Even on a Friday night, this is the place to be! There is a line around the building like usual but the people working are always very fast. DB employees the sweetest and coolest people but last night I had the best customer service. It was only girls working it seemed and it seemed like they were having a blast. I ordered a sugar free strawberry americano and it was very well made. The line was quick and the outside of the building looked clean. I thanked the girl with the braids for working on a Friday night and she said she was having a great time, which is always nice to hear. This is my usual DB location and it's predictable every time! The wait time is never too much and the broristas are friendly. They always offer me any of the freebies they have on hand, so my car is now decked out in Dutch merch! I've had one or two instances where they got my drink wrong (ie giving me a coffee latte instead of a chai, having watered down tea, etc), but they are always more than happy to problem solve and remake drinks when needed. I went to this Dutch Bros location this past Thursday evening. Whoever made my drink did a terrible job. I ordered the Kicker (It's Irish Crème flavored) and I virtually could not taste that. It tasted more like half and half than it tasted like coffee, and as I said, I wonder if the barista ran out of syrup flavoring and so just shortchanged me. Oh, and I am annoyed because I paid with credit card but I was not given a receipt. This makes it harder to call and complain. I literally wish I had gone back and asked to have the drink remade or exchanged, but obviously I couldn't do anything about after driving away without my proof of purchase. Ugh. I've been coming to this location for the past 4 years. I relocated back to Woodland and still the only location I go to. I do mobile orders because I'm on-the-go constantly. My order is always correct, on time, and sets my mood for the day (coffee is the start of my day). Everyone here is a delight. Some are of the girls know my name and face and even my order (it does vary but I mostly get banana). Everyone is working hard to get the orders out! If no one else sees it I do! I am rarely in the Woodland area and I spotted a Dutch Bros, my favorite place to get amped. Parked the car and walked to the counter. They have a few holiday drinks at this time. I went with my go to the '911', tons of caffeine. Could only handle half of the drink I started bouncing off the walls. Anthony was helpful with the Holiday drinks as my daughter wanted to try one. First time here cause we were In Woodland doing a Costco run and we want to do a little antiquing but had a little time to kill so we decided to stop by here and get a little bit of a treat for ourselves. The line wasn't too bad when we pulled up about 7-8 cars in front of us. When we finally got to the front we received a very warm greeting and the girl who took our order was super friendly and helped my husband make a drink with the things he asked for. He wanted something that had raspberry, white chocolate and caramel and a Frost and double Blended. And I got a golden eagle freeze with 2 extra shots made with soy. They always play great music there and when we got to the window we were greeted by another friendly staff member. Will definitely be back here again if we ever stop by here in woodland. read more

Came to get coffee at this location for my wife and I, usually I go through the line but decided to see what these mobile pickup spots are all about. I assumed it was like the other two locations in town where they'd bring me my drink but it was complete waste of time! All they did was ignore me and they can't say no one seen me because I seen them multiple times looking directly at me and walk away. After about 15 minutes I ended up walking to the window and the Edgar kid that came to the window acted like I was bothering him when I asked him to remake my drink because it had been sitting there for awhile, I had the straw from my first drink in front of me and before giving me my new drink he told me "I'm gonna get you a new straw" and took the other one and smiled. When he came back he snickered at me and handed me a pink straw almost as if he was trying to subliminally give me a hint and laughed about it so I through the straw down and walked away, people like that should be careful because someday you might catch someone on the wrong day and they won't be as cool as I was. I wouldn't recommend stopping at this location, go to one of the main st locations as they make better drinks, pay more attention to their customers and don't have little punks like this kid working there read more

The East Woodland Dutch Bros is now my go-to shop for coffee. That may seem strange living in Natomas, but it's a rather quick drive across the river. This location is just off the County Road 102 exit on Interstate 5 on the other side of the freeway from Costco and Target. There is some vestigial parking, but drive thru is king here. In most cases, I prefer the new normal of online ordering and limited contact. However the always perky staff at Dutch Bros still walk up to you car to take order and payment and maybe chat a little if you're lucky. They are now card only with no cash accepted. Please release the Dutch Bros App soon! The coffee is still really good here. They are notorious for their sweet flavored drinks, but I am constantly impressed by their simple Dub Shot Espresso which is very good and a great value. Of course you can also get any number of flavored concoctions with a variety of milks including dairy and nut options. I am known to get an Iced Almond Milk Kicker too. Their food options are still a bit weak, but decent. Dutch Bros has been a wonderful beacon of hope in these COVID times with friendly staff and excellent coffee drinks. The East Woodland outpost is easy access with awesome Broistas and legit coffee to keep us hoping for a better day. read more

Let me preface this review by stating that I absolutely love sweet coffee...any kid of sweet coffee. The first step in addition is always admitting you have a problem and I think I have a problem...a love for sweet coffee problem that is. We go to the Woodland costco quite often because it's nice and clean and the staff is friendly and parking seems to be easier. As a result, after we are done with our "grocery" shopping in costco, we always end up at Dutch Bros. You can imagine how many times a month we end up over here, even if we aren't going to costco. I'm a lover of peppermint or anything minty really. If I can't decide what I want, I usually ask the workers what their suggestion would be and then I ask for different things that I like to add into it and walah, the baristas make my fabulous concoction that's specific to only me. I love it. They always make every drink whim I have to my liking. It's the right amount of blending or sweetness or hotness, etc. Well, you get the idea. I love that the workers have enough of customer service that they aren't afraid to offer their suggestions. I love suggestions. I love making them my own. That's the freedom of choice with these types of coffee places. I'm not stuck with what they offer on the menu. Everything I've ordered has turned out fabulous, even if I order right from the menu. I usually order hot drinks like white mochas or peppermint white mochas or if it's a hot day and I want something cold then I'm usually ordering something blended like a golden eagle, an annihilator, or a ninja, etc. If I'm not happy with what they've made me, I can easily ask for something else or ask them to remake it. They never give me grief about it and I never feel like they are whispering obscenities under their breathe because I didn't like what I was given and I wasn't happy. Maybe they did it on their break or after work but I never felt like I wasn't appreciated as a customer. That's what matters. The entrance is a little tricky since you have to go around the block to get there but if there's a long line, it goes pretty quick. So, don't fret and order your drink how you like it. Maybe I'll be daring and try one of their rebel drinks. Who knows. The world is my oyster at this place. I love it! read more

People with allergies beware! About a week ago stopped by on my way home from Sacramento, ordered 3 drinks, drive through was busy but they were working semi fast. They brought out the drinks wrong 3 times and usually not a big deal, but one of the drinks was ordered with no whip due to an allergy, they brought out the drink with whip and I returned it due to the ALLERGY, she went back in with it and came back quick, it appeared that the gal just scrapped off the whip... I explained the allergy and sent it back again, to which she rolled her eyes and said will make another you can keep this one (I refused).... Sorry princess not risking an allergic reaction just for your convenience. Now had they followed the order we wouldn't have this issue. Once we got to the window we can hear princess complaining. Today i went in the morning to purchase a coffee. Did not taste how it usually does, but i was on my way to work and didn't have enough time to come back to remake the drink. As i came to the location, i took my 2 year old daughter for her birthday drink. I was asked questions on if i purchased the drink to that location and in the morning. and they asked for IDENTIFICATION for a 2 YEAR OLD???? Never have i ever had an issue asking to remake my drink. Stopped by before a road trip to get some early morning coffee for the road only to discover they don't stay open 24hrs anymore. This location (other than Jack in the Box) was the only place I could get a coffee at 3:45am before work. The prices have gone up A LOT which I was told by an employee in Reno that it's a California thing. The coffee is good, addicting, sometimes overly sweet. The employees are hit or miss. Some are friendly, some are so-so, some can't find your drink on their iPad so you have to prove it exists on the app. The lines around noon are INSANE, but depending on the day they handle it well. Drinks were really good but whatever lady in the cap that was working today (Saturday July 20th 2024 at 3:20pm) was extremely rude. When we ordered two large drinks she only gave us one and when we asked for the other large to be switched she gave us a nasty look and said it got put in already as a medium. Price: Cheaper than Starbucks but better quality too! What you need to order: THE KICKER. That is all. Why do I love this place so much? The workers in all the locations I've been to are so awesome! They are always friendly and they make you feel so welcome, even in the drive thru line. Who does the hiring?! EVERYONE is always awesome! I've been to locations in Washington, Oregon and California and the workers always look so happy and give outstanding customer service. Overall, This is my FAVORITE coffee stop. ever. The fifth DB by Provost, they must be doing something right! It's a little quirky to get to but well worth the drive. In a little cul-de-sac behind Jack In The Box and the Chevron gas station you will find one of the coolest set ups of any Dutch Bros Coffee. With only one drive through, it offers a comfortable parking lot for walk ups. Contrary to many peoples' forethought, this location does not have a indoor seating area. There is outside seating for about 16 people and a dedicated walk up window. The drive through is longer than the other Dutch Bros I've been to, and I've been to many. This longer design helps to move the line quicker by allowing the barista time to have your drink ready for you when you get to the window. My stand by drink, the 911, was delicious on my 4 visits during their soft opening. My grandson wanted a cherry smoothie but was told he must have a base smoothie then they can add cherry flavoring. This was a total hit, he loved it! Not only does this Dutch Bros have a decent and safer parking lot but the added seating and excellent customer service will make for a long standing DB. read more

Arrived today after my weekly shopping trip to find a trash pickup truck blocking the entrance going the wrong way. The pickup driver tried to get me to also drive the wrong way (right by where customers are pulling out of the drive through). I told him it was too dangerous and he would need to back up so I could get through. He would not and an employee from Dutch bro's came out and asked me to back up into the street behind my car where both drive through traffic from Dutch bro's and a local gas station were flowing through. Did Woodland really need a third Dutch Bros location? If you ask me, yes! The other two are more downtown and West side of town, whereas this is closer to I-5 and the Costco exit. I came for the grand opening, where they gave away free 16oz drinks all day, midnight to midnight! Despite being close to the end of the day (~11pm), the Dutch Mafia in true form had the energy and smiles. Single file drive thru line was orderly, someone took my drink order and another walked it out to my car. Others asked if they could write on the rear window of my car with those markers -- they'd written "Dutch Princess" on the car ahead of me with a crown. For mine they wrote "Dutch Luv" with a heart. It did wash off easily but was fun while it lasted. Late night, I went with their hot chai latte. 24hrs is dangerous for this evening shift worker, especially being on my way home every night! It's all this super sweet whipped cream bull crap coffee drinks that basically ruin coffee in all its goodness. Some people think this is what coffee is supposed to taste like. Absolutely rude and not like other Dutch locations. Usually Dutch is an amazing place that offers a fun, welcoming, and often rejuvenating experience. (Which is a difficult task for a coffee chain I might add) It is extremely unfortunate that this location does not give much credit to the Dutch Bros name.
