I have been going to this Jamba at least once a week or more. I have never had any major issues until November 8, 2021 when I ordered a drink and a waffle to eat before a soccer game. The drink was fine but the waffle was horridly deformed. It either looked like someone ate half or decided to squeeze it with their hands into half a waffle before bagging it for me. I didn't know until I opened the bag later at the soccer field (I ordered via the mobile app). I sent in a feedback and the manager told me the supply shortage is causing the waffles to be smaller. Basically I paid $2 for a crumpled piece of playdoh and then was told that's how it's supposed to look. That was bs because I went there again on 11/13/21 and every waffle they had in the shelf was twice the size of mines (a normal, not crumpled-up waffle). The thing I enjoy most was the manager making this sound like it's a normal thing and that I was wrong to complain about it. I think they just need a few other smoothie shops to open up so that there is some competition so they won't take their customers for granted. read more

This is my favorite Jamba Juice place. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. The assistant manager, Nico Johnson, can be seen almost every visit I made. He's either training someone new, saluting the guests, and making sure I get my discount for using my own cup or bowl. The place is clean and wait time is not very long. Ended up waiting nearly 10 minutes for my fresh squeezed green juice and was surprised with a 16oz when they called my name, saying they upgraded it for free due to the wait. There is almost always some form of a line but the line moves pretty quickly. Make sure to register your phone number to rack up points. $3 off for every 35 points! Sometime in the past 6 months, this Jamba Juice got re-vamped! The decor looks more aesthetically pleasing, the place looks less cluttered, and everything appears clean. They used to have a fridge against the wall that sold some items you could grab-and-go, but that's gone. I like the minimalist look they have going now. The tables used to be shiny metal tables that were really rickety, and now they're wooden and more sturdy. There's still some outdoor seating. Indoors, they have two tables with chairs and one small counter with stools against the back wall. Most people grab and go, since seating is limited. Service was friendly. We visited on a Saturday morning, and by the time we left, there were 3 workers total, definitely enough people to fulfill orders in a timely fashion. I got the Peach Perfection (medium) with a boost of soy protein and it came out to $6+. It had mango, peaches, strawberries, and juice. It was delightful, full of flavor, sweet as expected, but was under the All Fruit smoothie options, which just made me feel better feeding it to the kids. They have protein-packed smoothie options and acai bowls, just in case you want to switch up your usual order. All in all, I love Jamba Juice smoothies, but the price point is what keeps me from coming here more frequently. On a small side note, if you're pushing a double jogging stroller (ahem, who would do that? Definitely me...), you can't fit it through the doorway by opening just one of the double doors. You have to awkwardly open both doors while trying to push the stroller in... just so you have a heads-up in case you encounter this potentially-embarrassing situation. read more

As much as I love the smoothies here, it can be a pain to go here. When they're busy, they often only have 2 workers, and it takes forever to make your smoothie. Plus, Jamba Juice is notoriously expensive for what you get. My main issues, though, stem from the fact that it seems like they're constantly running out of key ingredients for popular drinks. It feel like they're not good at purchasing the right amount of things. Top that with their not-too-thrilled to be there employees, and it's not always the greatest experience. I still give it 4 stars because I almost always love my drink (they have their inconsistent days), and I will still choose this over other smoothie places (are there other smoothie places? I'm so sad they closed the Jamba Juice in downtown but at least there's one here that I can get my Jamba Juice fix. This place always gets my order correct and I can't ask for anything better. The employees are always very friendly and informative. Recently I asked for a Coldbuster and they got what I wanted (I didn't know that the name had changed). The name got changed apparently as people complained that it doesn't cure the cold... but it gives a lot of vitamin C. If it's not the Coldbuster, my other go-to drink would be the peach pleasure. I typically hate the taste of banana, but Jamba Juice can always mask it really well. This place can get pretty full, but the service is always really quick (never had a mistake for my drink either, which I'm very impressed about). This Jamba Juice always makes drinks right! I've been to countless of stores where there's always something off about my smoothie, may it be too bitter, too icy, or too bland. This place, for the most part, always makes my drink just the way I like it! And not to mention that you can substitute some of the ingredients! I asked the cashier if I could substitute the Greek yogurt in my Aloha Pineapple (my favorite!) and he was so funny! His response was that he can substitute it with anything that he could legally put in a smoothie. My choice of legal substance was soy milk! If you think Jamba Juice is good for you, then you're an idiot. It's not. It's really sugary and pretty high calories. The packaged food they sell is pretty good but some of them are high calorie too. I love that Jamba Juice sells steel cut oatmeal. That is a wonderful healthy breakfast with fruit, and some protein (don't add brown sugar though). Even though Jamba it's the greatest "health" food, doesn't mean it's not yummy though. I had a particular craving for the Protein Berry Workout with Soy and made a trip to North Davis during lunch break. Ever since I stopped going to Massage Heights Davis, I don't really find myself in the Marketplace much, even for Krush or Jack's (which I already have in Natomas). This location is pretty small, no bathrooms for customers. Are they slow because they're busy or is it just a backlog of normal volume of orders? I love Jamba Juice, It's my favorite place to go morning, noon and night. I love all the bowls that they have and I can never get enough!! I am in love with their acai bowl, mango bowl, pitaya bowl, and strawberry bowl. I love jamba juice but this location has really iffy service. Sometimes my smoothies come out super water-y and that's my ultimate pet peeve, so I ask for the smoothie to be thicker. Not sure of the worker is new but she thought "thicker smoothie" meant "not blended". There were huge chunks of fruits in my smoothie and it was not drinkable whatsoever. I asked her to remake it and she literally put it on the blender for 3 seconds and took it off again. Thank god the manager was there and correct her saying, "thicker does not mean chunky, you need to blend that more". Regardless it was still extremely chunky. That was my worst smoothie experience and I ended up tossing the rest. Another time I came here, the worker gave me so much attitude. It's YOUR job to provide good customer service, YOU'RE being paid, YOU signed up for this job yet you act like I'm a bother... horrible horrible service and ruined my mood for that day.
