Starbucks - Lakeside (Flower Mound) Located across from Moviehouse Eatery. It offers a very large patio with plenty of seating. I stopped by here for few hours before running off to meet friends for lunch. It was late morning and the place felt empty with few people inside. A nice touch, when you first walk in, to the left, a little open-space cubbyhole. It offers five comfortable leather chairs; three green and two brown. Two additional chairs available with a small table to the right of the entrance. As you keep walking towards the area to place your order and Pick-Up, you'll find a long line of high tables and high chairs - Eight brown tables and sixteen chairs. Additionally, along the windows you will find, six chairs and a built-in table stretching across the window wall. And finally, you will find four tables and eight chairs against the back window facing the Drive-Thru, Patio and Movie Theater. If you're looking to work from your laptop, Wi-Fi was spotty. Depending on what size laptop you have, you may be limited on space. The small round tables at this location didn't have a modern remote worker in mind. It's better suited for friends and family to catch up on life. Let's talk about the patio. Even though, Texas heat can be brutal, they offer plenty of fans to keep you cool and it is somewhat shaded with wooden beams. I do have to say and a little surprised for how large and nice they made it, the patio doesn't offer full closed roof. The patio furniture is nice and comfortable. I've set there for little bit to enjoy it. You have two large patio couches with cushions. One large wooden conference-sized table with eight chairs. In addition to all that you also can find, eight small tables and eighteen chairs, throughout the patio space. The Drive-Thru can get tricky and long sometimes. You will need to enter the Drive-Thru on the corner of, "Hanaya" Restaurant. The Drive-Thru exit can also be tricky since you have to be extremely careful. Space is limited to maneuver and watch for oncoming vehicles. Overall, I'd recommend stopping by here. It's located in shopping and dining area. The baristas were nice and friendly. All in all, it's set in a peaceful neighborhood and on weekends you can enjoy local live bands near by. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks. It's on my way to work (about a minute away). It's very convenient... but sometimes too convenient! haha! The staff is always friendly and patient. The lines are too terrible as well. They get the drinks out on a fly and my drinks are always on point. The customer service and delicious drinks will turn your frown upside down :) read more

I love the staff bc they're always very accommodating & cheerfully greet me every time I come in! They've always done my pour over without fail & I'm grateful for that. The dining area, display & restrooms are always kept very organized & sanitary. The food is always on point whether it would be a pastry or sandwich, always warmed properly & served hot. Would be rated higher but the new girl with dark hair and glasses is pretty rude. Had a question for her and she goes, "sup" without making eye contact haha. Asked her about this Starbucks brand blonde roast unsweetened iced coffee we get from the store and if they could make it and I'm pretty sure she didn't even listen to my question. She laughed and told me I had to go to the store and then turned around and didn't acknowledge me again.... I'm positive that they could've made that same coffee had she actually listened to my question. Also both times I've been here and seen her I feel like I'm being rushed out the door. Huge difference from a couple months ago. There used to be a woman in her 40s-50s working at the window and she had the best attitude/manners. Lakeside Starbucks is the best one in the area because of the friendly staff! From Manager Robin on down they make a point to know you (and your car and your dog!) and be a bright start to your day! Clear and cheerful drive through ordering is easy. Drinks are always spot on with Starbucks training consistency. Timing is perfect -- I've never had a long wait or any error even when the line wraps around the building. Plenty of outdoor seating and the atmosphere while you walk in to pick up your drink is lively and vibrant. Fun example was on St. Patrick's Day when Robin had the cafe decorated so cute and green and the staff was dressed up -- what a fun bunch! Say what you will about Starbucks but their service and quality is consistent. This is a nice location convenient right off 2499 and there are other stores nearby. They have nice outdoor seating, the indoor seating is good as well. They have a drive through but it's a little weird since it's not a standalone building. The service and the flavor of coffee has always been good when I've been here. They have lot's of parking space which is nice. Some of their busy locations can be difficult to find parking during rush hour. read more

My first time at this location. I needed to get my Frappe fix and try the new midnight mint mocha and it was happy hour too! I pass by this store all the time, but have never stopped in because I wasn't sure if there was a drive thru and I'm a drive thru girl. To my delight there is a drive thru although it's a bit confusing I eventually figured it out. Service was excellent and my drink was perfection. They are patient and they communicate well with customers like calling out there name and letting you know when they start making your drink and when they set it on the counter. This was a good trip to Starbucks. They were fast, extremely friendly, and made a great drink. This was our first time to this Starbucks, but better experience than most trips to other locations. They always make everything so perfectly and take perfect care of me. They are always in stock unlike other Starbucks I visit who are always out of stuff. They make the BEST dirty chais! Pulled in at 8:27 No one took my order at drive through, after waiting pulled up to window and I was ignored. All lights and advertisements lights on and they ignored me. I honked and they were mouthing at me like I could hear but no one came to the window. Then one girl came up close so I could see her face I guess and mouthed they were closed. Stopped by this Starbucks tonight to grab a drink on the way to Grapevine. It was quiet and cozy inside. The girl working was super friendly, more friendly than most! I had some questions and she answered them thoroughly, explained some things to me, and even gave me some suggestions! Lots of outdoor seating, and some inside too. Convenient access right off the main road. I got a soy hot chocolate with easy on the syrups it comes with, and added the Chestnut Praline syrup to it to make it taste like s'mores. Not too sweet and delicious! Drink was made quickly and was just the right temp, not scalding hot as it sometimes is made at Starbucks. No complaints! read more

Pretty much every Starbucks seems to be the same but this one is a little better than most others! Or at least I think so... It was just built and is very nice. Everybody was super friendly and our barista apologized for the wait- they were SUPER busy. There's a nice little patio and once it doesn't feel like the devils lair outside I'll finally be able to enjoy it! I also really love this little area it's in- my favorite theater is nearby and there's other little shops to visit. read more

If I could I would give this location no stars. Just moved to the area and have always been a big Starbucks fan, and this location is probably the worst location I've visited. Employees are very rude and need to work on their customer service. I have been to this location twice now, because I believe in giving everyone a second chance. However each time I was completely unsatisfied with the service and the drinks they served. They have got our order wrong multiple times and when we kindly ask them about it, they make you feel like it's your fault and treat you like you're a bother. We will not come back. read more

My husband and I have been the this location a few times. We always order tall Americanos with steamed soy or steamed coconut milk in them. Our drinks have always been made well and tasted great. The staff members are friendly both at the drive through and inside. Plus, they have free wifi. No complaints here. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area. read more

Great Starbucks. Tons of indoor seating and a great shaded patio outside. The inside has about 15 high bar seats to allow of comfortable standing or sitting, as well as an array of regular height tables and a lounge area with sofa seats. Not a large amount of power outlets for laptop users, but you can't have everything. Staff is friendly. There's also a large drive thru that may prevent ridiculously long lines of cars obstructing the parking lot. This will probably be my go-to spot when I need to wait out traffic snarls. read more

Very sorry the old Starbucks closed and this was its replacement. One of the things I like about Starbucks the most is quality customer service. I've been to this location a lot as I work across the street at the HD. But recently I went four times for a Vanilla Iced Latte. Each time they forgot the vanilla syrup. Then since I went to a location in Dallas I got hooked on their new Salted Foam Cold Brew drink that just was released. But they were out of Cold Brew at this location. So they suggested an Iced Coffee with an extra shot of espresso. I decided to try it. I asked if it would still have foam on top and she said yes, then described that it's what had the salt infused in. Taking the leap I purchased the breverage. As soon as it touched my lips I knew something was off. Of course it was t the same but when I got home I took the lid off and scooped some of the foam up only to realize I was right. The foam HAD NO SALT IN IT. I was devastated. I'd rather go to the one on Cross Timbers. So disappointing:( But they have lovely employees over all. I just don't think they were properly trained. read more
