I have nothing but nice things to say about this Dutch bros coffee shop!! The drinks are always so good and I love that the broistas are always so helpful when wanting to alter orders! The ambiance here is great, customer service rocks. The only thing I would say I am not a fan of is that some people do not follow the zipper zigzag rule when it's their turn or the other person's turn to drive up. I decided to get out of my car and walk up to the window. They were not busy surprisingly. I usually see this place popping. This is my very first visit to Dutch Bros. I didn't know what the order tbh. There was a little button to push for service. I pushed it and was welcomed with a greet and a smile. I let the girl know it was my very first visit and I didn't know the sizes. She could have capitalized on this moment and guided me towards a drink. So I ended up choosing and picked the Rebel Shark Attack. The pictures made it look good! What I received didn't look like the pictures. Similar but not quite. My drink was ready in less than 2 minutes! Drink is okay. I think Rebel as an energy drink needs to be changed or there should be other options for energy drinks. Overall, these guys deserve 4 stars on customer service and speed. Wish they had talked to me and capitalize on me telling them this was my first visit. It was my first time getting Dutch Bros and I was pleasantly excited. A friend told me that Dutch Bros was the popular coffee chain in the area. It is mostly a drive through location. You pull up to the line and someone comes up to take your order. From there you wait until you reach the front, pay, and take your drink. Dutch Bros has several locations mostly in the West Coast. I was disappointed that it was not a walk in and sit down chain as that is what I am mostly used to. I ordered the Iced Kicker which was great. I needed the espresso early in the morning. At first it looked like mostly milk and sugar but it did the job. I don't know when I will be out west again but Dutch Bros has some great coffee options to try. read more

This location has to be the worst location I've ever been to and I've been to every single one in Sacramento. I get the same coffee from every Dutch business and it's never came out any other way, except for today and then tried to argue with me and tell me how my coffee is made when I know and how I order it is very specific Not only as a specific, but it's very easy. They remade my drink three times and still got it wrong the entire time the staff was playing around joking with each other while they had a full line behind me and continue to make drinks behind me instead of my two very easy dub shots and then try to charge me an extra $10 for milk that they didn't put in my drink that I ordered. It was disgusting and tasted like dirt extremely rude staff. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or your money here. read more

I hate this place. Simple as the simple sugar they pour on drinks. They use the same type of flavoring as they do in bars. It's not real coffee. It just has clout or hype because e they hire young pretty girls. Which I don't have any problems if they actually provided real coffee. Super easy: coffee , milk, sugar not all these extra mass produced flavors that are mainly oil. Which I don't think it's good for peoples health. Hot afternoon and decided to treat myself! Per usual, Dutch Bro had a two way line in full effect but they have a great system so it moves fast. The lovely Anna, took my order. I was trying to be bad, but bad meaning good bad, so I relied on Anna to help me decide what to order. I decided on the sugar free strawberry peach with half lemonade (lemonade not sugar free), blended. I pull up to the pick up window and the staff is making drinks and jamming to the beats (my job needs to step it up!!). I picked the perfect combo (thanks Anna!) of flavors, tasted like I had escaped to the tropics with each sip. Can't wait to go back and try more creations. read more

Customer service was great! Friendly staff members who were well informed! But I'd steer clear when it comes to tipping... When the staff ask for tipping, we decline the tip (we ordered one drink). But when we double check the transaction, they tipped $1.00. Ok, $1.00 isn't that BIG of a deal, but when the customer specifically said "No tip", you do it. Too often probably and normally they get my order eight but the other day it was just wrong..... so very wrong lol I didn't have time to go back and get it changed and so basically I wasted $8. So today I go again and talk to COOL MIKE! Honestly he didn't have to Comp my drink but he did anyways.
