitely be coming back in the future to try different things, but do bear in mind that for the purist this is definitely along the lines of somewhat Americanized (or Hawaiianized) Boba rather than a Taiwanese original. For me, it really works. Because I love my strong tea taste in my milk teas. I'm so old fashioned. Barbi absolutely hated it the first time she came. She got one of those bright blue drinks and it honestly didn't taste that great. I didn't really want very much of it either so I don't blame her. But I do think my booty was good. I mean Milk Tea.
