    Yuzu Citron Espresso Tonic

We were looking for coffee while passing through and found this gem. The yuzu citron espresso tonic is the perfect summer coffee drink. 100% would recommend if you enjoy espresso tonics.

    Matcha Lemonade

I've been meaning to try their drinks ever since they opened few months ago, and I finally had a chance on a Friday to try their Matcha Lemonade: It did not disappoint! The drink was super refreshing on a sunny day, and it was perfect for midday pick-me-up. 10/10 recommend getting after having Bulkogi first! Service was not as fast as a typical coffee shop for making my matcha, so if I was in a time crunch, I wouldn't get that drink. The fall specials my coworkers got were completed a lot faster than mine, and everyone had to wait for me.

Banana pudding ice cream? Yes please! Loved trying this on my visit. Highly recommend!

We had read about this coffee and ice cream spot in the Boxyard development and stopped in one afternoon to give them a try. The owners own several other Korean eateries and food trucks in the area, and Boxyard had needed a place to get coffee after another vendor pulled out. We got ice cream (mint chocolate chip and banana pudding) and my wife also got a Peachy Day lemonade, which she says was refreshing and delicious. It's basically just an ordering window where they take your order and serve you, then you either take it to go or find a seat in the common area. A nice addition to Boxyard.

    Peachy Sweet Iced Matcha Latte
    Andrea A.

Located in Boxyard RTP, Baekho is the newest addition to Durham's vibrant coffee and ice cream scene! I got the Peachy Sweet Iced Matcha Latte iced, which is a seasonal special. The drink was pretty standard: refreshing, not too sweet, and good amount of peach and matcha flavor. The ambiance at Boxyard is awesome: tons of outdoor seating and when I went on a Saturday afternoon, there was a DJ! Probably not the best environment for work that you need to concentrate real hard for, but I was able to get stuff done haha. It's a great hang out spot though and, of course, there's tons of options for food if you get hungry. Service was fast and friendly. Would totally go back to try their ice cream sometime. 9/10 would recommend!

It's located alongside the leasing office for the apartment complex. The service is great. There were two young ladies working and they were both friendly. I arrived around 4:30 on a beautiful Saturday afternoon and ordered a muffin and a decaf latte since it was so late (for me to drink caffeine). The cranberry lemon muffin was absolutely perfect, so much flavor, so fresh & moist. The Salted Brown Butter Latte was the best. From the first sip to the last drop, I loved it. I sat on a small section of a very comfortable couch with pillows and all. I later sat out front on one of the benches. They also have a patio seating out back. We went on a Saturday afternoon which probably did not help the cause, but there were only a couple of tables available, which luckily we snagged one. I opted for the maple brown sugar latte. I really liked the flavor of the brown sugar itself, though I wished the espresso notes would have cut through more. My preference is for stronger, more acidic tasting espresso though. Glad I was able to check this coffee shop out since it was on my list, but not sure it's one I will rush back to.

Trying to get a little work done, I was pleased to find a comfy couch, power and Wi-Fi- in addition to the incredible twist on a Mexican mocha and an absolutely insane bacon, egg, and cheese on there in house made biscuit! I was actually a little sad as I reached the bottom of the mug. So I opted for a decaf refill, it was pure perfection. Do yourself a favor & pop in to make this place your morning ritual.

I wasn't entirely in a coffee tasting mood but really needed a pick-me-up. They had the strawberries and cream latte as their special drink, so I went ahead and order this and the bang bang tacos. The strawberries and cream was super delicious and hit my craving just right. The bang bang shrimp tacos had a kick with the sauce, but incorporating pineapple was what gave this a 10/10 for me. It had a sweet and spicy flavor to it, which balanced these tacos to perfection with each bite. The employees behind the counter were extremely friendly. I recommend this spot for anybody who's local or traveling through.

It's super spacious, with tons of natural light, high ceilings, and both indoor and outdoor seating. The outside patio has cushy lounge seats, perfect for soaking up sunshine (though it's right by the highway, so some outdoor spots come with a bit of traffic noise during rush hours). This place is a dream for remote work. Every table is so spread out (esp outdoor) that you don't overhear other conversations, no loud music, and sunlight streaming in from every corner. Service was quick and thoughtfully accommodating. I appreciated that they bring food in a to-go container if you're sitting outside, so you're not stuck carrying plates back. And bonus points for their commitment to using sustainable packaging. The coffee was quite delicious! Jubala Coffee actually makes a type of specialty beans roasted just for F&F. Their drink menu is on the simpler side, but they usually have a couple of seasonal lattes, and everything I tried tasted great. Food-wise, it's a gem: generous portions, very reasonably priced, and flavorful. It reminded me a bit of Fount Kitchen in its "organic, healthy" vibe, but with more non-vegetarian options and even better flavor. There's plenty of parking right out front, but sadly they close at 2:30pm, so it's more of a morning or lunch spot. All in all, a wonderful place for a morning work sesh or a work lunch in style!

The staff was friendly and service was prompt. The coffee options were plentiful, with options for whatever your preferences may be whether you're more of a coffee enthusiast looking for lighter roast to taste all the notes, or enjoy more flavored and decadent drinks. One thing that was an incredibly exciting surprise the last time I went were the whole beans they had for sale from Fritz Coffee (imported from Korea im pretty sure). I had to grab a bag despite them being a bit pricey as they were freshly roasted too (price was expected for something like that). A slight down point for me though was the food, got a couple chocolate chip cookies and they were very much not worth it. Overall though would highly recommend and will likely return, though do need to be careful of timings as there can be quite the rush due to high demand.

Pairing with the yogurt made it taste a lot better though. Service was friendly and the prices were reasonable. It was a bit noisy inside, just because there were a lot of customers and everyone was talking. The store is clean and bright with a neat little riser on one side. My only complaint was that there were no refills. That's unusual for black, drip coffee.
