Easy access. I parked my commercial vehicle at the Frederick truckstop across the street. It was comfortable inside despite facing south. They have 6 tables inside with chairs and a padded bench running along the wall. Everything was clean and the music wasn't too loud. I saw 9 tables outside with umbrellas (this is where you can bring your dog). They offer their usual food & beverage items + holiday items. My nonfat Coffee Frappucino came out quickly and was correctly made. I tipped $1, about 20%. read more

They don't even look at what they're giving you... the blueberries for my oatmeal are clearly moldy! Purchased March 7, dated March 10 with clear plastic to see the mold... It's also pretty dirty in cafe - I understand it's off the highway but cleaning is not impossible. Nasty. read more

I never give bad reviews unless it's justified and I feel that neglecting good customer service is justified for a bad review. This weekend we stopped into grab some breakfast sandwiches and a snack for my son. We had plenty of time to sit and enjoy everything we ordered. We ordered and after twenty minutes of waiting we asked the lady behind the counter where our sandwiches and cake were. They misplaced half the order and didn't think to grab the cake from the case which would have taken her all of two seconds. When I asked for the cake she had told me they had sold out. They hadn't when I had placed the order and when I asked why this had happened I was told "the label didn't print out - sorry". They eventually found a spare slice of cake and finally heated our sandwiches, during the meantime she had started to process my refund. I wasn't refunded at this point and she handed my card back. I truly felt a sincere apology and some remuneration for the twenty five minutes of wasted time would have been in order, it's just common courtesy and good customer service. We didn't have to time to sit and enjoy our breakfast after all of this which was the whole point of going to sit in the store instead of the drive thru. Starbucks policy might be to let one person be in charge of labels for food, heating it and bagging it but it's seriously flawed, especially on busy days. It takes two minutes to grab something for a customer from a pastry case, especially an item that doesn't require heating. The cost of Starbucks, their lack of common sense and customer service make me rather go anywhere else. Next time, I will do just that. read more

It is right off of I-25 which is very convenient. During a nonrush I give it four stars, during a rush, three. Yeah, everyone takes the advantage it is right off of the Intestate and sometimes it takes forever to be on your way if such a rush is happening. They got lots of munchies that not very many other Starbucks in the area have. Donuts for example as well as sandwiches and a small veggie tray. read more

My cousin and I were craving Starbucks so we looked up any that were opened and this one said it was open until 9pm! It was 8:49pm and made it by 8:59 and sure enough they were closed! We got there before closing time! I don't like how they close before the time provided! read more

Not the best Starbucks I've ever been to. I've been to this outlet several times now, so this is not based on a single visit. I find them consistent, yes, but it's consistently the service is a little slow, coffee not quite right and - if you ask for room for cream - the cup is, like, half full. I like a little milk, but not half the coffee. I'm also irritated they question every time I have a free coffee earned on my card, a coupon or pending discount, and even gave me a difficult time when I had the audacity to request a refill. I'm getting to where I'd rather hit the gas station and get hassle free coffee than endure this place for a Starbucks. read more

This location was rather unclean when I visited in the early afternoon. The floors were dirty and sticky and you could see where spills had happened that were not cleaned up. There was also a significant number of flies in the building. However, my drink was made right even though it took quite a while for not being very busy. read more

Well the young man answering the order box, in the drive thru gets it. He is a service oriented person. Nice to see. May be young, may be still refining his craft but his heart understands service. I won't go on about what I do but he gets it. Drinks were great blueberry oatmeal is always good. This place prepackaged the items you need for the oatmeal, smart. Anyway, wish I would have got the guy's name to give proper gratitude but....dark hair, 20-25 years old. And I needed a coffee and some wifi. There aren't many options in this town, or at least not very many options that are visible from I-25. I can't elaborate much on the standard Sbux experience except to point out there's a drive-through, several comfortable leather chairs by the front door, a few sets of patio furniture so you can enjoy the last few warm days of autumn, and a lot of the clientele have the appearance of cowboys and ranchers. (If you judge a book by its flannel and cowkickers.) Oh, and there's a vet next door just in case. Staff seems super friendly, coffee is hot and tasty, and the bathroom is clean. Star points scanner was down. I had ordered a pumpkin spice chai and asked for my free holiday cup, (as this was the reason I headed to Starbucks this morning.) The girl at the drive thru window stated that it was for holiday drinks only. I stated that the app states, "holiday or fall." drinks. She said that if I had ordered a full pumpkin spice latte instead of a chai I would have been able to get one. Combined with not getting my star points, I'm pretty peeved. I sent a complaint to Starbucks (which I doubt I'll ever hear from) and I'll put complaints all over twitter and facebook but yeesh. How Rude! read more

This Starbucks is incredible. I am a regular here and every person knows my name and drink by heart. They tend to get pretty packed in the morning, but the drive thru is always moving and the baristas are pretty friendly while making drinks. I get the same drink every time I come to visit and it's always tastes great! read more

Most Starbucks are pretty good, but this one isn't. The drive thru isn't big enough and definitely not accommodating of vehicles with large turning radiuses. And you can't get to walk-in parking if the drive-thru is more then 6-7 cars. And, I was overcharged for a basic Gouda/egg sandwich and venti black coffee. Shoulda been 9 bucks, they charged 11. Worst service I've ever experienced at any Starbucks. I will not go back to this location ever again even though it's the closest location to where I live. Spent over 30 minutes inside to order two drinks. They gave me my first order over 5 minutes before I received my second. Avoid this location at all costs. Ownership and management must not care about customer service. read more

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt by repeatedly going back hoping they had different staff. They never get my drink right. EVER! I'm not spending any more money at this Starbucks. My coffee order is the same each time I go (2-3 times a week). I order an iced vanilla latte with 1 Splenda. It never tastes the same! Sometimes I get whole milk sometimes it's fat free milk, sometimes they forget the sweetener or vanilla syrup! Starbucks coffee is too expensive to not get what you want. read more

I just left the drive thru at the Starbucks on I-25 and CO 52 about an hour ago. I ordered a Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte and I was charged $5.74 but I was not even given my receipt using my debit card. The guy handed me a straw and took off. When he returned I told him why do I need a straw, I ordered a hot coffee??? Oh he said and then apologized to to whoever was suppose to make my drink. I sat there and waited and waited for my drink. I finally got what I ordered and headed home. I live two miles from there off of CO 52. I got home and took the lid off.....no whip cream, no spices on top and not even full. My birthday was October 17th and I turned 66. I live on Social Security and I don't have extra money but every year for my birthday I get a Venti Pumpkin Spice Latte but never have they looked like this. Thanks for ruining my tradition for me. Went for a coffee this morning and was madly disrespected by Rachel. She scoffed at me, rolled her eyes at me, lied to me, overcharged me, incorrectly made my order, ignored me and then pretended that she just wasn't able to hear me when I addressed one of the many issues. I've gotten my coffee here almost every morning for two years and this experience ruined it. Terrible customer service! I don't need the attitude, I just need my coffee! read more

This review is not so much for the coffee as I'm not a coffee drinker. It's more about how completely nice and helpful the people at this location are, especially Ariana (I hope that's right). My car broke down right by their location and it ended up that the tow truck couldn't get there until much later so Ariana was nice enough to hold my keys for the tow driver so that we didn't have to wait another two hours. It was a completely odd request and certainly nothing they are paid to do, but it was so helpful and really made a bad night a little bit better. That and a muffin. She even called me later to let me know that my car was picked up. She definitely went above and beyond -- thank you! read more
