Every time we come here our order is wrong and the one time we called to tell them we were told there was nothing they could do for me despite my order was paid for through the app unless I came back. You can order a plain americano with syrup in it and they'll get it wrong. You'll also wait forever for the drink. They staff about 45 people at any given time yet can't get it right or do it timely. read more

The young lady the manages this location seems to love her team and job which equals great customer service. You can't ignore how passionate and polite she is about this place, the staff and her customers. So far the best Starbucks in the area for me. read more

Pretty good service at the drive through on a Saturday early evening. My drink took a bit to make, and the barista admitted to me they had nearly put caffeine in it, and that's why it took longer (I would have been SO mad had they done this, I would have been up all night!) This place is pretty consistent. I'm through the drive-thru maybe once or twice a month, when I feel like "splurging." Standard skinny or soy lattes have always been made correctly. The drive-thru is usually hopping at 7:30 am, but unless you get some crazy, demanding person, they keep it moving. They always choose courteous, multi-tasking team members to man the window, which helps. Have never been inside, so can't comment there. read more

In my travels around the DC, MD and VA, I have not found a cleaner, more polite and friendly group of Starbuck employees. When there is a sudden rush of customers, they have turn up another notch and zoom they handle each every customer like they were the only one in the store. I love the layout of this Starbucks, so I visit frequently. It's a great place to do work during the day. They also have a great patio when the weather is nice. The service is not the best (Starbucks, in general, has hit or miss service, though). The coffee and sandwiches are consistent with other Starbucks, though. So, that is what matters. read more

Starbucks are a dime a dozen in NoVA, but if I have time, I will pass all of them to make it to this store. The partners here are consistently (always) friendly and helpful and are happy to engage with the customers. I have gone inside and used the drive thru often and my drinks are consistently made well and to order. I know it can be a stressful job and yet the baristas never seem to begrudge working here and take the time to ask about my day and make jokes with my family/kids. I'm not regular enough to know them personally, but they treat me as if I am. Great location! read more

I never go to Starbucks unless I get a gift card or well that's the only time I go. So it like maybe once every year. lol. The other time I went there is because my sister wanted a ice coffee and I went there to get if for her and brought it back to her. But yeah. That's my story for Starbucks. The employees are nice there, working hard from what I saw, and muffins are yummy. It was typical Starbucks! Barista missed one of my extra express shots, but she was willing and perceptive to add it into my drink! Snacks are well stocked and appeared to be fresh. However they do seem like understaffed because line as forming and the barista was kind of getting overwhelmed by the amount of order that was coming in. read more

Called to see if this store was operating during the quarantine and the partner that answered the phone was super happy to answer me and was very helpful. When we ordered at the drive thru, the partner that took our order was quite friendly and personable. The first really nice quality I noticed about this Starbuck's was its drive-thru. I'm a 'busy' person so I mind having to walk all the way inside to order my coffee. The drive-thru is a quicker (and lazier) way for me to get my morning fix. I love their lattes and cappuccinos, but I found the tea to be really diluted. It tasted like it was watered down so much that I thought I was drinking water! However, the quality of customer service made up for the unbearable tea. The person I got was really nice and he seemed like a really nice person. I always base my review of a place by the quality of their customer service and how amicable the employees are. When I was here, I found that I could start conversations with the employees, even when I pretended to act like a snob. Overall, I found this Starbucks to be a good store, although located a bit strangely in a nook by the side of the road. It's an average coffee joint with above-average customer service. read more

I'll be nice and go with 2.5 stars. but that might seem low, however the place automatically loses two stars for just being a Starbucks. Minus one because they screw you into buying some wildly expensive fancy drink (like a decaf skinny vanilla late)as their generic coffee is DISGUSTING. Go to the window. Get ready to fork over my 4.31 (for which i could get coffee AND a bagel at DD) and am told its over five! I was confused until i saw that my little sticky label says "Quad Skinny Vanilla Latte". Yes, because four shots of espresso is just like decaf... I hand it back, hold up the line while they make another. The part that made me angriest, is that this has now happened not once, not twice but THREE times at this same Starbucks. I feel bad for everyone else waiting while they get it right. I guess that's the issue with drivethrus. will i be back? Of course, as i like my little red cup as much as everyone else, and i also am a teacher and at some point in time someone must have told parents that the perfect teacher gift was a Starbucks gift certificate. The manager at this location is great - she runs a tight ship - she recognizes me as I enter and gets my coffee going before I even get the counter - and when she's ON DUTY, the place is clean, and runs well. I have noticed, however, when she is not around, the trash piles up, the sugar/cream bar is more messy, etc. (Did not enjoy the kids 'fighting' over who was going to get my coffee cake - I was not amused by their playful banter - I just wanted my damn coffee cake so I could leave.) Despite that, in the Fairfax area, this is my favorite location, although the parking lot sucks (the drive through can create a jam sometimes). read more

The coffee shop that is pretty much on every corner, but at least you know what you're getting every time you go in there. I especially like this Starbucks because they have a drive-thru which means I don't even have to get out of my car. When I got in line, there were about 5 cars in front of me, which I didn't think was too bad, but they seemed especially slow on that day. It took almost 15 minutes for me to order and get my drink, which was way longer than I wanted to wait and I regretted my decision to be lazy and use the drive-thru instead of getting out of my car and just walking inside. Since it's fall and I hadn't been to Starbucks in a while, I felt obliged to order the Pumpkin Spice Latte. It's been over a year since I've had that drink and I guess I forgot how sweet it was. I was pretty underwhelmed with that drink and it didn't have the fall taste that I was looking for. Instead I felt like I was drink warm, orange, sugar water. That will be the last time I order that drink since it's super expensive, super sweet, and super bad for you. They have a drive-through, but I don't suggest using it unless you're OK with running the risk of being stuck behind two cars, quite literally, for over 20 minutes. Not sure what takes that long, but it seems pretty commonplace here. When I absolutely need a fix, I will stop by here, but only to walk inside so that I can leave as freely as I came. The place at least seems pretty clean, and the coffee consistent. The staff usually seems unpersonable and much more interested in each other and their phones than the customer. read more

While the inside seating is a bit limited, this location has some great outdoor seating with one tented area. Plenty of free parking in the plaza too. This is by chance the worst service I have gotten at a Starbucks store. It's a Monday, at 2 in the afternoon, one person in front of me. That person is taken care, but the cashier walks away... Then when I finally take my order, they were goofing off. It took them over 3 minutes to get me an iced tall white mocha... really?! I don't mind the wait when everyone there is a line and everyone is working. But I do have a problem when it is not busy, no line, the employees are horsing around. Worst service ever. read more

I love this starbucks! It truly is the best in the area. I've never had a problem here. The baristas are all amazing, nice, fast, and even give suggestions. One time a barista put java chips in my espresso frapp! Of course it was amazing and that's the only way I take my espresso frapp now! :) There have also been many occasions at the drive thru where I've had pleasant experiences. I can just sit here for hours it has a nice environment and even when it's packed it's never too loud for me to just sit and type up some papers. With my headphones on of course ;) LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STARBUCKS. I worked at a starbucks many years ago and so I know how stressful it can get when there's a long line. I go to this Starbucks at least 4 times a week. The drive through always have long line. It could take any where from 15-20 minutes. Then when you reach the window I see the same guy. Kind of heavy set tall caucian guy. When handing the drink he does NOT make any effort to lean enough for me to reach my drink. I alway end up leaning half way through the car window to grab my drink. When I get my drink it's most of the time is not even filled up till the top. I pay 5 bucks for a cup of coffee to only find that 3/4 of the cup is filled. The manager at this location needs to step up and make sure the drinks are being made as they are supposed to and not steal from the customers. I've been to this Starbucks twice and have really enjoyed my experience both times. They are fully staffed so you never have to wait too long. The cashiers and baristas super nice and attentive. They'll start conversations with you randomly. I also like how they have pretty spacious seating areas inside and outside. They also have a drive-thru.
