To put it Bluntly they suck. Waited 10 minutes before I had to walk back up to the front register to see if my drinks were being made. And they hadn't started it at all mind you the cafe was empty and there was only two cars in the drive thru. Not only that when I walked up to the blonde girl working the night shift to ask if my drinks had be started she looked at me then turned her back and walked away. But all in all it took 20 minutes to get two cold drinks that should've taken less than 3 to make. Horrible customer service and terrible work ethic. Definitely would say drive 4 minute to another Starbucks and get a drink that will actually be made right and within a reasonable time frame. read more

I live a few blocks down so this is my go to spot for coffee. Overall they are pretty consistent with their coffee. I went in today just like any other day and noticed there was a fly in the bakery case. I typed it up in my notes on my phone so I would not expose them in front of other customers. The little boy with his mom mentioned their was a fly in the case and the cash register lady said it is okay sweet heart sometimes that happens. This is my favorite Starbucks. The people who work there are consistently very polite and gracious--and work so very hard. Normally I use the drive through but went inside the other day--and it made me sad to see people getting frustrated with the amount of time it takes with orders--goodness just look at the employees! They are working as hard and fast as they can possibly move--they have the online orders, the drive-through and the walk-up--and are making it possible for us to have some normalcy during this difficult and painful time. I went through the drive thru and ordered cold brew with caramel at the bottom of the cup. The blonde haired girl with glasses handed me my drink with light drizzle on the sides. I kindly asked if she would add a little extra (she didn't even have to remake the drink). She shrugged and scolded at the drink and came back and handed me this spiteful version of my drink and didn't say anything before shutting the window. She gave me 1/3 of my drink solid caramel. Absolutely ridiculous! Very unprofessional and vindictive. This is not okay and Starbucks needs to reprimand their employees for purposefully handing out bad product to their customers because they are having some sort of bad day. I frequent this location because it's on my way to and near work. Love the atmosphere (relaxed, but there is always seating) and the way it's decorated (several different types of seating/tables and enough empty space not to feel crowded). There's a very nice and roomy patio seating area that I always plan to try, time and weather permitting. Drinks have almost always been good (standard), and the line is always short or nonexistent. This is across the parking lot from Nugget and right off the freeway. Service is what made this my regular place since it opened, generally good but depends on who's working. When they first opened I usually interacted with Christian, who has always been super friendly and makes an effort to greet me. Often I order by mobile app, and he would always notice me quickly, act friendly, and keep me on my way. He gets five stars, always! Unfortunately, there have been other staff helping me less enthusiastically, to say the least. I've stood waiting for my mobile order with no acknowledgement for five minutes before, staring at staff coming so close but ignoring me and leaving again. I usually take my order to go, and once when I got a drink so bad (maybe rancid coconut milk?) I had to throw it away, I gave polite feedback on my next visit. Usually I would receive an apology and sometimes a free drink. The guy just stared at me. He could care less about customer service, as could another coworker another day who was loudly insulting another staff member (quite offensive and unprofessional). So bottom line: good place but your customer service experience can vary greatly. Management: take heed; if you lose your best staff, I'll probably go elsewhere. This Starbucks is consistently lacking. They get my order wrong probably 50% of the time (not even complicated orders), it's always a gamble. The only reason why I go there is because it's convenient. My iced coffee usually has way too much ice (see pic) so I have to ask for light ice now and if I forget I'm screwed. I usually just go on my way. This time I went in because the drink they gave me in the drive thru was different than what I ordered and I didn't like it. So they remake it and it's still the wrong thing. I tell them my order for the 3rd time and the person helping me tries to school me on the drinks and say what I ordered (the first thing they gave me) was completely different, etc. I know what I ordered and it's not what you claim, don't put words in my mouth. Just rude and unacceptable. He finally made what I ordered without an apology or anything else to compensate for his incompetence. I just wanted the drink I ordered! Some of the other regular baristas are nice and know what they're doing but I don't know why this Starbucks consistently sucks. I was really excited about getting a drive through near my home. But after several visits of being served the wrong beverage, not very happy with this location. Also, can someone tell me why a pour over is an option? Every time I order one, the employee tries to talk me out of it. I've been to this Starbucks three times and twice they gave me the wrong order. I once asked for a blond drip coffee and they tried to talk me out of it saying that it would take time when they have other drips that are ready. I come here a few times each week. I love the interior and the staff is extremely friendly, but the wifi... I do suppose it is a great way to drive out the people who came here for the normally provided service. This Starbucks is not without it's flaws, as they often can take a long time or charge my order incorrectly (biggest pet peeve) but the barista Fernando makes up for all of that! He is one of the nicest customer service workers I've come across. He makes sure my drink is correct, fixes it quickly if there is a mistake and genuinely cares about making the customers happy and always maintains a positive vibe. I asked the barista if she could make it sweeter and she looked very annoyed and basically argued with me about how to make it sweeter.
