Used to come here often great location and service. Visited today around 10 am asked for small cup of water and was told for the first time ever in any Starbucks that I have to make a purchase first. I explained I just came from ER I'm not allowed to eat yet I just want some water to take my medication that I just picked up. She proceeded to tell me they sell bottled water. I'll admit right now that all was as expected but what I loved most about this location is the large indoor seating as well as the outside. Very welcoming; roomy even despite this is not a large property it sits on and has a a drive-thru. First time at this location yesterday. Despite how busy it is with drive-thru traffic and smaller Starbucks dedicated parking, the overall layout works well. Sat outdoors and next to the order board for the cars. Still, it was a good morning, everyone in a good mood, and just a pleasant experience overall. The restroom was clean and didn't require a code. I know why some stores use locks on the doors but it adds to the welcoming feel of a place when restrooms are clean, cared for, and open. I notice things like that. The interior decor is quite nice and its best feature if the different areas and types of seating available. Starbucks is known for it's community table, four tops, bench, and solo chair (cozy, leather like) seating. This place has all of that. Not sure if this store is under new management, but I overheard the manager berating a barista and yelling about drive-times repeatedly. I had to leave the lobby because it was such an unpleasant environment. Every Starbucks drive-thru line can be super long, but here there was very little wait time. I was in and out of the line with 4 cars in front of me. But today I ordered the same drink and the barista was very rude her name was Zoe, I had got two drinks which both included EX strawberries and when I got my drinks back they had literally NO strawberries at all. My husband and I met up with our wedding photographers for a meeting about a year ago. Upon arrival, this Starbucks location was a little busy. Despite the slight influx of customers, the staff still greeted us upon entering the establishment. This Starbucks location has ample room with a good amount of seats, so finding a table or chair shouldn't be an issue. The store is also clean and well maintained. The staff that I interacted with were also quite friendly. As I mentioned above, we were greeted upon entering the building. After the number of people coming in to place their orders dwindled, I guess some of the staff members took interest in us and our conversation. When we were about to leave, one of the baristas struck up a small conversation with us and then said goodbye. I'm obviously not here regularly since I don't live in the area, but I enjoyed my visit here. I'm hoping things are still great here. read more

If you order through the app at this location they will make your order immediately and let it sit on the counter until you get to the window. All the ice had melted in the coffee and the syrups were sitting at the bottom of the cup. The sandwich I had order wasn't even together correctly, the cheese had melted to the bag and the bread was falling apart. They won't remake your order either because that's just how the app works. I go to this one often it's like a hit and miss every time I come here, I always get my drink with soy and I don't like dairy and cannot have it due to being lactose intolerant. There's been times I will get my frappe drink with whip on it which is disappointing and especially when I mobile order this drink ahead or when they ask me in the drive thru if my order looks correct (or when I can see it's correct on the screen and somehow it comes out wrong). What's more saddening is that this happens on my way to work/during breaks and so when I try to return it I'm already on my way out and don't have time to come back. Not only that the drink comes out flavorless sometimes when there's too much ice added to it. The location on Madison and Dewey is very dirty inside. From entering the location, the sidewalk is disgusting. The tables inside were all dirty when we arrived at 10:30 on a Thursday morning. Genuinely some of the rudest people I've ever met in a Starbucks, highly recommend you avoid this location and go further up to the one on Sunrise or the one on Landis, these people always get your order wrong somehow and will give you attitude while sneakily charging you extra. Well my first time at this location. Felt a bit disorganized....everyone running everywhere. I agree the parking stinks and might contribute to the place being pretty empty....wait...everyone running everywhere, no one in side. Well, yes, the drive thru is their bread and butter and you can tell by the way the folks inside (just me and one other) have to wait to be helped. The employees were friendly enough, just need to value the "walk in" as much as the "drive thru". This is a nice little location next to CVS at Madison and Dewey. It is kinda hit and miss on the drinks here. I had a chai tea one time and the girl didn't know how to make it and she had automatically put a shot of espresso in it!!! YUCK!! OMG couldn't get rid of that bad taste in my mouth. She remade the drink promptly but it was traumatic for me. However the last time I came in I used my free reward drink and the guy really made me a great green smoothie with all the extras he suggested and made my freebie well worth it. He was super friendly and just made you smile. (I have come to expect this from Starbucks) They have a nice comfy corner with some soft chairs (kinda becoming more rare) They also have a patio area to sit and relax if its not too hot. read more

Not sure what's going on at this location but I would definitely go out of my way next time to go to the one on Landis. We've been coming to this one for quite sometime and it seems like after they had a turn over in management at the end of last year quality, speed, and accuracy has gone down. My coffee order has been made incorrectly the last 3x I've been here even after they repeated the order to me before approaching the window. I usually don't write reviews but today at this location I ordered a tall blonde latte with vanilla cold foam placed in a grande cup for extra room. When I received my order I can tell that they put more than one espresso shot on accident because it was very dark but still filled to the top. When I asked the cashier if there was one shot in the drink because the latte turned out dark he then turned and asked the barista if there was one shot and she said "Yes only one shot". He then irritably said "Yes there's only one shot" and handed the cup back to me. He then starts to question whether I know the difference between blonde or regular espresso because that could the problem but little does he know I've been ordering the same drink for 3 years and most definitely know the difference in color, taste, etc. The barista ends up remaking it for me but you can tell she didn't like that I requested to do so. As I watched her she pours a whole bunch of milk into the latte and then pours some of the drink into the sink because she overly poured milk as irritated she was therefore I only got some of the one espresso shot in the latte. At that point I should've requested a refund because they weren't going to make my drink right since I complained nor did they want to admit they may have made a mistake. These baristas at this location need a major attitude check and need to keep in mind that as customers we pay money for these drinks. Accidents happen but they need to get out of that prideful mentality. Many of us are loyal customers and have been for several years. Not everyone is trying to make their job harder for them but just want our money's worth so we should at least enjoy the latte we paid for. I'm at Starbucks at least once a day. I've always had excellent customer service except for today. I purchased 3 drinks and had to wait over 30 minutes for them. Other people were walking up and asking where their drinks were. The drive thru was closed. I was double charged for my order. I paid by debit card for my drinks. Then I payed cash for a $10 gift card for a veteran sitting outside. When I got my receipt, I was recharged for my drinks and the gift card that I paid cash for. I told the register person and she said she canceled the transaction. I then checked my online banking session and I was charged twice. I went back and asked to speak to the manager. "Tony" the manager looked at the transaction in the system and Tony didn't understand what occurred. Tony told me to watch my bank statement and to contact Starbucks Customer Service by phone for follow up. 1-800- Starbuc is the number Tony told me to call. I was in disbelief and calm about the whole situation. I explained to Tony that I was disappointed with that response and furthermore I was also disappointed in how my order was processed, the 30 minute wait for my drinks.. Especially when other customers who ordered AFTER me were getting their drinks. Tony's response was " We we're short, it happens.. Call Starbucks and report us".. Wow!!! I will never go to this location again. Management's attitude is poor. The young man who was the ONLY one making drinks today did a great job-My Drink was perfect.. The other 2 Staffers were doing nothing to help the lone barista..
