The person making these signs needs a bonus! It takes quite awhile to get your drink inside but they do have great bathrooms and artwork ;)

Lovely staff, beautiful venue and view. A most-visit for tourists before you head to RMNP!

Great location in Estes Park. Visited on Sunday afternoon on our way to the Rockies and the staff was friendly. Service was a bit slow but my Frappuccino was delicious.

This was one of the most beautiful Starbucks that I've EVER been to!!! The bathrooms are unisex and pretty cool inside! It's so unique inside! I love that there are fire pits outside and plenty of seating inside and outside. Inside, the store was packed with people in most of the seats. The store was pretty clean as well. Customer service was your average Starbucks experience. I had the seasonal eggnog steamer (crème) and it was pretty yummy! Good overall experience:)

We stopped at this Starbucks on our way to Estes Park. It is one of the nicer looking Starbucks I've seen. It reminded me of a modern ski lodge with the design of the place. Right outside in the seating area were 2 electric fire pits. Nice and cozy on a cold day. The inside was huge with a lot of seating and leather arm chairs. I got a caramel macchiato in the famous red holiday cup. This was perfect for the chilly 40 degree weather. They also had a pretty display of their "Been There" series mugs. I actually collect these mugs from every city I visit. They recently changed their design (last collection was the "You Were Here" series. In addition they made a holiday version of the current Colorado mug but all in silver. I've seen at other locations that they sell these same mugs but in the mini ornamental version. I didn't happen to see any here.

It's the Starbucks with the amazing view! No vacation is complete without a stop at the local Starbucks. It's one of the best Starbucks I've been in and I've been in quite a few. It reminds you of a ski lodge. Great customer service, ample people working, so not much of a wait time. Plenty of seating inside and a great patio out front, with an amazing view of the Rocky Mountains.

Typically we choose local coffee shops over Starbucks, especially while on vacation. This Starbucks is the largest one I have ever been in. The space is really well done and fits into the mountains around it. The staff is super efficient and pleasant. The coffee and breakfast was great.

Good street views from inside

Awesome service. The first guy Richard almost scared us from coming back but the ladies here are incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you Liz for the consistently friendly and personable service :) you made us feel right at home. Gorgeous location. Apparently one of only a half dozen or so Starbucks anywhere in the world that are river adjacent. Yes, the front patio is nice for people watching and the inside is comfortable too, but he back patio seating is not miss because of the rushing river and beautiful trees. So relaxing!

Too bitter with burn taste even though I like strong coffee! I just paid for brand name... but the view is lovely behind the store.

It has a front and back entrance, if you'd like to walk along the river to get there. There's a large public parking lot across the street as well. The barista made the cutest latte art for us! But it wasn't just appearance. The oat milk lattes were as delicious as they were beautiful! We tried some lattes at Inkwell yesterday, and Kind today. Kind was easily better, 10/10! It's a clean and cute shop. Good selection of coffee and breakfast and light lunch options. Also a small merch section - mugs, tees, coffee cups and canisters. We tried the salmon and cream cheese bagel with capers yesterday for lunch and they were great. My husband preferred the jalapeño cheddar bagel, while I was happy with the everything bagel. But the lattes were the real standout for me. The line was longest at lunch out of our visits, but it moved very quickly! The baristas were very welcoming and nice as well! Overall - Would definitely recommend!

You can beat the surrounding views and the hassle free parking! They roast their own coffee, have a large menu of coffee, tea, milkshakes, smoothies, toasts, burritos, bagels, and oatmeal. I think they had about five women behind the counter. As I stated this place is popping and I loved seeing a properly staffed shop! It was warm out and I didn't want my standard iced americano. So I asked them if they could make me a cold brew lemonade and they happily obliged. 2/3 cold brew, 1/3 lemonade, I love this stuff. It sounds odd, but trust me, it goes down smooth on a hot day! Lots of space inside to sit, considering they have a hidden back room where the bathroom is with tons of seating. But the seasoned move is to sit outside on their patio or near the river if spots allow. I usually have a go-to in Estes that isn't Kind Coffee, but after a less than stellar experience there recently, this place might be my new spot. If you're willing to wait in a little bit of a line, you won't be disappointed here. Support your local coffee shops!

Right outside Rocky Mountain National Park, and directly across from their main outpost, Bird & Jim. This place serves it all: coffee, smoothies, breakfast, baked goods, pizza, salads, soups, wraps, etc. Each menu varies depending on the time of day obviously. The space itself is gorgeous, and not something you'd expect in a mountain town. The high ceilings and massive windows allow you to soak up any mountain and sunset views. They have a nice little patio outside and yes, you'll probably see elk grazing across the street! The pizza left more to be desired. I ordered a simple margherita ($18) and an Odell beer. I would've prefered the pizza to be cooked for another minute in the oven personally, but that's not a knock on them. It desperately needed salt. In the dough and on the tomatoes. The tomatoes slid right off every time I tried to take a bite. It was just severely under-seasoned and really didn't have any flavor at all. I would actually come back here because I do like restaurant concepts like these that offer different experiences throughout the day. A great place to hang out and recharge. I will stick with breakfast and coffee next time!

The beer was so nice I ordered the same one twice!…read more I put in 20 miles hiking Rocky Mountain National Park in a day a half. I slept about 4 hours the night before to make it early for sunrise. To say that a few tasty beers were what the doctor ordered would be the understatement of the century! None of this matters, of course, to the good folks at Rocky Cut Brewing Company. This is off the main drag of Estes in an unassuming strip plaza. Humble vibes inside, a simple U-shaped bar top with seating all around, a few smaller tables, a community table, and a large patio with mostly picnic table seating. If you're lucky, snag a stool right along the Big Thompson River! Though, I recommend they fix the wooden placeholders for beers, they're leaning on the wrong side of history, we don't want any full glasses of beer reaching an unnecessary demise! Interference IPA * American IPA * 6.7% * 16oz ($7) From their website: "Climbing the Interference Boulder in Rocky Mountain National Park requires strength and power. This Colorado IPA showcases the power of hops with an intense blend forging citrus aromas with a pine forward finish. Featured ingredients: Cascade, El Dorado, Mosaic, Chinook, & Simcoe hops * Recommended adventure: hiking Black Lake, climbing the Twin Owls, skiing upper Hidden Valley." A perfectly apt description. I would summarize this beer just as they did, focusing on hops, citrus, and pine. Absolutely delicious, a memorable IPA in recent memory. I liked it so much I ordered it again and it tasted just as delicious the second time down! They also had a food truck outside, so safe to assume they do this often. Would love to try more of their beers during my next visit. Rock Cut, I see you!

Otherwise, we were mightily disappointed. Saturday, late June ~1pm - we were seated quickly enough. Took a while for the server to take our order (~10 minutes before she came for our drink order) and it took well over 45 minutes for our food to come out! They weren't particularly busy (lots of open tables) and there were a lot of servers. Maybe short staffed in the kitchen? Probably more disappointing than waiting so long was the food itself. Potato soup was "fine" but nothing special and way too much bacon. Three of us got side salads and every single one of us had warm lettuce. Not even room temperature - warm, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp. The turkey panini had way more mayo that should be allowed on a sandwich and the bread was barely toasted. We waited so long for our food we couldn't risk sending it back. As it was, we were there for so long we had to change our afternoon plans to go to RMNP because we rain out of time. Fortunately, we live only an hour away so we can go back. If you are looking to maximize your time in Estes I would not recommend Notchtop. Plenty of other options in Estes.
