Not the store this place used to be. Have gone through many times and my drink has not been great. Today I went through the drive through and my tea was not shaken.. It was flat and weird tasting. As a barista who works for Starbucks not shaking teas is my biggest pet peeve. read more

Super convenient when commuting towards sac from east bay. Drive thru can get hectic!! Wrote this after a quick stop on a saturday around 1pm and counted 16 cars in the drive thru with me. Waited 15-18 minutes. Never had any issues with botched drinks or anything. Friendly employees. read more

Disgusting bathrooms with no paper towels. Staff took care of it right away. Very large seating area though which I realy liked.

Of all the Starbucks locations I visit this location has without a doubt the best and happiest customer service staff. A bigger location than most, I enjoy sitting and enjoying the atmosphere while I have my drink(s)! read more

Service was quick, but the inside is very, very messy! Needs to be swept, lots of dust and grime on the seats.

I work close to this Starbucks and I love it! Obviously the drive thru helps when I'm on my way to work. However the staff is always friendly, my order is always correct and for some reason they just make the best damn soy lattes. Keep up the good work. read more

Normally I don't have problems going to this Starbucks but this one trip was rude and they were extremely pushy. When we first get to the drive thru we barely get the window down and they say "welcome to Starbucks" and were about to start ordering and they go "HELLO WELCOME TO STARBUCKS" like okay there's no need for that. This Starbucks is by the freeway so if you say things normally they say they can't hear you and the time we say a bit louder she says "you can stop yelling I'm trying to get it" and first of all that was rude we were making it so it's easier to hear over the rain and the cars . I will never go to this Starbucks again after all that . None of the yelling and rushing was necessary! I always come here but would rather drive elsewhere to get better service . read more

This was my go to Starbucks en route from the South Bay to Placer county. I don't know that I will continue that trend after today. I love Starbucks, it never does anything wrong and I am always defending it against the anti Starbucks weirdos but today was a sad day for my Starbucks affair and I am super glad I wasn't with anyone I was trying to win over. I went through the drive thru, get to the window and had forgotten one more drink and a dessert. I ask him to please add it on, he is irritated, I apologize again. He doesn't have one word to say to me and gives me a nasty look. I try to ignore it but he really was so angry with me he practically threw the pastries into my car all while looking constipated and pissed and then added a pile of whip to the no whip drink I had requested. What a butt! I should have scooped the whip off the top and hurled it back through his window the way he sent my pastries through mine. I feel all warm inside just thinking about doing it hehe. I hope Starbucks trades him out for a magic bean until then I'm avoiding this location. read more

I went in to make my order and loved the interior design with great cafe ambiance it was very inviting. The cashier was pleasant taking my order. When it came time to pick up my order, I discovered it sitting at the pick up section as it was never called out to pick up as I'm accustomed to Starbucks service being that way. Ordered 2 caramel fraps one being the new crunchy caramel frap... The reg one was a complete mess with caramel and frap all over the outside of the cup... The crunchy frap was missing the crunch... The baristas never looked over so I politely say excuse me, is the crunch underneath all of the good stuff on top and the gentlemen replies oh no sorry I forgot and finishes making the beverage he was making before coming over taking off the lid leaving caramel to drip off onto the side of the cup then he sprinkles the crunch on and puts the lid back on without even acknowledging the glob of caramel in the side. I stood there cleaning off both cups without any acknowledgement or concern from the baristas. There was no way they could have missed their mess. Horrible baristas for my experience there today. It's a big store and wasn't at all crowded... Maybe for the same reasons as my experience there today. 5 stars for the cashier 5 stars for the beauty of the store 0 stars for the baristas. read more

I ordered a tall salted caramel mocha at the drive-thru and was able to see their barista making it through the window. She free poured my drink which is not what youre supposed to do with a mocha and the final drink tasted very off, also extra extra foamy. I did not taste any toffee nut and had to scoop out 2 inches of foam when i got home. I ended up discarding my drink. Did not ask for a refund but wont order the same drink from here again. read more

I am thankful to the crew at Starbucks for letting me hang out all morning and into the early afternoon getting work done on my laptop without being too rude. That being said, I accidentally left my tobacco outside. After an hour I realized it and asked one of the girls at the counter. She told me they had thrown it away. She said this without flinching and without even the slightest hint of an apology. I know it was my mistake, but courtesy counts and when you've thrown something away that belonged to someone at least say you're sorry. It's just basic manners and common sense. read more

Absolutely my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff at the drive though are super friendly and personable. Joanne has excellent customer service. Also the 2 guys who usually work the drive through are nice and make me laugh every now and then. Best way to start my morning is here. Watch out with this store... unlike almost all of the other Starbucks... you cannot get a refill unless you bought your coffee less than an hour before... so forget going to run errands and coming back to get a second cup of coffee. The overzealous barirsta seem to get some perverse pleasure in telling you this. Not a customer friendly policy. read more

I drive the I-80 corridor daily and I decided to stop at this location for the convienence of the drive-thru, but I decided to come in and order instead. I was greeted by a not so professsional guy with halitosis. He refuse to make the effort sort out my situation, for that I brought in an empty starbucks coffee bean bag, where I usually get my free coffee and go on with my business. This guy says it does not have some kind of ticket and that "he could not honor that," as well as other employees confirmed his statement. I have lots of friends that have worked and currently work for Starbucks Coffee and all of them said it should not have been an issue. These people need to realize that Starbucks Coffee is a publicly traded company and that some people may have some ownership in the place that provides them a job, and some of them may drink Starbucks Coffee. My recommendation to anyone driving through, would be to keep driving and go to the next one, cause this one is very questionable... read more
