Sucks! No acknowledgement at counter when I walked in. Waited long time for service. Thank God I was just passing through. Never coming back

May be my experience here was just an odd occurrence and an out of normal event,but I was not please with the Starbucks at all. To start with the service was only mediocre. The lady behind the counter seemed to think that helping me was a chore. I ordered a cheese danish and a caramel The cheese danish was steady all and dry. The caramel Maki auto was not sweet at all it just tastes like a very strong coffee. read more

This place is SUPER SLOW! Avoid at all cost and just go to the one down the road. Mobile ordering doesn't work either. You can literally order 30 minutes in advance , show up and it's either forgotten or is not ready. I'm in line 20 minutes after a mobile order writing this review. They seriously need to get better, for now I'm swapping stores and I'm never coming back to this one! Now back to waiting for my mobile order 25 minutes late. read more

This Starbucks is just like the rest of the chain. STRONG STRONG STRONG coffee. The people are always perky, friendly and quick! I only stop when I just can't seem to stay up and I need some caffene like a crack head needs a hit....I hope I said that right. I don't think know any real live people on crack. read more

Always crowded no matter the time of day. Expect at least a ten minute wait if you go inside or through drive through. Rarely ever do I receive good customer service. Thankfully my drinks taste ok. They also have a 99 rating despite the flies. I would have walked out had they not had my money already. read more

Do NOT bother getting in the line inside or at drive thru!!! They are absurdly SLOW!!!! Beyond ridiculous. They are always slow not just busy times. Avoid it. Sadly they lose about $125/wk from me. Table to chair ratio was a little off. There were more tables than chairs. There were a select few options they could not provide for whatever reason. The peppermint mocha frappuccino, and the French vanilla cappuccino were perfect. They made a mistake with my order, they thought I ordered a espresso, but I ordered the frappuccino. The cashier told me not to worry about it, ended up saving thirty cents. read more

As a prior Starbucks employee either things have changed or wait times don't matter. This store would fail the old secret shopper test they did. With 7 people on staff (maybe it was shift change) the wait was horrendous. Waited about 5 minutes for an iced coffee (you just pour) after waiting about 3 minutes for someone to help me as a stood at the register completely ignored. Customer service ain't that great either. Been to better Starbucks locations. I just made the mistake to stop here on a road trip. read more

Drive thru is pretty fast. Inside is clean, but needs more space for sitting. Food has always been perfect and the baristas are nice.

The staff is very friendly. They are also pretty good at making suggestions if you are like me and have no idea what you want. The enviornment is very clean. read more

It's crazy how perfect this coffee is every time I taste it. Each drink is handcrafted perfectly! The new seasonal drinks are delicious consisting of peppermint mocha, caramel brulee latte, and praline latte. All are delicious!!! My favorite is the peppermint mocha with espresso, milk,and mocha sauce with peppermint flavored syrup! I topped it with sweet whipped cream and sprinkled with dark chocolate curl shavings. I have been here a ton of times for my teen daughter. She loves the frappe drinks. Great location and great employees working there. Yes it can get busy but what Starbucks doesn't? If you want a great drink with coffee then go here. Clean. If you can't handle traffic then go somewhere else but you won't get the quality of products nor the best drinks around. read more

Whats up!?!? It took 30 minutes for 2 double shot espressos today. 7 people working, lines in the drive thru 10 deep and 10-15 people inside waiting for drinks. One women went back to the register, she was complaining about waiting 45minutes!! I thought she was exaggerating but she wasn't. read more

I waited 30 min for my mobile order coffee!! There were 6 people wanting mobile order. I then realized that people who had just ordered were getting their drinks before me. This is probably the worst Starbucks I've been to. Trash on the floors, dirty tables, and restroom. When I ordered two sweet cream cold brew coffees I was told by the woman taking my order that she didn't know what that was...Even with a sign behind her and cold brew merchandise displayed in front of her. Another employee informed her that they did in fact serve cold brew. We waited thirty minutes and finally got our drinks. I would not recommend coming here if you are in a hurry. read more

The only other one in the area is located in Kroger on Chapel Hill and is not convenient when you're in need of a drive-thru. Every time I come, I expect at least a 20 minute wait. Last time I came here I ordered a Frappuccino and a croissant. They didn't have the particular Frappuccino or croissant I ordered, but they were nice enough to inform me. They also gave me other alternatives that were close to my original choices. And my order was really tasty which is half the battle. read more

Now for the 4th time my order has somehow gotten lost, I even used the app and ordered it 15 min before arriving just to give them time to make it ( this time). The last three times I ordered in the store when my drink was not made or just lost, this time after walking in and asking for it, they said they did not see the order, I had to get my phone out to Prove to them that I had already ordered it, and to top it off the app notified me that my order expired right after I showed them I ordered it. I don't know what that crew is doing but they need better training on the order to fulfillment process. I can make a work flow for them if they one from seattle is not working for them. read more

This is the worst Starbucks EVER. The employees are not at all friendly, and they Take. For. Ever. Seriously. I waited 17 minutes for 2 drinks the other day. And don't think that doing mobile ordering will help you, because unlike at other Starbucks, it will take even longer here. You have to wait IN LINE to tell the barista that you placed a mobile order, have them roll their eyes at you as they ask for your name, and THEN they'll make your drink. Pointless. I go to this Starbucks at least once a week and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly and work to get your order as quickly as possible on busy mornings. I can see the complaints about the parking and accessibility; however it is just a minor inconvenience. read more

They are really nice, They are even nice to people, they work hard and do not complain even when they have difficult customers. It is a nice environment. I've had plenty of good experiences at this Starbucks but one stood out to me last night. I came pretty late with a group and we were acting delirious. Not knowing what our order was and had to correct ourselves several times. However, Kaywon was the nicest Starbucks worker I've ever had serve me and had no problem with us. Thank you Kaywon. The thing that really saves this place is the sweet girl that works at night. I'm not sure of her name but she always remembers my order. She's so sweet and kind. Never makes me feel like I'm asking too much on an order. This girl needs to be promoted and given a raise. read more

I like this location but the music is so loud. You almost have to yell to the person you are with or listen to your own music to drown it out. If you want to have a meeting or want to get work done you may as well keep driving away from any more Starbucks cause they all have really loud music. It used to be soft and ambient. This is the only full blown Starbucks in town. It has generally been pretty good. However, most recently, the service has really gone downhill. I have noticed that there has been almost a completely different crew working the store in the evenings. Perhaps this is part of the problem, but drinks are routinely slow to be made and often completely wrong. I love Starbucks coffee, but I fear that I will stop frequenting this particular establishment until this problem has been fixed. read more

This location was once good, but the last several visits I've had were very disappointing. The last two visits my drinks have been made wrong, and I've witnessed partners doing things that are against Starbucks policy. The most recent visit my iced latte was made with the shots pouring into the milk instead of milk in top, it was missing the third shot, and an excessive amount of milk was put in the cup, resulting in a weak, poor tasting warmish iced latte. The visit before, the person on the register didn't even know there was vanilla syrup in a hazelnut macchiato. the shots were pulled directly into my iced macchiato instead of poured over from shot glasses, creating a watery poor tasting beverage. I saw a partner heating the caramel drizzle, which changes the taste and degrades the product. I witnessed other patron's drinks being made incorrectly, including excess milk in frapacchinos. Not to mention at least two partners taking up the prime parking in front of the shop. This place has gone downhill fast. read more
