I just moved to Colorado for an internship, in which I commute over an hour each way. I stopped by this location around 7:00am and all of the staff were positive and upbeat. I have been looking for a location to sit and enjoy coffee while planning lessons. While this is not an independent, unique coffeeshop, this location reminds me of home. As I was getting coffee this morning, the regulars were getting their coffee and it was pleasant to see baristas connecting with their customers. Our experience here was exemplary. They were fairly busy when we arrived, but we were served quickly. The staff was pleasant, the hot chocolate was sublime, and black tea was superb. We ordered the breakfast sandwiches, which I've never had before. I was a bit skeptical, but both the egg and sausage muffin and the egg, bacon, and cheese biscuit were hot and delicious. Can I give this place less than one star? I first went to this location while waiting to meet friends. I had come from lunch and had some styrofoam containers that I didn't want to leave in my car. I asked the woman at the register if she had a larger trash can, as they would not fit in the smaller trash cans throughout the store. She said "No I don't." There was no apology, no explanation, nothing at all. I asked another employee who explained that they aren't allowed to accept outside trash. This made perfect sense to me, but it was baffling that this employee felt it necessary to be so rude and not give any explanation. A few minutes later I went to order drinks with my friends who had arrived. Suddenly it all made sense: this woman is incredibly rude to everyone! She yelled at another employee - in front of many customers no less - and told her how the employee was doing her job wrong and pissing her off. This behavior is completely unprofessional. I don't know what this woman's role is, but she is seriously threatening the environment of this Starbucks with her horrible attitude. I will never return to this location again. read more

I can't believe no one has reviewed this Starbucks yet. I can't believe this is my 23452345345 Starbucks review. (So the number is an exaggeration, but I go to a lot of Starbucks shops) It's obvious where my money goes. I get a trenta iced coffee with cinnamon dulce, and because I'm too lazy to add it myself I also get breve. Under 4 dollars with all that tasty coffee that saves me from mass murder. This one is in the middle of nowhere, but I met a friend in that area. It was up to par to every other Starbucks. They have a knack of hiring great baristas. They seemed to know their regulars well there. If you're ever in the area and Red Frog is closed, come here and check them out. read more

Hours online claim to start at 4:30 am. I waiting for 15 minutes in the drive through at 5 until I called the store (people were in front of and behind me) and got told they wouldn't be able to swerve coffee for another 15 minutes. What?? I've never worked any place where it's acceptable to show up for work when the restaurant is supposed to be opening. Also fix your online hours if you won't actually be open for business until 5:30 read more

I have been a Starbucks go for a long time therefore I know that sometimes some people don't know how to make a certain drink. So I decided to give this Starbucks a few chances, but after 5 times of every drink I ordered being horrible don't think I'll ever be back. read more

My favorite Starbucks in the area. Staff is friendly, drinks are consistently good. Although it can get busy (right next to the interstate), I always feel they are trying their hardest to serve customers quickly. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. The drive thru took 20 min at 6am. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 food items. Both of the drinks were wrong, the lady was impatient when we told her and by the time we left we realized our food items were wrong. Avoid at all costs. read more

This Starbucks is not consistent. I cross my fingers my sandwich or coffee is going to be worth the money. Lately, it is not worth the money. On four separate occasions, weeks apart, my sandwich was burned, stale, or so hard I nearly broke my teeth biting into it. I usually have good tasting coffees or lattes, but lately the lattes are too milky and the coffee is watered down. Customer service is good though. If they improve on the heating and storing of the food and brewing of the coffee, I might start being a regular again. read more

Very rude employee Lachlan took my order through the drive through, and I asked about what was in one of their products, and he replied very sarcastically and made me feel uncomfortable. They were very slow, even though I only had one item, and there were only 3 or so people in the drive thru. They have always been slow. There are always problems with their system. I only go if I'm really craving something and want to drive thru. I would never recommend it. read more

Okay place, have been here a few times. Came at night once to try the peppermint mocha and it was tasty. Clean on the inside, pleasant and quite place to work. Employees friendly and helpful. More recently I have been to the drive through and it was okay. I ordered a java chip frappe which tasted and appeared not quite consistent with what I had gotten before. Still good, just a bit different. Another time I had gone through the drive through it took at least ten minutes to get my drink out, with a line of people still waiting behind me. Overall still decent location, will probably go again in the future. read more

First off I don't generally write reviews, but I felt the need to write this one. I was traveling from DIA where I had just got off a flight from Seattle to Windsor. I decided to stop at this Starbucks for a White Chocolate Mocha for the drive. The first issue was that drive through was very slow. Then when I got to the window I saw why. The Bareasta was very busy, though not making drinks, she visiting with someone. When I did finally get my drink it was not very hot, let alone even warm. The drink also didn't feel like it was very full either. So, I decied to pulled over and take a look. When I removed the lid I saw that she had only give me 3/4 of a cup and that included the whip cream. Needless to say that once I saw that, I then decided to write this review. Now I stop at this Starbucks just about every week, as I traveling home from DIA and this was the first time I've had a problem. I may have to start stoppibg at the Starbucks that located one exit south. read more

The employees in this Starbucks, manager included, are extremely loud, yelling trivia back and forth all the time. It is not pleasant and happens every time, for me maybe 15 times. They yell acorss everyone to delivery people by the door, yell over the expresso machines, etc. read more

Went here the other day and had a wonderful experience. I went through the drive thru and ordered my drink. Ryli was working the drive-thru window and she was so nice and even had some recomendations for my drink. She also talked to me and asked me how my day was and things like that. She was great!
