Starbucks you always get my drink mixture wrong. What is it about 'light cream' that you don't get??? Every morning you mess up my drink somehow!!! And every morning my cup has coffee leaking from top lid which means either you need to spend $ on better fitting lids or your ppl need to tighten it better. Coffee has spilled in my BMW. Yes, I'm pissed. I do my best not to write bad reviews. I start the pay it forward lines. I'm a good customer. I write good reviews or talk to management about my dissatisfaction in any and all businesses if I am dissatisfied. However with this problem continuing after talking to your staff about it several times, I'm left with no other choice but to share my disappointment on Yelp. read more

Went to this location to pick up coffee and pastries for a meeting at work. Was told it would take about 15 minutes to prepare. During this time I witnessed a flustered employee being yelled at multiple times by the manager. She snatched things from the employee and even threw them on the ground. Overall I was disturbed by her actions and will no longer go to this location. read more

I've never had a bad experience at Starbucks until today. This short haired lady with glasses was working the drive through and we came in the restaurant. First, the older lady says in a rude manner "I'll be with you in one moment". She then precedes to slam the oven and ignores us. The short hair girl with glasses comes over. I asked a simple question and she answers. I then order. My pregnant fiance then asks two questions and was about to order them the lady with glasses says something to the extent of "I'm working drive through and you don't even know what you want". The ironic thing is my fiance was ready but was rudely interrupted by this immature woman. Might I add the words I'm saying are very nicely written and not my true thoughts of these two women. I will never go to this Starbucks again. Wait. I'll never go to ANY Starbucks again. You don't disrespect a pregnant woman. Let alone, my woman. They're lucky I'm a respectable man and don't disrespect a older woman who should be more mature then me. I am disgusted about the service I had received today at the local Fairfax Starbucks on Lee Highway. This has been my goto stop for a drink and have been a loyal customer here for months. However, the workers here are horrendous, lazy, and downright rude. When I walked up to the counter, three employees were standing. One near the counter, one conversing with a customer, and one near the drive through. There were no other customers in the line for the drive through nor anyone in front of me. The male worker conversing with a customer made eye contact with me and I thought he was going to take my order. However, to my surprise, he blatantly ignored me and continued to converse with his friend across the counter! The other female worker near the drive through was on her phone while the other female worker near the counter was also on her phone. I stood in line for a solid 10 minutes before finally leaning across the counter and asking to be helped. This is complete disregard of customers and the rudest encounter I ever had - complete disregard of a customer despite making eye contact multiple times and lazy interaction. I am especially disgusted about the behavior of the lazy male worker who completely disregarded me despite making eye contact multiple times, conversing with a customer, and flagrantly ignoring the customer. I will never come back to this location again, until this male employee is terminated. Lazy workers and terrible customer service by workers who cannot be bothered. read more

I've noticed how my food experiences at this Starbucks have been bad. I got a piece of lemon pound cake and the cashier just threw a cold piece of cake in my bag, I know u have to tell them if you want it warmed but this felt like it had been in the refrigerator and she just took it out and put it in a bag and gave it to me. Also, today I was extremely disappointed when I opened my PB&J protein box and found half the items expired. The cucumbers looked bad and tasted bitter, the apples were bitter as well. Please don't sell your customers expired food, extremely disappointed and will not return. read more

I used to go to this drive through every morning before work and order the same drink. After multiple times they made my drink wrong I stopped going & chose to go to another location. They rush & don't make sure they put in effort on your drink even after you make multiple complaints. Definitely would not recommend this location. read more

Never coming here again!! The only reason I have made excuses in the past to stop at this location is because of the ease of the drive-thru on busy mornings. It's pointless if you have to inevitably go inside and track someone down after ordering in the drive-thru because your order is wrong or missing. This morning I ordered a breakfast sandwich and tall Cascara latte. I opened the bag to let my sandwich cool off and was so angry at what I saw. The sandwich was thrown into the bag, both pieces of bread on top and then egg, cheese and bacon completely out of the sandwich in a pool at the bottom of the bag. It was so wrong I had to turn around, even though I was on my way to work. They remade the sandwich without any recognition of how unacceptable it was in the first place or an offer to reimburse me in any way. It was like I dropped my fork on the floor and asked for a new one. I took the new one and when I got back on the road I had the first sip of my latte. It was disgusting! Burnt coffee and slimy milk is all I could taste. At this point, I gave up. When I got to work, I threw my coffee away and simultaneously swore off this location. This isn't the first time I have unhappily wasted a drink or breakfast after not checking my food until getting to work (one time I received 1/2...just 1/2 of an untoasted, dry-ass bagel). Visit at your own risk. Staff isn't super friendly and your order will probably be wrong, missing or slopped into a bag. read more

Was just guilted into paying more than twice my bill for the car behind me. I don't appreciate the way in which this "chain of kindness" was presented. First he said it was our lucky day before rushing through the details that 9 cars ahead of us had already passed on a chain of kindness. Then saying "If you'd like to pay for the car behind you, it's up to you." We had to ask how much the bill was. The car behind us had ordered drinks and food and was significantly higher than our bill. Instead of feeling like we were doing a nice good deed, we just felt pressured by the employee to pay for their bill. These chains of kindness are a nice idea, but they can put people in a really tough spot. read more

Went there for a Tall pike with extra cream in a grande cup and I told them no room and I repeated over 2 times and the sticker said it too... after 7-8 mins in drive thru they handed me tall cream with a little tiny amount of coffee filled halfway up the grande cup.... the lady on window couldn't hear anything and was like "he he he sorry fans too loud have a good day" I didn't feel like dealing with them so I had my short cream with a very tiny amount of pike in a grande cup with lots of room, and frankly it was disgusting :/ read more

4.5 stars. Although this is my first Check in here, I have been here many times. I see that this Starbucks has gotten low stars but it's actually one of the better Starbucks' I have been to and I have been a regular at many. Now disclaimer: I have not done the drive through so if they mess up orders there then I can't comment on that but I work next door and I always see a long line in the drive through- regardless of these long line of customers whenever I go inside to get my drink (which is always) they accommodate me immediately. There is also this sureness and content amongst the staff so you can feel that things run pretty smoothly at this location. They have a nice modern set up that must be the design of the new Starbucks stores. The seating is somewhat limited but it's never crowded because most people use this location as a drive through. They have never gotten my order or drink wrong, they have always been kind quick and accommodating. I will keep going not only out of convenience (because frankly I can make my coffee in my office but choose to go next door) but also do to the calm and clean environment of this location. They also have a great variety of food options. read more

Reserve coffees are special single origin, small batch lots that Starbuck's selects from some of the best farms in the world and roasts them to perfection! Only a limited quantities of each are made available, so always consider grabbing a bag if you enjoy what's offered (plus you get your cup of Clover brewed reserve of your choice for free with purchase of any reserve coffee)! I really enjoy visiting this Starbucks location. The drinks are always great, the service is friendly and the store is clean. I love the manager Wanda. She is hilarious and extremely outgoing. The only thing I'd change about this location is the volume of the music. When I sit for a little and read while having my coffee, I find the volume of the music to be too loud. read more
