I love Dutch Bros, hands down over Starbucks any day. However, this particular location misses the mark half the time. My favorite drinks is the Caramelizer, I mixed Peach, Mango and strawberry in a smoothie, the Chai is delicious! I love you can customize your drinks, flavors etc, to your liking. The customer service never misses at all. The lines yes tend to be crazy long, and depending on the location is definitely worth the wait. This location is definitely by far lacks flavoring in their drinks and I've had to have remakes a handful of times as either the drink if I get lemonade the drink is crazy sour and the lemonade overpowers whatever flavor your drink is supposed to be. I try my best when I come here to ask for extra flavoring, but sometimes I do forget as I never have to make this request at other Dutch bros. My friend and I needed an afternoon pick me up and we happened to pass by this Dutch Bros location which is on the corner of El Camino and Eastern in Carmichael. I'm a big fan of their Rebels and saw that they had a new Pumpkin Slasher Rebel with flavors of pumpkin and orange. I did not taste any pumpkin in it, but it was heavy on the orange. I would have liked it to taste more pumpkin, but I really enjoyed the drink overall and would order it again. It was refreshing! My friend ordered the Candied Cherry Rebel which she said tasted like cough syrup, but she ended up liking it the more she drank and my daughter always asks for the Dragon Slayer Lemonade. I can't comment on the ambiance since we were in the drive thru, but the line moved quickly and our order was correct. Staff were friendly and gave good recommendations! Hazelnut truffle!!! Their seasonal drink is sooo good!! Ordered through the app & had my drinks ready by the time I arrived and I was just down the street. Short lines and the sweet lady confirmed my name and handed my drink with such a warm greeting. They have their cute holiday cups and straws. if possible i'd leave zero stars, the line times are always long, layout is horribly managed, and the service is always horrible at this location. i've tried giving this location a few chances to make it better, but im only disappointed more every time. especially today this african american girl with glasses is running around screaming outside and inside the building about how it f*cking sunday and sundays are horrible and she yelled at me for gently honking at the car in front of me trying to leave the drive through just to get the lady in the car to look up from her phone to leave the parking lot and the African american girl with glasses proceeds to yell at me and say "we don't need to honk, don't honk" which i found so rude because i was trying to gently alert the lady in front to move forward out of the parking lot. i can't stand this location and it ducks because it's closest to my house, absolutely horrible service, times, and workers. horrible. read more

Great stand, amazing customer service, ran by people that really care about making your order right. Other coffee spots and dutch bros stands don't make it right, but when I place an order they make sure its right. I go out of my way on the way to work to go to this stand because the managers and staff are always hustling to make sure people are happy. My only complaint is sometimes its busy because its across the street from a high school, but like I said, I go out of my way for this stand because the people here are that good. I stopped by Dutch Bros today to try out the Cinanamon Swirl Oatmilk Latte, a friend recommended to me. I'm long over due for a Dutch Bros trip, anyway! The drink is a nice Fall drink, if you're lactose intolerant and not a fan of pumpkin spice drinks (me!!) There was the usual two long drive thrulines, but, the wait wasn't bad. I anticipated a very long wait. I noticed the last few times I've been here, the wait time has gotten dramatically better. No matter the size of the lines. The secret? Your Dutch Bro (barista) walks out of the little building and bring customers their paid drink to their cars (me being one of them). There's a separate lane, you can use to exit the parking lot once you get your drink. Love it!!! This DB is on El Camino, off Eastern Ave, right across the street from El Camino Fundamental High School. The employees are always pleasant, always great to ask for recommendations, and answering questions. I never had an issue with my drink orders. What used to give me pause about visiting as often, is the long wait in the drive thru line. But, as mentioned previously, it's gotten better!! read more

I had went to dutch bros the other day for a coffee but upon arrival I saw that there was a deal on the app that if you bought two rebels you'd get 100 points. I had ordered that and got my drinks but after I left I realized I didn't get any points because of a malfunction in the app. I drove all the way back and told them that I had not received my points and they gave me information on what to do to get them back. As compensation for the trouble they offered us a free drink and even took stickers out of their personal for us. I have mixed feeling about this Dutch Bros. The service is hit and miss. I have been to other Dutch Bros where the staff is a lot friendlier overall, but that is not to say the staff here is not friendly. I am new to coffee, for instance, and told one of the broistas what I was looking for, and she said her coworker had experimented with some things and made something perfect. It was incredible! Both the broista who took my order and the broista who made it were so friendly, and I appreciate both that creativity among the staff is encouraged so fun drinks like this could be created, and I appreciated the readiness to help me find the right drink from the one who took my order. My number one issue is the speed of service. There can be only two cars in the line, and it can take 10-15 minutes to get through the line. You just have to make sure you go at a good time when it is empty or you have time to spare. read more
