Physically, it's a very nice location. It got a remodel about a year ago doubling its size. It also has a nice patio area. But the service is poorly lacking. Resupplying the bathrooms is their last priority. Many, many times there's no toilet paper or paper towels and I have to go ask for some. Once when I asked, I was left waiting for 45 minutes and had to ask again. Today, there were no paper towels or soap. I never saw them them refill either when I informed them. I've also had orders completely forgotten and had to remind them. And every Starbucks I know will give you a friendly 10 minute warning when they're about to close. This one just turns off the light in the customer area. Lastly, while they are all polite when talking to you, I don't get the friendliness feeling I get at most locations. read more

Located in the same parking lot with Safeway. Came in for quick stop. I used to patronize this location daily. The quality and service has dropped and I am sure it has to do with a management change. I visited on a Friday last week. There was no line and I was standing a good two or three fee from counter ready to order. I saw at least four employees behind the counter talking with another without even acknowledging me standing there. When finally an employee arrives at the counter about five minutes later, there wasn't even a hello how are you. It was what would you like today. I order my plain coffee, pay, and leave. Good: Not a good experience. Bad: Slow service. Overall, I used to consider highly of this location. It was one of the slowest visits to a Starbucks I have had in a while. I often stop by this location as its close to my work and is convenient. Every single time the staff has been super nice, friendly, accommodating & fast. Whenever-they are jot able to accommodate my order (doesn't happen often) they always go out of their way to make sure my visit goes smooth. For example, if they are out of cold brew they will make me something close or whatever works for me & on top of that offer a drink on the house or something of that sort. I love my Starbucks I'm normally a daily person for it, but this location pushed me to go try Dutch bros after the 7 times I went to this Starbucks and having 4 bad experiences, I won't be back. And it's on my way to work so it would have been ideal. But charging me the wrong amount, giving me the wrong drink, forgetting the extra shots I had to pay for and the wait time because the guy was flirting with the cars in front... Two weeks ago Car broke down on a cold, rainy, windy day and my cellphone had no service. The customer service here was overwhelming. I would not mind coming here again and call this my family soon. The workers know how to look out for their customers here. They are full of love. There is a saying when the drinks and food are given and made with love, then it could not taste any better. ;) I love the jazz music they play in the background. Just stopped in for a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with sweet cold foam added... though the woman taking my order didn't make my drink correctly (no sweetness in the foam or drink, at all) I watched her make it and condescendingly hand it over.. I absolutely love coming to this Starbucks, but only when certain people are working! After being a regular customer (stopping here every single day), I stopped coming to this location when they hired on their manager, Deena. She made the environment almost intolerable. She always seemed irritated, snobby and you could tell that she created stress among the other baristas. She lightened up a little after being there, but she just completely changed the whole store in a negative aspect. No disrespect, but I'm glad she transferred again! Some of the baristas I truly love!! I don't remember all of their names, but Ellie stands out the most! Her work ethic is phenomenal. I used to get a hazelnut macchiato with the whole shebang added, but they stopped carrying a specific syrup! I had always had this same drink and hate trying new things, but she recommended the Marble Mocha Macchiato and OMG WAS IT AMAZING!!!! She is always so friendly, helpful and can turn anyone's day around! She even writes little notes on my cup! She truly makes my experience!! read more

This is the best Starbucks location in the area. I come here often and thankfully I have had no problems with my drinks getting messed up. I like to mix up my drinks and the staff is always helpful helping me decide what flavored coffee to try next. I have also ordered through their drive thru window and their service was prompt, I never had to wait more than I should. There's plenty of seating inside and even if it gets too busy (w/c I've not seen yet) they have an outdoor patio with a big L shaped couch and about 7 tables with umbrellas for shade. My only gripe is that the outdoor patio overlooks a parking lot & their drive thru driveway & is very close to a busy & noisy intersection. This kinda ruins the whole outdoor feel for me. However, I find there's always seats available inside so that is not a huge problem. read more

I love Starbucks but this was ridiculous. I was rung up wrong, and offered to pay the difference. The barista said no, so I walked away and waited. Then the manager calms me over, and very rudely tells me that I owe her money, and that she will not make my drink. I tell her that I already offered to pay the difference. She just keeps demanding I pay as I sit there with my money. Absolutely rude, considering i spend about $400 on Starbucks a month. I will never be visiting this location again. I frequent this Location at least 3days a week on my way to work, the staff is always very sweet and helpful. A month ago Jordan the barrista told me a way to order my frapp and it was amazing. but it still contained milk. Last week Ian at the same store came up with an idea to substitute my milk for iced coffee and it is perfection. Thanks to Jordan and Ian i finally found exactly what i was looking for. Very disappointed wish I could give it negative. So my husband placed an order for a traveler as our family was in the hospital all night for trauma. The supervisor on duty, TONI, tool the order a half an hour before we went to pick it up. About 45 minutes later we arrived to pick up our order and Toni said it wasn't ready because they were having a shift change. We explained our situation and that we had no time she said I'm sorry and charged us the full amount. There was ZERO empathy for our experience last night, and ZERO REGARD for us having to wait another 20 minutes for a traveler. I'm disgusted and appalled by her behavior. This locations screws up my order EVERY time. This is the 2nd day in a row that they either screwed up my order or let me order without knowing they were out of things. They screwed up yesterday but I really wanted to give this location another chance today because they're nearby me and theres not too much traffic around there but wow... Yesterday they had 2 different guys ask me for my order 4 times..and it was ONE DRINK. They're obviously lacking supervision. Today, all I wanted was to fulfill a craving for a Strawberry smoothie with a double shot. I order up and pull up to the window to find out they can't make my strawberry smoothie. Guys. Inventory isn't difficult. Why are we allowing customers order things we don't have? This is BASIC inventory and customer service is SEVERELY LACKING. Basic service is to tell the customer when they're ordering, that they aren't able to make the order, why can't you just stay on top of inventory? Warning to all: If you want to be disrespected and annoyed with a high chance of a screwed up drink order, DO NOT COME HERE. You're better off going to the location inside the Safeway. The guys that work here at the Drive Thru are EXTREMELY rude and borderline racist. Blowing me off with "yeah okay guy" when i'm ordering in a short manner, is NOT how I expect to be treated when my hard earned money goes into paying your checks. I was surprised that this place was here since there was a Starbucks counter inside the Safeway. It was not very busy for a Saturday afternoon and there was no line. It took a few minutes for the staff to realize I was there but it also gave me some more time to figure out what I wanted. After I ordered a quad over ice and a peppermint cocoa it took a bit to get it in my hands. I'm here three or four afternoons a week, and my visits usually last a few hours. I like this location because it is conveniently located, and the remodel has served them well. But wow, this Starbucks is SLOW! My biggest pet peeve is waiting to place an order. I don't mind waiting for a drink to get made--I understand that many of these drinks take a while. But why in the world does it take a whole 5 minutes before one of the 6 employees behind the counter is able to stop and take my order?!? No other customers around, the store's essentially empty, and they're too busy restocking straws to take care of a customer. Please learn to adapt! These staffers seem to be incapable of pausing what they're doing to offer good customer service. And yes, the staff is pleasant, but if I've waited 5+ minutes for you to take my order I'm not in the mood for your pleasantries. Also, the bathroom is usually gross. :( read more
